I came in to get my TPMS checked out. No reservation needed, they saw me almost immediately. They were super communicative, explaining everything to me in detail. They provided me options with different prices and let me choose, never pressuring me. They took their time instead of rushing me. They ended up having to switch all of my tires and replace the tire sensors which would take a couple of hours. They offered me a ride to anywhere nearby and took me to and picked me up from the Americana. They called about another issue, again explaining in detail, not pressuring and gave me the choice to make that fix as well. I called them a couple of times while I was away and they always picked up. Always friendly and not in a forced way. When they billed me, pricing was fair and felt honest. This place is the best. I have been on a wild car journey and Harry has played a huge role in the process (along with the many other mechanics on site). I initially brought my car in for a noise which I thought were the breaks, but turns out my car's engine mounts were severely cracked and basically, my car was a piece of shit. Harry offered to help me find a new car if he heard anything and was very responsive and helpful through text when I needed. I purchased a new car yesterday and took it in for inspection and oil change. We where referred over from my most favorite Oil changing place right down the street on Wilson to come here since I had a nail in my tire. On my 1st visit I let them know we where referred from down the street and wanted to inquire about having my tire fixed and or replaced. I sat in the waiting room and saw it was fixed in 5 minutes . I was relieved and was not even charged. My tire only remained fixed for only one day and went back to losing air , I was annoyed having to put air in my tires twice a day. or so I thought, not even two days went buy and I was back to having to having to put air every day in my tire twice a day. I waited till the weekend and took it back in again. This time I spoke to the manager about the issue, I almost felt like I got the service I paid for, which was nothing (aside for the tip I gave the tire guy). I can only assume the owner told him to fix it properly because unlike my first visit, this time the tire guy removed my tire, did the water test, found the leak and FINALLY fixed it. I've yet to have any problems. Like the old saying goes, if you do it correctly the first time, you wouldn't have to do it again. read more
