I took my car in for a window adjustment which they didn't check from a previous issue. I also noticed my hood wasn't close completely and had to pull over after picking it up. There are other issues put Im just going to say that when the previous owners worked there I had no issues at all. Our car is back in their shop. They just had it on June 13, 2025. Oops! Someone didn't do their job! It had to be taken back to them because our thermostat was climbing up and down as we drove to the store the other day. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This should NOT have happened nor been missed. I don't care what they say. Oh, and they have the nerve to tell us that we will have to fork over an additional $500.00 or more! Holy Shit! This wife ain't happy. My husband is in his late 80's and we MUST have a car. We have been happy with them in the past. But NOT anymore. I can't believe that due to their error and having to bring the car BACK IN, that we have to fork over $500.00 for something I FEEL that they MISSED and shouldn't have to pay period. read more

I used this business for years for new tires and service. But I had too many instances with nails in my tires which I would take my car to them to see if the tires could be repaired and after each time being told that the tires could not be repaired I would have to order new tires from them. After this happened three times, I was told I would need another new tire so I decided too many coincidence and took my car with the nail still in the tire to a tire company on Clw-Largo Rd. Not only did they repair the tire for $15 they guaranteed the tire would not leak and it's been three weeks and no more leak. I do not like leaving bad reviews but in this case buyer beware! read more

Minor issues, no problem. Anything else and this place is a money pit with shoddy repairs and dubious morality! The work gets done but you pay through the nose. After Hurricane Irma I brought my vehicle in because it wasn't firing on all cylinders. I got it back and had to bring it in again for the same problem. Most recently I brought my vehicle in to have the brakes checked. A few days later they called back and told me to have the transmission replaced somewhere else and charged me for labor after doing nothing to fix the problem. After six years and thousands of dollars it's a shame to. get scammed like this. Additionally after picking up the vehicle my AC wasn't working and I had to search and find where they had broken a vacuum hose and never bother to replace it. Shame on you C & E. read more

Beware.Avoid this business,especially if you are a woman!I recently had trouble starting my vehicle(near to this business location).l walked in and politely asked the owner(Dean)if he could be of assistance in helping start up my vehicle(as I was stranded).Right from the get go,his attitude was hostile and extremely misogynistic.He interrupted me and began to berate me,concluding that it was my fault that the car wouldn't start. Incredulously,i stopped him from continuing his rant and said I wasn't interested in arguing and thanked him for his time.After I walked out of the store(and was walking away)l called him an a****hole(because he was acting like an a****hole).He immediately ran out of the store screaming abusive comments and still was blaming me for my car trouble.This man is obviously unhinged and I felt very threatened by his bizarre behavior. He obviously does not respect women and he did nothing to assist me in any way. This is why lam warning all women to definitely boycott this business,if only to avoid a frightening and hostile experience.This man should not be trusted to have any interaction with the public (especially of the female persuasion). read more

Battery died. Called C & E (Goodyear) Tire on Ind Rks Rd, Largo. They got me a battery in one day, I dropped the car last night, and sent me 3 emails to keep me updated on the status of my car. Called me when it was done. I added an oil change because car was due. First time in months I'm not looking at a low tire light or a change oil warning. They reset the indicator for me. (Last time I went to a quickie place, they didn't know how to reset the indicator...just sayin') THEN my brand new Goodyear card didn't work! Too funny. I used another finally but he offered me his phone to call them to ask. Turns out I hadn't used it yet, so they cancelled after a year. Who knew? Anyway, he was still patient and agreeable when I left, and I left happy. read more

On Monday, November 30, 2015, I brought in my 2004 Suburban to C. & E Tire in order to find out why the "Service 4WD" light was on. It was discovered that there were some corroded connection issues, which were taken care of. The cost was over $320, and the problem was rectified. I then brought in my 2008 Sebring convertible on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, because there was a "terrible noise" coming from under the hood. That was checked, and it was determined that the problem was my alternator. Evidently, the bearings were pretty well shot. The alternator was replaced, and I paid over $650. It is quiet "under the hood" now, and I avoided having the old alternator break at some future point. However, when I started the 2008 Sebring at your shop, the "airbag light" came on immediately. That had never happened before, but I drove home, thinking that it might go off during the trip. However, it stayed on all Wednesday, and this morning. I couldn't imagine what the problem was, but was concerned that the airbag light came on right after the alternator was replaced. I wondered if a sensor was affected by the work that was done. I called yesterday to inquire about the matter. I was informed that the airbag light could not have been related to the work on the alternator, and that it would cost me $149.00 to bring my car back in for a diagnostic testing. That was upsetting to me. I had just spend $1000 in two days on basic repairs, which I am sure was a nice profit for your business. I was disappointed that the person I spoke to didn't offer to run the diagnostic test for free to see if something had been done during that replacement of the alternator that affected the airbag sensor. It just doesn't make sense that the light would go on immediately after the alternator was replaced, yet had not been on prior to bringing in my car for service. At the very least, I would have thought that the technician would want to probe the issue to see if he did something that might have caused the problem. Obviously, I will be not be bringing my vehicles to your service shop again. I will look for a business that at least is willing to provide a free inspection to see if they may have caused something akin to the airbag light going on during the service of my vehicle. read more

Terrible place. Called over the phone for a quote on tires. Gave me a expensive price. Asked for their price match and they said they could do it. Went in the next day to show them the price and they wouldn't do it. The tires were their own Goodyear brand from Amazon. They wouldn't even considering it. The guy at the desk had an attitude about it as well. F... this place. The showroom looked dirty as well. Instead i went to Tires Plus which they were nice and happy to even match a Goodyear tire compared to their Firestone one which by costumer rating is better and has higher mile warrenty. 70000 and chepaer price compared do 60000 and more expensive. read more
