If you want cheap, this is the place to go. David knows how to do his magic but they are sometimes too freakin busy. I came here after I got a blown tire. If I remember correctly, they rotated my tires but other Yelper said otherwise. When I got my tires, the crew forgot to put on the new lug bolts I got from them. Tire Central is the place to go for tires and great customer service! Alan was the gentleman who took care of me today. I wish I could list the whole by name cause they were all smiles. Most places the workers look angry. The guys were all laughing and enjoying life. I have a Chevy Duramax truck and a 28 foot trailer that required some new tires. I am new to the camping game and have spoke to a lot of people regarding what kind of tires to get for both the truck and trailer. Alan was able to suggest some great tires with a high load range and ply to handle the weight of the truck and trailer. I decided to replace the steel wheels on the trailer with new aluminum wheels and Alan found some awesome looking but functional wheels. He ordered the tires and wheels and even made sure that the DOT manufacture dates were as current as he could get them. Once I had the truck and trailer in the Tire Central parking lot( which is a nice lot to fit my overall length of 40 feet), these guys were on it. I left and returned to work to only get a call 2.5 hours later saying that they were done! That is 4 diesel truck tires and 5 trailer wheels and tires. They torque to all specs and even loaded my old tires up for me. I have been around for a hot minute and know that when I find a gem like Tire Central that I will be coming here from now on! I live in the IE so driving over here is far but the service and competitive pricing helps! With my short visit there I witnessed luxury cars getting serviced, so if these guys are pulling in Porsche, Tesla, BMW and Mercedes, my truck is child's play but the same level of service was given. Great service! Donald is the man! Usually best to come early because they get really busy throughout the day. I have RPF1 with time attack tape on the rims. Following yelp, I went to replace two rear run flat tires (known to be more expensive than regular tires) at tires central, making an appointment with David. After the tires were replaced, David honestly informed me that my front two tires were regular tires, and getting two rear run flat tires would be pointless. He then recommended me cheaper regular tires when he could have sent me packing with incompatible tires. Recently I had a chat with them about installing two new tires on my car yet I wasn't sure if I even needed replacements. I sent them a picture or two via e-mail and they replied within 10 minutes. Having living so far, their communication was effective and still I drove out there the next day from Rancho to get my tires done. The next day, I arrive early to beat the customers. I drop off my car and give them my number. They call to say that someone accidentally sold my pair. But they chose to give me an upgrade to better tires for the same price. When I get back, the car was finished and they asked me how much did they tell me. I told them and they were surprised that they gave me such a deal, and now that deal for the more expensive tires. I have been here way too many times in the past 7 years. Mainly because I track my cars and often need new tires. Their price is more than fair and they beat all their competitors. Please do keep in mind that this place can get very busy and their phones are always ringing. They do put their priority to those who are waiting or so it seems. All my tire installation have been flawless with no marks onto any of my wheels (trust me I'm very anal). I have purchased a set of wheels here that were back ordered and they provided me constant updates despite how busy they were. The entire staffs are extremely friendly. Very busy place, people there quite nice, and quite a few people waiting. I did not attempt to ask questions since it is a simple tire replacemnet but saw employees answering questions from other customers. Not clear about the quality of their work, because I am not an expert all. But my car runs smoothly and I did not find anything obvious. Should be find anyway since they do not need superb tech to get tires replaced. Lo and behold, a shiny nail was stuck in one of my rear tires. Being the giant noob that I am, I called everyone I knew for help. I even googled "is my tire with a nail going to explode as I drive?" Cars are clearly not my expertise. All the advice I received concluded that I probably only needed a patch thing and most tire stores can help. Ok. So I cautiously, driving like an old Asian granny, made my way to Tire Central, which was the closest tire shop. I walked in and explained to the young looking gentleman behind the counter what happened (I'm so sad I didn't get his name). He wrote down what I needed, took my keys, and left. No frills and to the point. I waited for maybe 25 minutes. He comes back in, calls my name, and said my car and the nail was fixed. That's it? He also gave me such a great discount that I left a bit flustered and shocked. Even though my car/tire problem wasn't a huuuuuge deal, the guy who helped me showed exemplary customer service and helped a little Azn girl out. These guys are amazing and I am not just talking about the quality of their work. I bought my wheels and TPMS for direct swap, found that there are nails on one of the tires, they got me great price on a brand new tire, then I found out the next day that i have a slow leak on one of the wheels, bought my car back and it turns out to be a defected TPMS, they fixed it free of charge although I bought in the TPMS, they went above and beyond with their service and now i am enjoying my news wheels and tires! I came here on a Wednesday morning and got 245/45R 19 Falken PT-722 for 380.63 - Smooth. I ordered on Tuesday. Got it done the following day. - Cheaper than K&E. $420 quote. Opps - Requires a $20 deposit. I ordered on the phone so I had to tell them my CC number. Yikes. - Took 45min to get the service done. - $20 to get each tire mounted - $1.75 recyling fee - Sales tax: 8.75 - Come on a Wednesday and go across the street to get a 50% burrito! yum - Knowledgeable. Although I have the wrong set-up on my g35 coupe, lol, they told me the effects of having bigger tires. If you go 100mph, you are really going like 90mph so it over estimates the speed. If your car is lowered, it may hit the fender or side wall. fortunately my car is not lowered. - I got tired of spending 450 a pop on performance tires and now can care less about handling since I only drive from eastvale to south LA. Looking for a new set of tires for my BMW 335i and they by far had the best prices for the specific tires that I needed. Anthony was really helpful and informative about tire options and pricing. When I actually took my car to get my tires installed he estimated it would take a couple hours. It took less than an hour. The alignment took less than 20 mins (luckily it was because the alignment wasn't too far off). He really looks out for his customers and makes sure they are satisfied with the service. An example of this was while I was getting my tires installed he informed me that I would need to come back another time for the alignment since the machine will be down for half the day.
