It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I advised her I wanted something natural!!! The lashes were very dramatic and long a cat eye with no dimension. I came back the very next day for her to try to fix them telling her I wanted more of a wispy look she added more lashes to where they look like cheap Beauty Supply Store lashes. When she should have tooken them off and started over when I blinked they touched my eyelids! She didn't listen to anything I said when I said natural! I even showed her a picture she kept suggesting things and I'm like I don't know you're the artist!!!, there was a language barrier. There was no mention of even a $20 discount for me being a new client!!! I came back the very next day after that to have them removed. They even charged me to have them removed!!! Terrible Customer Service they didn't even try to accommodate me as a customer or make it right, just took my money. All together I paid $131 and they charge an extra $2 service charge on debit cards which is illegal!
