I stopped and asked them if they had tires that could replace the ones I had. They actually ended up replacing two for $75, including putting the tires on. I had just ordered one tire off of Amazon for about $60, and going to get it out on would have equaled out to what I paid at Panchos for two tires. My husband saw that he had a flat tire the next day. We took it to Discount Tire initially, but they couldn't repair it. This tire and the rest would need to be replaced. It's an older vehicle and my sister in law didn't want to put money into a whole set of new tires because he's purchasing a new car. My husband found that NRS Tires had a used tire in stock for his car for $50. When we arrived they had no other customers so it only took them less than15 minutes to get it done. I rated this a bit on the higher side because of the ease of finding a used tire at a reasonable price and no hassle. However, either the owner or manager wasn't the friendliest. We were trying to help our nephew out by taking care of his tire so we couldn't find where the tire key was in the "usual" glove compartment. While we were looking for it the manager was making rude comments like "Why do you even have that it doesn't belong in this car"? "You don't know where the key is"? Even after I told him it was our nephew's. So, manager interaction 3/10, but the gentleman that installed the tire was 9/10. Quick service 10/10.

Came in on a Friday afternoon, brakes in hand I just needed them to be replaced. They charged $60 for the labor which was a DEAL. (I drive a Honda Civic 2007) Finished within 40 minutes and they had two cars in the garbage when we pulled up. Esteban had great customer, straight to the point and made us feel comfortable with the process. Not upselling either which was nice. We'll definitely be back to get our a/c serviced. Note - they don't do inspections

I'm thinking here we go, it's gonna be one of those days, Martinez finally showed up and was upfront with me, said sir that tire is unrepairable, but I can put a plug in it, since I have road insurance on the tires at discount tire I opted to just take it to discount the next day Monday. I went ahead and asked the Martinez brothers to Check the other tires. Make sure they were good, and was encouraging a lil extra business for them since they were kind and honest about my tire. One tire seem to have a nail in they took the tire off and checked it. And also put air in the other tires. To my surprise, Martinez refuse to take any money from me. I even tried to hand him my Credit card. I did not ask for anything free I even offered to pay, Martinez Brothers said, " hasta la otra, it's OK." And refuse to charge me a dime. These two young business men know and value of "customer service". These young business men are committed to excellence, honesty and hard work. I'm not sure who raised his kids, but props to you and I wish the Martinez Brothers a very prosperous future in their lives and business ventures. May God bless you and your business.
