I regularly come here every two weeks for my fill. I do a solar acrylic with gel polish. It's $30 total and I couldn't be happier. Lan is the owner and she does my fingernails. She knows what she's doing so there's no chance of lift. I still get my monthly pedicure done by any of the gals there and they all do great. read more

Excellent pedicure, with one of the best foot and leg massages I've ever had. For real. Great pressure which my tired feet desperately needed. I wish there had been a little more callous removal, but the hot paraffin treatment somewhat makes up for that. read more

This is my favorite nails and facials salon. The women who work here are amazing and very good at what they do. Over the years I have come here I have watched how they treat even the crabbiest of us with respect and dignity. They are wonderful with elders and children, people who have any sort of disability. Their professionalism and the cleanliness of the salon are outstanding. Occasionally they will get someone who wants to scam them out of payment, which happened recently, but 99% of customers come back time after time. Prices are reasonable and they all work hard to please. It's one of my favorite places! read more

No stars made me pick at keast 1 twice I walked into this place and was told they didn't have time for me I didn't mind waiting for them but they didn't care. Once all I wanted was a fill another was a removal of what they did both times I was told " we don't have time " why have a sign that says " walk ins welcomed " if you won't accept my service. Before yesterday May 18th I have been going to Tips and Toes for about two years for pedicures and manicures. I gave another customer my punch card when I was there yesterday because I will never go again! Please see pictures of what Tracy did to my both my feet and I got a sorry. I also got charged twice and I had to stand there 45 minutes being yelled at my Lan and her husband showed up and took care of everything accept for acknowledging my feet that are now ripped up as you can see. So LAN spoke to my credit card company who told her they charged me twice and she still didn't believe the credit card company she had her husband call their bank because she just didn't understand that maybe her machine malfunctioned or her employee who charged my card was really doing. Tracy was using the metal scrubbing hand tool like for a Calais but as you can see not there I pulled my feet back and oh they were stinking when she sprayed them with alcohol on my toes or whatever it is. I still had to pay $35 for the pedicure and mani and I only tipped $2. So I've been told to watch the open sites. Ow for infection or that's how people get fungus yuck from these places. I made the mistake of trying another local nail salon today. They don't even come close to Tips & Toes. I won't make that mistake twice. The service here is excellent and Lan can do just about any nail art challenge you put in front of her. More importantly, she'll tell you what she CAN do, if it's not quite what you wanted, and she works hard to make you happy. I'll be back again and again! read more

They do a great job at nails but the older lady with the black chin length hair with glasses wasn't friendly at all. Would not respond to me when trying to make conversation with her, acted frustrated when I told her the water was too hot during my pedicure and got upset when she couldn't find my shellac color I wanted. A customer ended up finding it for her. The lady was coughing a ton not once said excuse me. They do not provide bowl liners for pedicures. Wiping her nose with her hands then touching my feet during the pedicure!!!! Would get 5 stars if they had better customer service and better hygiene. read more

After my heartbreaking day in June to learn I couldn't use an already-paid for gift certificate, I had filed with the BBB (gift certificates bought with real money can't expire in OR) and quickly heard from the owners at Tips & Toes. They were apologetic and promised they would in fact honor the gift certificate I received from family. To just please give them a try. Fast forward 4+ months (I did mention pedicures are a luxury) and I was finally able to get in to try their nail studio. Everyone I encountered was very kind and made sure all people who walked in, waiting for service, or receiving service were well taken care of. The studio is very clean and orderly, acoustics good (not a lot of loud noises and echos like some places), and their processes hygienic. Though I do make it a habit to also bring my own tools. I did a basic pedicure with color on my toes and a file and buff for my nails. Giang was kind, gentle, and professional. I am happy to update my report on Tips & Toes, especially since their location is more convenient than my "regular" go-to. read more

LAN (the owner) has been doing my nails for 6 years. I followed her to her new shop because I love her work! She is quick.. I rarely spend more than an hour for a full set or fill, and the quality of her work is evident as I never have chips or breaks. I can make a full solar set last a month! Her prices are fair and I can always get a last minute appointment. You won't be disappointed with LAN at Tips & Toes. She's amazing! read more
