They looked at it and found a bad alternator that was about to leave me stranded on the side of the road. The guys searched for an alternator, found one, had it delivered, and put it in. They had a nice waiting/lobby area. A special room for children to play in. And most importantly it was clean and inviting...including the bathroom.
