I've been going here for about a year and a half, and I am very satisfied with the service. The service is fast and accurate with everything being just perfect once finished. They have wifi and I have always been able to get work done in their lobby while I wait. The staff is excellent. Christian was super helpful on my last visit. She made sure everything was thoughtfully explained regarding my service. John was also super courteous and made sure my order was accurate. Disgusted doesn't begin to describe our experience with this location, and the district manager. STAY FAR AWAY from this place, they are lying to people about their car services. -We dropped our car off for rear callipers, brakes and rotors. We were told it would be done within two day, they would be ordering the parts from Autozone and quoted at a fair price. Then, they changed their story trying to sell us tires, saying the E-brake needed to be replaced, and the calipers weren't in yet. After a week, we were told they were waiting on other calipers, because they didn't realize the rear calipers were electric, and additional services were pushed on us again. But, we stayed with the services originally agreed upon and confirmed we were at the same fair price originally quoted. In the middle of the second week of having the car, the Shane, who we originally spoke with disappeared, and Alysha was working our ticket. Again, we were told they were waiting on a caliper, and calling AutoZone's manager to get an update. By the end of the second week of having our car, we called and demanded to know what was going on. At this time, Alysha told us Shane was a drug addict who had gone on a bing, and charged our ticket up past $2200!! They were "fixing" the ticket, and waiting on the final calliper to arrive. They also said they provide us a discount for the horrible experience. By the end of the second week, we were told the car was done, and ticket was fixed, our discount.......$1?!?!?!?!?!?!? They discounted our work by $1!!!! We called corporate customer service, and a Manager reached out and discounted us to something that made sense. We picked up the car, and found out they lied about the parts on the car, and continued to lie about what they did the car. We were lied to about where the callipers came from (they came straight from the dealership not Autozone), we were lied to about what was wrong with the E-brake (there was nothing wrong), we were lied to about what was done to the car as they replaced all calipers, rotors and brakes-not what we asked for. And when we called about the the lies, the Manager told us we got a discount, what else did we want....AFTER THEY LIED. We are disgusted, and appauled a business would operate like this. We still don't know the depth of what we were lied to about, and would never trust another Tire Choice Auto. From what we know, they hired someone who worked under the influence, then approved services the customer did ask for with parts not approved by the customer on a 2 week timeline. That's bad business, don't trust this place. read more

It took over 5 hrs to change and get an alignment on tires! will not be coming back to this location

went in for a tire replacement and alignment, ended up needing a rotor for my tire/wheel. Everything got taken care of. John went above and beyond. read more

Horrible place. Manager was very disrespectful and Unprofessional. he Said he could not fix a bale stem (10 minute job) bc he had a set of tires that were supposed to be there soon and he had to do that first. Mind you the tires were not there he was waiting on them. Also just kept saying he only has 1 guy in the shop and I didn't make an appointment. When I told him you can't really make an appointment for a busted valve stem he ripped his mask off saying how I was disrespectful, he is Tony, he ran Tboys Tire, all this and that. he Could've fixed the tire in the time he spent degrading his customer. I can see why everyone left when Tire Choice took over. Horrible place, horrible people, we will never be back. FYI for the Tboy's Tire people, this is the younger Tony not the older guy that used to be so helpful and nice. The good one is now at Hebert's Tire on Verot. Go there!!! read more

Could not ask for a better experience! Our tire blew out while traveling to Lafayette. Allied not only had the tires we needed for our truck, but also fit us in to a busy Saturday afternoon! Excellent customer service both on the phone and in the shop. And the service time for 4 new tires was much shorter than expected! Quality service! Highly recommend! read more

Waited 4 hours to get tires put on new rim just for them to mess up my rim Then try and charge me more than what they quoted me

This place was WONDERFUL. Extremely fast service and the customer service was even better. We are visiting from out of town and couldn't have been happier with the job well done. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Louisiana! read more
