This place gets BUSY. When I brought my car in their garages were full and lot was nearly full. Still, after hearing my situation, Joseph fit me in as early as 9:30AM and finished inspecting (FOR FREE) and repairing my car by 2PM the same day. He was consistent with communication and explained everything that was an issue with my car and what needed to be fixed; and not at a single point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The price was also much fairer, and substantially cheaper (over $150 cheaper) than Pep Boys for better parts (metallic tubing rather than rubber) and better service. This is the type of honesty and integrity auto repair businesses should strive for, because this is how you get regular clients and a growing business.
