I love tip top it's like a second home to me I come here basically every two weeks. But I only let 2 people do my nails mike 4 my acrylic cuz he takes his time on your nails, and he always does a good job so I would recommend him. Hannah 4 my pedicures and nail art cuz she hooks ya nails up and I love colorful, fun nails. Now 4 eyebrows go to Rachael she always does a good job. Also you can go to Alex 4 your nails. Now if you go make sure you get there at 10:00 am when they open because they are really packed especially on fridays. And if your an impatient person you might wanna come early, or come on mon-thursday cuz there not really busy on those days. read more

Horrible the worst customer service I've ever seen!!!! How do the OWNER and Co~Workers walk in LATE EVERY TIME. The line is there posted up by 10am the Owner & his crew roll up at 10:20-10:30. Young ladies walking up with broken nails, name NOT on the book being taken before customers who stood in lone 30 plus min. It they nail broke sign the sheet. It s not right. Because of the amount of art it took the owner 1 hour to repair 3 nails ( 2 young ladies) No customer awareness , the service is horrible. read more

Today, I had the worse experience ever at Tip Top# 4 not only did they open an hour late but,, the guy who open the shop was beyond rude. The shop should open at 11am on Sunday, but today it open an hour late at 12pm with no apologies just this extremely rude man stating, "we open when we feel like it". I was beyond shock the way he treated his paying customers I know if this shop was in a predominately white neighborhood you would not treat your customers with such disrespect. I love Rachel and she has it going on with eyebrows but I refuse to be treated so badly this will definitely be my last time patronizing this establishment. read more

Absolutely horrendous, I used to come to this tip top when I was in high school all of the time and I moved back and decided I try this place again. I do not know the abilities of every nail technician but I would strongly advise you not to have your nails done by #7. He had no idea what he is doing, He can not shape nails, I even provided a picture and apparently that did no justice. I asked to get the SNS nail system done with tips added ( I have had this done at another place). This took him 3 hours my nails were very lumpy and my cuticles were cut up. This technician also finished my nails with a gel top coat over my SNS nails and then had me place nails under a UV light (keep in mind SNS nails done correctly do not require a gel tip coat or uv-light to dry). I had the nail technician add tips and they also seemed very weak. I was so disappointed I removed these trash ass nails as soon as I got home. I would not advise anyone to go to this nail salon unless you go to a different technician that you know does good work because #7 did terrible work. read more

I frequent this establishment often but today I had a horrible experience. Basically Alex, the owner, was very disrespectful. I disagreed with him because he was not going by the list the customers are suppose to sign when they seek services such as getting their eyelashes and or eyebrows done. He yelled at me and stated that he was a business owner implying that I was some un-educated black women. I too am a business owner and I know the importance of customer service. I will never go back to this establishment. read more

I love Tip Top. They are friendly and always do a great job on my nails. Hannah does THE BEST pedicures. She is very attentive and always does an excellent job. She is also very good at nail art. I usually let her pick my colors and just do her own thing. I haven't been disappointed yet!! read more
