We always get our tires from Discount Tires. They are typically great at recommending a good value. The best thing about Discount Tire is they give free tire air pressure checks and diagnose any tire issues. This gives great peace of mind when the tire pressure light comes on. If there is a puncture they can fix, it's free for tires purchased there. They also will replace damaged tires that cannot be fixed (and the only fee is the insurance /warranty on the new tire. In the past few years we had 4 incidents where we were driving miles from home and had the tire pressure light come in. In all cases, there was a Discount Tire within 10 miles. Made an appointment online to get two new tires here at 12:30pm. When I arrived they greeted me right away, and had my car in the bay very quickly. I ran to the bank right down the road (10 min away), and before I had even finished at the bank they were done with my car! Easily the fastest experience I've had at a tire shop EVER. They were really helpful and nice. Plenty of parking but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait time. Expect to wait at least an hour. One point in their favor though is it's next to Walmart so you can go shopping or walk to get something to wait while you wait. Will definitely come back to get some new tires. read more

Brought my car in for air, tech found a nail in it; had to wait but that wasn't the problem. My system was showing the incorrect tire as low. I'd just had my car there two days before for my regular rotation. I asked the guy who brought my car around if they'd fixed the system to register the correct tire..they had not he said..said "sometimes we do." I then requested they do this! He checked the tread on each tire and showed me on the tread wear chart where they ranked. Fortunately we ended up at Discount Tire and by luck the Michelin distribution center was down the street, had recently closed, but Kaleb (according to our receipt), the service tech, managed to get a hold of someone who happened to answer after hours. I have been going to Discount Tires for years, but this is my first experience with this particular location. I purchased 4 new tires, and when I drove my car on the interstate later that day, experienced a horrible vibration and shuddering. The next day I took it to a different Discount Tire location to be checked out. They informed me that all 4 tires were out of balance, and I discovered the tires I requested and paid for were not even the tires that were installed on my car.
