While they do take reservations/scheduled appointments, they serve all customers on a first come, first served basis. I empathize with the fact they had an issue getting the two front ones off. The reason for being irritated is the fact that normally having them check the air is free. I had a tip ready for them and the guy who checked the tires tells me his boss is mad because it was taking too long to get the two stem covers off, then proceeded to tell me it was going to now cost me $20 plus tax was added. I didn't have the money to begin with and have now overdrafted to pay for something I was not expecting, especially since I wasn't told prior to them taking them off. Had I known I wouldn't have had them do it. I previously gave 5 stars but today I feel like they did me dirty. So I won't be returning.

These people are either completely incompetent or blatantly scamming their customers out of hundreds to thousands of dollars. Do not under any circumstances go here. Ever. The only star is for Mike, he adjusted the price after the team working on my tire and trying to charge me, without ever confirming it with me, let alone discussing price. The owner (Steve) calls me to tell me the best option was to buy an o.e.m. create motor from gm...so that's what I did. One year later I take it to gm who tells me all my Vin numbers match and the motor was never replaced but rebuilt instead. I went back to American and asked for my warranty information. Steve the owner refused to give me any information and refused to help in any way. The issue with the motor was the gaskets on block was blown out. Not only are they liars and thiefs but they do horrible work....in fact looking through the reviews the only thing these guys can do is tires.
