What a great time we had at the winery!

What a great winery! It's beautiful and the selection of wine provides for something for everyone. We had our cousins get together here today. We will be back for sure!

Tippy Creek Winery was one of my favorite wineries we visited on our long weekend to northeast Indiana. A cute winery out in the country. I loved the ambiance and the unique shelters made out of the top of a grain silo. We arrived shortly after they opened and tried their dry red wines. All were good, but we especially liked their 2016 Chancellor and bought a couple of bottles to bring back home. While we were there a wedding had just wrapped up. We were sitting outside on the patio when the wedding party returned from taking photos and we somehow became wedding crashers. Everyone was super nice. We really enjoyed our time at Tippy Creek and will be back.

Best winery I've been to! Came here as a walk-in on a bachelorette trip and they went above and beyond to make the experience fantastic. The outside patio was beautiful and there were so many places to take awesome pictures. I would highly recommend coming here!

This is a great little winery located in the middle of farm county. We had the double gold medal winner Tippy Zippy Red. It has a wonderful ruby rose color. It has a soft black berry cherry aroma. The red blend is very soft on the palette and is not as dry as I would have expected. It runs on the sweet side and has a large fruit flavor. I would recommend coming out to this winery on a lazy Saturday drive.

You have got to check this awesome winery out if you are within a 30 mile radius. Very modern, great staff, and most of all great wine.

People were hanging out, listening to the music, and enjoying their drinks. The staff were incredibly nice and the recommendations they gave us were spot on. I decided to try the craft canned cocktails, the flavors were Moscow Mule, Lemon Elderflower Vodka Soda, Blackberry Gin Gimlet, Strawberry Margarita, and Grapefruit Paloma. They all had something different going on, but my favorites were easily the Strawberry Margarita and the Blackberry Gin Gimlet. Those two were phenomenal. The Strawberry Margarita was fruity, bright, and super refreshing. It had that sweet strawberry flavor right away, followed by the citrusy tang of the margarita that kept it from tasting too sweet. The Blackberry Gin Gimlet had a deep, juicy fruit flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, while the gin brought in that herbal, slightly crisp flavor underneath. It had a little tartness at the end that made me want another sip almost immediately. They were the kind of drinks that felt perfect for sitting outside on a nice day.

My favorite pore here is the walnut cream wine really good. The prices are competitively price. Um, I did not buy any wine here, but I did enjoy the selections

The facility is fairly large. The outdoor deck is very big and has a nice vantage over the grounds. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was hard to know how much they knew their wines or other wines since you have to pick the wines you wanted to taste and they gave you a flight to take outside and drink by yourself. I guess it's their approach to dealing with Covid. I was impressed by their system though. You reviewed the wine list and wrote down the 5 wines you would like to try in the circles printed on a slip of paper. Tasting costs $5 for dove tastes. The flight was composed of dive plastic cups on a cute wooden tray. You then took your tray outside to taste at your leisure. I'm glad was tasting outside. I really don't like to tell the tasting server that I don't like ANY of their wines. However that was the case here. We basically picked the dive driest red-white wines they had. I don't know if it was the plastic cup or the wine making process. However, each wine was very plain. It almost tasted like each wine was slightly watered down. None of the five had a distinctive taste that would make me want to buy a bottle. ThT was my experience. I hope yours is different that mine. We will try Fruit Hills again in another season.
