Sometimes I feel these shops try to exploit your lack of knowledge. However, I did not get that feeling from Mr. Cain and his assistant. I truly appreciated the honesty. I didn't realize they did repairs at the shop. They gave me an estimate for the repair. They changed my tire and sent me on my way. Since I was not expecting any repairs I stopped at another shop for a second opinion. They told me I needed the same repair but their estimate was outrageous. After calling around to get a few more estimates for the same repair, Cain's estimate was EXTREMELY fair/reasonable! I will be taking my other vehicles to Cain's!

There is never hardly a wait because these guys get down to business fast and efficiently. Driving around Houston takes a toll on tires, and they have been able to deliver and plug or patch my tires whenever other national chains refuse to. Very dissatisfied with the service, first and last time I go to NTB. I purchased tires online from…read moreGoodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. I called to see if they could fit me in quickly for a tire repair and oil change. I was only about…read morea mile away from their location and hoped it would be an easy fix. They got me in immediately, then came back 5 minutes later to tell me the repair was more difficult than usual, but that they would try. This is where I started thinking, "Oh God, they're going to tell me this now just so they can overcharge me later." NOPE! In another 10 or 15, the tire was repaired and the oil changed.
