I visited Tire Depot during a Lyft ride due to a low tire (front driver-side was at 30 PSI while the others were at 37). I was asked to wait for assistance, but despite several employees being present, no one followed up or offered help. I understand businesses get busy, but this was a quick air refill and I communicated that I was actively on a ride and pressed for time. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and assistance made the experience frustrating. I hope they can improve responsiveness to customers in situations like this. I went ahead and did five stars because if I give a low rate in most times, the owner will not read it. I want these people to read this review so I'm gonna give it five stars so we can be at the top because this is insane and ridiculous all these guys here and nobody's willing to help. read more

Excellent and quick service! I see people complaining about buying bad tires but when you buy used they are just that used tires. You gamble at your own risk for sure. I bought two new tires from Walmart and brought them here for them to put on l. Their prices are of great value and they get to work right away! I bought a $60 used tire Friday that went flat by Sunday. Instead of offering to give me a new tire, they decided to "fix" it. Then they turned around and told me the tire wasn't the problem, "It's the rim". Th problem is nothing was wrong with the rim before I brought it there. Clearly the rim was bent while being serviced. Stay away from this place. They are rude and treat anyone who isn't Mexican like shit. read more

Yea don't go here. The service is quick, but get the proper tire used is not the best option from here. I got two used tires one is good, but the tire stem was not secured. My other tire has a bubble in it. Just go up the street to another spot cause this is not the best option for a quick fix until you can get better. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I took my BMW here to get a crack in my rim repaired, when he finished I noticed he scratched the entire face of my rim. I told the owner Raphael my issue with his guy's work and he tells me that the scratch is old and he did not do it. He then also mentions that he works on "high end " vehicles so this was not as important to him. It was not until I got a man to talk to him for him to agree to "go half " on getting my rim repaired by his friend. I blew a tire on the way to Savannah, and these guys were the best! I had called other tire places around and asked for timing and they were all going to be 1-3 hours. THESE guys, were super fast and friendly. We were in and out within 20 minutes with the tire replacement start to finish and we were on our way on our vacay. read more

ATTENTION LADIES !!! I would not recommend buying tires from this place. The workers prefer no questions while putting a 8 year old used tire on your car. This is clearly unsafe not to mention some of there tires no longer have DOT dates on them which is illegal. If the tires are 6 to 10 years old DO NOT put them on your car! Please do your research on what to look for when buying used tires. The workers might think you are less intelligent for not buying from them but you are more intelligent by not letting them get over on you. I would highly recommend DISCOUNT TIRES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Went there to buy a used tire and as soon as I head to my destination the freaking tire blows!!! They tell you,you have a 30 day guarantee but they what they dont tell you is that their tires are CRAP. After my tire blows I call to see if they can stay open until I put my spare on and they tell me no because they are closing and they don't get paid for over time and they have been there since 6am... What type of customer service is that?? Now that I do not want a tire from them ever they REFUSED to give me my money back.. Terrible. Let me start off by saying that this place is a complete Joke. I cant believe that they are still in business after all these years. I recently had a set of custom wheels and tires mounted. They were the only place open that morning without a long wait. They had employee vehicles parked outside with custom wheels and tires so I figured they should be ok. They were installed and I was on my way. The next day while riding down the interstate I noticed a huge vibration. I took it to my local dealer to re-balance the tires since I had to get an oil change too. My mechanic came in the lobby and said "let me show you something". That's the last thing you want to hear from a mechanic! He takes me in the shop and shows me where the TMPS sense was broken into two pieces. The valve was still in place, but the sensor was attached to the wheels using scotch packaging tape! Everyone in the shop was at an awe! I immediately called Tire Depot and told them what happens. Their response was "it would still work with it taped like that". WTF? Are you serious? You could of at least had the nads to tell me that you broke it and we could have went from there, but instead you decided to mask your error and not accept responsibility. The techs that work there are clearly misfits. They come off a carnival carnies who hate life for the situation their in. One guy told me to come back the following week and he would order me another sensor. My thing is why do you have to wait to next week? Why cant you order it today and ill bring the car back in once it arrives. It was a way to deter me from coming back. For anyone needing any tire services there is a Walmart, Discount tire, NTB, Goodyear, dealerships, and Tire south within the immediate area. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not professional at all. LIARS! I purchased tires from here and had problems with them the day I got them. I was told repetitively that they needed to be balanced and rotated and I needed a front in alignment. After I spent well over 2 hundred dollars trying to get their crappy tires to ride right I finally took them to 2 other place that told me they were terrible tires and PERFORMANCE tires should have never been put on my car. I purchased these PERFORMANCE tires from these people because they recommended them. When I went to return them the supposed owner "Tim" said that there was nothing he could do about it and it wasn't his problem even though when I purchased these tires they were supposed to be under warranty.
