I used to consider this my go-to spot in the area, but after my experience this morning, I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of. The employees were very nice and helpful, and I was initially told it would be $35 to patch my tire. I was there with my boyfriend who had met me there. They removed the tire, checked it for leaks, and found none. Since there was no leak or repair needed, they put the tire back on. After my boyfriend left, I got into my car and started reversing, then the employee who had been helping me asked to me pay the $35. I asked why I was being charged since no repair or patch had actually been done, and I was told it was because they had inspected the tire. When I asked for clarification, the employee who said it was his first week told me he wasn't sure why I was being charged, just that someone told him to charge me. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that they waited until my boyfriend had left to ask me for payment, despite knowing I was in a rush. I understand that businesses may charge for inspections or labor, but I feel that should have been clearly communicated upfront especially when the original quote was specifically for patching the tire. Tony and his team are fantastic! They are so honest and reliable. I found them a few months ago when I needed new tires. They are very close to my house so I decided to give them a try. I had a great experience changing my tires. I saw that the are also good with Korean cars, so when it came time for a service, I decided to use them again. They did not disappoint and my service was done efficiently and well. When Tony had the mechanic inspect my car during the service, I had mentioned to him that the last time I took my car to the dealer they told me I would need to change my breaks at my next service. Tony let me know the dealer wasn't being honest with me and I had at least another 10k on my breaks. The added cherry on top is that they are affordable. Very sketchy place. Came in with a flat tire because I was referred to them by a relative. Raffi sold me a tire and I asked him if he gave me a competitive price and he confirmed it was the best price on the market but would not tell me what kind of tire it was until after I paid for it. I called to get an estimate for tire balance and alignment. The price sounded fair and they offer a free alignment check in 6 months. I spoke with Raffi who said I can come in. Upon my arrival they started work right away. The alignment did not happen as their machine needed an update, but the tire balance was done quickly. Raffi said that machine should be updated within a week or so and promised to call back. I will return and update my review after alignment is complete. read more

Charged me $80 for work they didn't do. Had my car towed here because it had an electrical issue and wouldn't start. Tony told me he would have to charge me $80 to troubleshoot. He explicitly stated that he would have to check all the fuses among other tests. Told me the next day he couldn't figure out the problem and would have to charge another $200 to have an electrician look at it. I told him I could afford that and he said "then pick up the car" and still charged me $80. I took it to another mechanic and they found a couple blown fuses. What exactly was done during this "complete vehicle inspection" I payed for and how was something as simple as blown fuses missed? When I called Tony back and asked why the fuses weren't checked he said he never said he would check the fuses and he charged me because it was at his shop for 2 days while he spent 4 hours trying to figure out the problem. I'm not sure what happened since my review from 2020. I've been here a few times since for brakes, tire rotations, and alignment. Every time, i feel like I'm trying to be taken advantage of. The brakes were expensive on my more recent visit! After I got them done, I checked with some friends and other places what a reasonable price was, and it was an overcharge. Not a gross overcharge, but definitely more expensive than it should be. Then my tires that I got in 2020. I have only put 10K miles on them, and they are bald. They were the tires recommended, and just didn't last. I was told that no tires have a warranty for my car (which makes no sense since Costco has plenty of them). Also, when priced for new tires, this place was more expensive than anywhere else for the same tires. I felt as though I was trying to be taken advantage of, and I will find a new place to go going forward. Even when I asked him how much I paid for tires last time, he told me a price way higher than what I paid (I went home and found the receipt).
