Had a nail in my tire and was worried I would need to replace the tires as they are run flat tires. The manager and staff were super helpful and got my tire checked out within minutes of arriving without an appointment. I was lucky enough that the nail did not go through entirely and tire didn't need to be replaced. Even though I didn't have any business to offer to the tire shop, they were still very welcoming and happy to help. read more

Got a flat tire on my way to work this morning and was towed to Best Buy Tire Pros. Harry, the owner, helped me right away and patched the tire quickly so I could still make it to work. He also checked the rest of my tires, explained that the tread was wearing down, and gave me a fair quote to replace all four in the near future. No pressure, just honest and helpful service. Really smooth experience. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Harry and Best Buy Tire Pros. read more

Had such an amazing experience. Had a huge hole from a screwdriver at the center of my tire. They patched the hole, made sure to spray the dust on my brakes, put my old tire back on and put the spare back into my car. Felt like a full service. Great price too! Called in the morning and explained my issue. The owner, Harry, explained that they might be able to fix my tire. He ordered a tire just in case they couldn't and told me when it would arrive. I got there, they checked the tire and saw it was fixable and fixed it at a VERY reasonable fee. Thank you! read more

My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. I came in the afternoon and was pressed for time so it was my mistake not to review the quote. They add on items that should already be part of the repair. Other things to keep in mind with this Glendale branch: (1) If you buy tires from Firestone they charge extra for balancing unlike Discount Tire Centers or America's Tire where it is included, so you save money buying tires elsewhere, (2) They do not deduct diagnostic fees when you authorize the repair unlike all other Service Centers even Dealerships, they also don't tell you that beforehand, (3) Firestone will overcharge you for parts. Granted dealerships will do the same but it's just a sleazy practice that no one should be doing. (4) They will not thoroughly explain what's included on the costs. Like I said I should have reviewed the quote in detail. They added hazard protection for the tires without letting me know, which added $125 to my bill. My verdict is go elsewhere. These people will pad your invoice and are dishonest and deceptive. BE FOREWARNED!

My dad is 96 and still driving! George Sanchez at the Best Buy Glendale location should be commended for his sensitive and caring response to my dad's immediate TIRE dilemma. My dad gets a flat tire after hitting a curb (tire allegedly explodes), drives with the damaged tire to the Best Buy store and requests that they fix the damages and moreover he is not going to pay but his son who is not in town will take care of the charges later. I could imagine George's body language when my dad requested this! My dad provides George my cell number and asks him to call me. Well I was outside the state when I got the message few hours later from someone called George representing a Tire Company, whom I do not know, and says your dad was here and we placed a new tire, aligned the wheel and he has requested that I am to pay for the charges. Really! Really, this is what has happened. A stranger took care of my dad without insisting that he has to pay - are you kidding me!!!! Many thanks to George for taking the initiative in first sorting things out and helping my dad and not calling the police. When I returned from my trip I went to see George and thanked him in more than one way. What a dedicated man. Thanks George, the Hovsepian family thanks you. Furthermore, the staff went as far as threatening to tow my car and even called the police on me for "trespassing" when all I needed was assistance with my vehicle. The hostile and confrontational attitude displayed by the employees made the entire experience extremely unpleasant and stressful. I strongly advise against patronizing Best Buy Tire Pros due to their disrespectful treatment of customers and their unwillingness to provide basic assistance in times of need. Love this place and the people that run it! I was on my way to work in the morning when I suddenly got a flat tire. Once I got my spare on, I drove to the nearest tire shop and it happened to be this wonderful place of business. I was immediately greeted by the owner the moment I pulled in, and two employees starting working on my car straight away. They explained everything to me very clearly as I watched them work and they got me back on the road and on my way to work in no time. I was given a good deal, an efficient repair, and friendly conversation during what was originally a stressful morning. These guys really helped me out. I got a flat tire on my mini Cooper. Instead of trying to sell me a completely new tire or worse yet, upsell me to buy four new tires, George looks around for a used tire to replace it. They checked the used tire to make sure nothing was wrong with it. Then they popped it on my car. The whole process took about 10-20 minutes in and was within my budget. read more

Had a great thoughtful experience here. My tires needed balancing because the steering wheel was vibrating at high speeds. They figured out that the foam inside the tire had come loose. They took the foam out and it solved the problem. Harry and Julio were both excellent, attentive, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them! read more
