If your time and having a set appointment is important -- go elsewhere. I recently tried this business again for the past 3 months. I commute about 20 minutes to/from their business so making an appointment is essential in order to manage my time. They do not comprehend what an appointment means and are not respectful of other people's time. They are consistently "running late" -- today I called to make an appointment, arrived 5 minutes before the time I was told and then was told it would be at least another 1/2 hour, which is their consistent behavior. read more

I love coming here, I live out in California and came back for the summer and I noticed they remodeled the place. It looks beautiful, they did such a great job. Everyone is very friendly. I love the selection of Pedicures. Great choice of colors. My only complaint is my pedicure chair was very noisy. I like to enjoy the full on back massage while relaxing in the chair. The awful noise the chair was making not only kept me from truly relaxing, I felt it was a disruption to the rest of the customers as well. It's time to invest in new chairs. Other than that, this location is convenient for me stop on the way home and the young gal working did a great job. read more

The place is newly renovated and very pretty and clean but the staff is extremely rude. I have had several bad experiences here and will not be going back. I asked for my acrylics to be thinner because they were extremely thick and uneven and was told that they didn't have time to fix my nails and I was wasting their time. Went back in a few days later and asked to have my acrylics removed because I wasn't happy with them and they told me they would not charge me for the removal, but then took my card and charged me anyway. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Good location. Friendly staff. However, Disappointed in overall condition of store. Dirty floors. Yuck pushed into baseboards and around foot spas. They also used old utensils and did not sanitize them. Dry manicure, meaning didn't soak hands and it was awkward. read more

Very good pedicure. Love the leg and foot massage. Plenty of colors to pick from. My only recommendation is that they change out the towels when they get wet. I hate putting my feet on wet towels. read more

Guy was rude, told him I wanted my nails shorter and he gave me an attitude about it and told me that it wouldn't make a difference either way my nail polish turned a different color when I left the salon, all my nails were different sizes, he used scissors to cut my nails, he told me to relax my hand or I could do my nails myself any time he had a spare second he'd be on his phone, I've never heard bad things about this place maybe it's just the dude I got. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Tips 2 Toes is the only nail salon I let touch my nails!! I've had gel nails and dip nails that glow in the dark for both mani's and pedi's - my nails are always perfect and stay FOREVER. Especially the gel pedis. It's family owned and operated - when you're in the salon you feel the positive vibe and awesome team work they have going on. Everyone there that's worked on my nails is friendly, thorough and quick (I like quick!). I've tried others and no one can compete. I'm super picky but they are as close to perfection as it gets. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Treated my daughter terribly. The guy, Joey, who did her nails was extremely rude and disrespectful and plain mean. I spoke to someone in charge who advised me that if she "give her nails back then she can have her money back". Unbelievable. I don't recommend this place at all. ever. read more

This salon is ok but not great. It is getting run down and kind of dirty looking. It needs some updating. The pedi-chairs massage motors are shot and hurt more than help. Pedi is ok and will do for today but the quality is not great. Don't get the Deluxe Pedi it's not worth it. I was really looking forward to the warm towels wrapped on my legs after the orange scrub. Got rinsed with ice cold water that made me jump then he just wiped off the remaining scrub with ONE slightly warmed towel. No leg wrap as advertised on the "upgrade" pedi menu. My mani same deal, ok but not great, some skipped polish on the sides of my thumbnail and didn't get all the way down to the bottom of each nail. "Don't worry the top coat will blend it in". It did NOT. Guy is really grouchy too. Ahhhh well.....hard to get quality service these days. read more
