Priced well but price reflects the service. Not great customer service. Workers don't know how to jack up a truck. Jacked up on plastic and broke plastic under my truck. I just spent an hour there to get a smog test done. I was the only one there for a smog test which should have taken 20-30 minutes., tops. I asked why it was taking so long and he replied, "they need to check everything". My car is a 2019 and is in stock condition. It looks almost brand new! I went to get my tire patched up because of a nail in my tire, they said they recommend all tires to be changed because they're pretty run out. My dad, a former mechanic said to just get it patched up for now and he will come later to get them changed. I told them that and they said "ha ok we'll patch it up then". I go on the side and wait for about 20 minutes until another guy comes and tells me to move my car so they can help another customer?! I asked them when they plan to take care of my car and they said they won't. When were they planning to tell me that??? They said they won't fix it unless I'm getting new tires, the lack of communication and the way they just had me wait for no reason after they said they'll do it, very unprofessional. I can confidently say that these are my new tire guys. I been driving down to EG to the tire shop I always go to, even when I moved out here to the area 4 years ago. Finally got tired of doing that, so looked around to see if there was somewhere local I could go. I came across this place on Yelp and decided to come by to get a replacement tire since mine was about to blow. The guy took a look at it and unfortunately, they didn't have the tire size I needed that day, but he said that they could order it for me. He also gave the option of me going to a different tire shop down the road. I ended up waiting a couple of days and bought a complete new set of tires from these guys and had em installed. When you buy a new set of tires with em, you get a free alignment at their brother shop just down the road. For some reason, I thought it was 90 days and not 30, so I missed out on that free alignment, but it's all good. Friendly guys at this shop. Great experience. I got a nail in my tire this morning. With 3 kids 7 and under, going to a car shop all day is just a miserable thought. I called a couple places around town Firestone etc. And they all said to "drop off" my car or wait times 2 hr plus. Called Antelope Tire and they said to come on down. Got in and out in less than 30 min! Only $25 to patch my tire. No trying to up-sell or anything. Just in and out and on my way with the kids. Definitely will do business again. Awesome experience here. Needed some tires for my commuter. I was in the area and thought I'd stop for a quote. Owner Basheer was busy when I arrived but after taking care of a couple of folks ahead of me he apologized for the delay and gave me a quote for 4 new tires that couldn't be beat. To top it all off, the tires I needed were in stock and put on in under half an hour. I was not expecting it to be that easy lol. My tires on my Mercedes ended up having the wire sticking out because I was being cheap and wanted to see how long I could last and I was on the way to Roseville to pick up a dog until somebody on the freeway pointed it out so I yelped the nearest tire shop and found this place. I wasn't trying to go broke on a new set of tires so I was pretty honest with the middle eastern guy, I think his name was Alex? He hooked me up with a new set of Michelin tires and an alignment for a very good price, I couldn't refuse. I only wanted to replace the tire with the wire sticking out but since the rest of my tires were bald and I was constantly drifting everywhere, I figured it was time to stop being cheap. Unlike GoodYear Tires that I fist visited told they'll be closing in half hour and they won't be able to help me, and I really need at least one tire repair or replace as I lose air every hour. I came in today without an appointment. A gentleman can out to my car and stayed 6 feet away. Asked me what I thought I needed? He checked all my tires and let me know I needed 3 tires not 2 after he gaged them. He had me come in to pay, it was very clean. He had me place my Honda lug lock in a plastic bag. Then they had me drive into the shop so nobody got into my car. It took them 20 minutes to complete from start to finish. I felt safe during this covid 19 out break. They did not want to patch nor plug my tires. They didn't want to re-plug a plugged tire that was losing air, saying it couldn't be done. And they didn't want to patch a tire with a small blade in it saying it could pop on them? Are they gonna do it with out removing tire pressure or wtf? I went to another spot and they patched both of my tires with no problem and laughed at Antelope Tires when I told them what happened. Antelope tires has an agenda to sell their used tires instead of patching used ones, unless they get to keep them and re use them. Both of my tires had over 80k miles on them, that's why they wanted to keep them and resell them. These guys are ready to fuck over who ever let's them. Stay away from them read more

Called ahead, to service tires and still didn't want to do it even though it was 30min till closing.

So I am a single mother a for children struggling financially due to Covid I showed up and asked them to replace my back brake pads which the day before only cost me $50 to install and today the owner was there and told me that I would have to replace both rotors when I only needed one rotor and also told me that I would have to replace my caliper even though my caliper is instill somewhat good condition. I spent every last dollar I had to my name bawling my eyes out because now I have no way to have dinner tonight and he was very heartless did not care my car is stuck there until I'm able to come up with $160 on top of the money that I needed to pay to replace the rotor, the caliper, the brake pads unbelievable so I would not recommend coming here if you are struggling parents the owners do not care read more

ANTELOPE TIRES: THE SEXIST SLUM LORD OF TIRE SHOPS Mother's Day Morning I woke up around 8 o' clock to find out that I had a flat tire. I drove as slow as I could to the closet tire shop around the corner from my mom's house, with a car full of Mother's Day gifts for the beautiful independent Queens in my family, including my pregnant cousin. I waited until 10 am which was when the tire shop was opening & they assisted me very fast. I felt confident leaving because they had done the transaction so fast and easy, but they did not offer me a receipt so I made sure I got my receipt then left. Not more than 20 hours later I'm driving on the freeway from downtown back up north and my tire pops ON THE FREEWAY. My pregnant cousin is in the passenger seat scared out of her mind because we had to get over 4 lanes to get to safety, while the people around me are going 80-100 mph. One person slams on their brakes behind me and ensured that no one else would crash into me until we could pull off the road safely. The next morning, I had a mechanic come help me with the tire and come to find out this specific tire shop sells tires that they have cheaply and unprofessionally patched up with what seems like a cheap air mattress patch and sells them for more than 3 times what they got them for. Naturally, I went back this morning asking for a refund & THE OWNER of the shop denied me my refund, even though I had a receipt AND the tire hadn't even lasted me 20 hours. I told him about how his faulty tire had almost killed me and my pregnant cousin and he nonchalantly denied me again until I brought my Male Mechanic inside with me. THEN ON TOP OF THAT, he insisted that I keep the other tire that is most likely just as faulty as the other one & denied my refund for that one as well. I ended up getting a refund for one of the tires but moral of the story is that they're probably going to patch up the flat tire I had given them in the 1st place and sell it to you.
