Came here for acrylics, took less than 45 minutes which is standard. Pricing wasn't bad at all, just $30. I've only gotten acrylics done once before this but it's clear this job was rushed. The guy that took care of me didn't go back to file down the roughed up sides of the nails to match the acrylics he applied so there were a LOT of jagged edges. I feel like if he just gave me an extra five minutes of his time and maybe didn't stop to help someone else every 15 minutes they would have turned out better. At the end he took me to sit with my nails under a fan/UV ray thing. I realized he wasn't going to come back to tell me when I was done because he got up and put on his coat and left. No one would notice the mistakes in my nails if I didn't point anything out but it would have been nice to have been completely happy with them. read more

I got a dipped manicure. The woman at table #7 did a great job, but within 5 days, they started to chip and peel I came back k and showed the man in there what my nails looked like after 5 days. They were super busy, so he said to try to come tomorrow. So yesterday, I came back. I expected him to fix ALLLL my nails. But he only fixed my index finger and thumb. He only took off the top layer. This was my first time here and I was recommended by a friend of a friend. I went to Dylan (Dillion?) and he was WONDERFUL! He took his time making sure everything was perfect. He made great conversation and was joking around with me, but also left some breathing room in the conversation so I could relax as well. Price was definitely good for what I got, and the amount of time he put in. I am a nail biter, so he had nothing to work with and was able to do a full set of acrylics, file them into a coffin shape, and paint with no chip in under 45 minutes. I would ignore any reviews that is older than 6 months. Top Nails got new owners about 6 months a go. The new owners are awesome. They really care about the customers and have been making a lot of changes. Tran spends to make sure each one of my nails is absolutely perfect before I leave. She is always so nice and friendly and actually make an effort to get to know you and have a conversation while they are doing your nails which I've never experienced before at a nail salon either. Well... I will be honest . There is one girl in the shop that's actually good at doing nails . I have given this shop multiple tries and the prices are always fluctuating in a way that doesn't make sense. The men in the shop rush through the work . They get annoyed when you don't get no chip even though your nails might not make it to the 2 week refill time frame . I once got a pedicure here and my feet were peeling when I left the shop ! I came in a few weeks ago for a full set with no chip and I payed $50 . I came in a week and half later for fill in on that exact set and my price was only $5 less . When you pay they try to make the tips almost mandatory by asking if you're going to leave the tip on the card . The one guy was more into the tv than my actual nails while still trying to rush through my nails . Personally, if you're desperate go here . If not , go somewhere where you'll be given fair service . read more

I got a basic no chip manicure. My nails were shaped crooked and the girl could not polish to save her life. I left with no chip polish on the skin of my fingers and on some nails polish 3/4 of the way on the nail. They simply don't care about the quality of work they just want your money. read more

Awesome customer service. They do a great pedicure. My only complaint is the comfort of the salon. Today it was 90 degrees out and they did not have the air conditioner on. Customers were obviously warm and so were the employees but they did not turn it on. Even after saying something it wasn't turned on. Horrible nail salon......not only did the guy who did my manicure cut me twice (at cuticle, 2 different nails) but he made it seem that I was inconveniencing him by asking him to please wipe the blood off near my cuticle. Too wipe off the blood on my cuticle he use something that felt like rubbing alcohol because it burned and stung horribly. It's a shame I had asked for that otherwise the germs would have never been disinfected after he cut me. Then I was told to dry for 15 minutes and then he continued to speak another language about me to another employee and I know that for fact because she was staring at me and laughing while he was talking. i much prefer hanancy on 183rd. none of the staff speaks english very well here so trying to explain what i wanted was a hassle... i hadn't even picked out a color before they started painting my nails...? not sure what that was all about. they were talking in chinese to each other and laughing the whole time which creeped me out. the prices were low but the nail job itself wasn't great. she used a chunky glitter that looks messy and the clear top coat is bubbly. also she didnt tell me how long to wait for it to dry so i was just awkwardly sitting there forever. not the friendliest staff, not the greatest quality either. read more

I recently went in to have a very small portion of my no-chip manicure removed. It had mostly grown out. I asked how much it cost. He said $10.00. No problem. I had previously read on-line how bad it is for the nail! It removes a good portion of the nail! He first rough it with an electric file. He put my hands in some solution. It could have been pure acetone! Then he took a metal tool and tried to scrap it off. He repeated the process two more times! He finally put olive oil on each nail! I have had other salons remove the same type of polish before. They did it a totally different way-much better way to not destroy the nail! You can look this info up for self. I had a horrible experience at this place. Will never visit again. I must add first I am an African American female. I went in for a no chip manicure and sat down with a nail tech. I already had no chip on my nails so they needed of course to soak the nail polish off with acetone. This process normally takes 5-10 minutes tops. After the acetone clips were placed on my nails, a white male came in and stated he wanted a pedicure. The young lady that was doing my nails just left me at the station and went to do the males pedicure. At first I was thinking maybe she primarily just does pedicures. After a 50 minute wait another tech came over to me to finish my nails. At this time the man told his tech he now wants a manicure. So they move to another desk to begin his manicure. By this time I was getting upset and my new tech sensed it. I asked the new tech did the man have an appointment? The lady lied to my face and said yes ... I then told her he didn't state that when he came in, he just stated he wanted a pedicure. I then asked the lady "Can you tell me why the other lady left me here sitting for 50 minutes" ? The new tech told me "We had to wait for your nails to soak". I informed her it only takes 5 minutes to soak off the nail polish but I have been waiting for 50 minutes with no explanation. Needless to say she did not respond and proceeded to do my nails. At the end she asked me did I want a pedicure and I told her No I don't want any further services from their establishment.
