There is never hardly a wait because these guys get down to business fast and efficiently. Driving around Houston takes a toll on tires, and they have been able to deliver and plug or patch my tires whenever other national chains refuse to. I also get my state inspection here, and that runs from 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Prices are also very affordable. I don't see myself going anywhere else but here for all my tire needs, and you should too!

They got me in immediately, then came back 5 minutes later to tell me the repair was more difficult than usual, but that they would try. This is where I started thinking, "Oh God, they're going to tell me this now just so they can overcharge me later." NOPE! In another 10 or 15, the tire was repaired and the oil changed. Very poor customer service and one of the men behind the counter was very rude to his coworker basically saying he was an idiot and that one person cannot do everything. He was yelling at him about an invoice with a wrong VIN number.
