Aside from my deep gratitude for free service, these guys also work really hard. The customer-facing representatives were visibly busy with phone calls, mediating between customers and mechanics, tending to other customers who were there to pick up/ drop off/ get a consultation for their cars, all while exhibiting coolness and professionalism. Decided to take it in on a Friday in the morning. Checked my wheels and told me I just needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced. The back was still good. Sigh of relief somewhat. They were able to get the pads and rotors replaced for little under 3 hours. Time went by and they were updating me during the whole time. Great service and team here. Will definitely bring my car back in to get other services done. No issues whatsoever with the new pads and rotors.
