I was very uncomfortable with the gentlemen who helped me patch and replace my tire. I am 7 months pregnant and when the employee approached me he said, "I wish I could touch your stomach." I smiled and covered my pregnant stomach to make it clear I didn't want him to touch me then he said "but my hands are dirty but before you leave I need your number." Looking back, I should have left but it was Sunday and I needed to get my tire patched immediately to keep my plans with my family. Once my car was in position to get the tire changed, I got out of my car to move stuff out of the truck for the spare tire to be put back in, at that point, he handed me his cell phone to enter my phone number. I entered a fake one because I was scared to go against his wishes. Once he finished patching my tire, it was time to pay. I knew I didn't want to be alone with him so I asked if I can hand him my card to process my payment, he said no, that I would have to go inside the office to pay, I was so uncomfortable with that idea that I asked if they took Zelle or Venmo. Thankfully, they did and I zelled my payment and avoided being alone with this inappropriate employee. I didn't feel safe at all. They did good work but this young man doesn't understand professional boundaries and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. read more

To start off, the owner Sam is a NICE guy, but his employee's are a NIGHTMARE!! I originally gave them a good review for fixing my tire arms, then after a different interaction, a bad review because of a horrible guy that works there named EDGAR who screwed me. Then Sam messaged me, begging to change the review if he gave me another tire, which I did. Then the other day at the mechanic's, he noticed the tire had a leaky patch, and my tire pressure was only at 17%. I called Sam and lucky me, EDGAR answered and said to bring it in and he'd fix it. After I drove all the way there, in true EDGAR fashion, he said "We won't do business with you anymore", because they just don't LIKE when I call them on their constant SHADYNESS! I messaged Sam, but I'm sure Edgar erased it! Regardless, this shop does dangerous work, with aggressive, rude employee's. TRUST ME LADIES when I say, this shop is NOT WOMEN FRIENDLY, and there are tons of other tire options out there, even on the same street!
