I called and left an after hours message for Candace last night asking if she could fit my daughter's car in for an oil change today. She called my daughter at 8am this morning to schedule the appointment. The oil has already been changed as of early afternoon. Candace, thanks for squeezing my daughter's car in for service. She said she overheard you in the waiting room explaining to a caller that you're booked until Monday. You are a lifesaver!!

Fast forward I come in. I get all four tires replaced and alignment done brakes rotors all totaled up to 1200. Okay stay with me now a week later I'm having these awful squealing grinding sounds in what seems like my brake pads, I call because I drive a lot. My car is mainly highway miles. I travel for my job. I am driving to Columbus every single weekend!! I call and asked to bring the car in. They tell me to bring it in and they'll check on it. I'm pretty sure whatever dude owner that works there proceeds to hop in my car without me and drive off, he's gone for about every bit of 10 minutes and when he pulls back up, I can smell this awful burning smell almost like a burning metal and I even at one point cracked a joke and said dang did you take the car somewhere and fix it real quick? Everyone there proceeds to make me seem like I'm crazy and act like I'm not hearing anything and whatever he did only got me five minutes down the road before it was 10 times worse than what it sounded like! (pretty sure he sprayed it with some type of break grease or something because he continued to also say we can just spray it with some spray and the squealing will go away) to then to tell me that they are aftermarket brakes and that I should've confirmed if I wanted dealer or aftermarket when that was never even an option! So after me cussing everyone out and pulling back up to show them what I'm hearing, they proceed to make another appointment the next day to then order dealer brakes, and who knows if those even got put on. Fast forward to today I go to get an oil change and they proceeded to tell me that all four tires are excessively overfilled! I definitely will never be going back to this place if I could give the most negative review possible I would! I even seen a few negative reviews about break issues and I still gave them the benefit of doubt && trusted this place and went. The whole Atmosphere is nothing but cheap and money hungry!! 100000000/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!

The car looked as it did when new, and they even took the time to wash the exterior (removing stubborn bird droppings!) and clean the interior as I did not have time to request detailing. I'm very happy to say that Chris' standards are miles above that. Chris did a wonderful job with the old jalopy; cleaning out several years' worth of accumulated dust and grime, and making it sparkle and smell great again. The work was done in a couple of hours on a rainy, humid spring morning, so it took several days for the carpet and upholstery to dry completely, but that was a slight inconvenience that I was happy to put up with for such a thorough, high-quality cleaning. He even managed to remove a dark food stain in the carpet that had been there for several years! The price was right as well; I was charged quite a bit less than I had been charged for the same service at some of the Cincinnati-area detail shops I had used in the past. All in all, a great experience. Chris, I hope to see you in business for a long, long time!

Nightmare experience…read more Went to fix low battery charge and air-conditioning problems. When picking up the car after having paid the repair, I noticed that a red warning light on the dashboard was glaringly on. Went back to discuss with the manager. He flatly said that the light was on when they first moved the car into the workshop. He hooked up the car with an electronic device and told me there were a bunch of problems, including a malfunctioning electronic thermostat. Largely the car was not safe to drive. They charged me $42 for checking. Fixing the thermostat would be a $500 plus job. Took the car home. Fining out the battery was still not charging properly a few days later. Went back to ask them to re-fix the problem they should have fixed before. The manager was not there but they could charge the battery overnight. When I picked up the car, they handed me another bill for charging the battery. They were pretty mad after I refused to pay. Got into the car, the red warning light was off. Apparently, the red warning light was triggered during the repair - most likely when the battery became critically low. Went back again to ask them to fix the battery charge problem. They rudely refused. They told me that the battery charge problem was due to the other problems I had and they recommended to go to see a dealer. I let them know there were no other problems. The red warning light was due to low battery charge. The other problems were their misdiagnosis. Days later, the air-conditioner stopped working as well. All in all, I spent about $400 to have loads of headaches and none of the problems fixed.

This is the kind of place that if you forget to specify exactly what you want, they are 100% going…read moreto give you the most expensive option possible. It shouldn't be on the customer to not forget to make sure they aren't being scammed by a "legitimate" business.

Got it back and it ran horrible, found air duck was freshly duck tapped from being ripped open. I Called and was told it was like that, that is crap, I've owned and worked so n this car for 5 years. Plus I paid them to address any issues found! Thats a huge issue, and duck tape isn't the remedy. Be very cautious when dealing with these people, take videos and pictures of vehicle prior to service. After a 585$ bill I had to purchase a new air duck and clamps from the dealer costing me 200$ more

They said it would be fixed in one day; it took two. When I questioned why he charged me for five hours of labor for a 2-hour job he got very defensive. Yelling at me, his place is a five-star place. Telling me my check wasn't good. He questioned my honesty and my integrity. He had me shaking and in tears. Yelling at me that it was a five-hour job, and I had no right to question his work. Yet every mechanic I talk to said it no more then a two-hour job. At $90.00 an hour for labor, a total of $180 instead he charged me $450. I feel taken advantage of and victimized.
