Ive been to this location several times for different vehicles and i have to say DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! The customer service is horrible. The manager David was very unprofessional. On one visit I walked with him to my vehicle in order to get my tag and mileage and he was slouching and actually spit to the side. It was disgusting...on another occasion the shop was busy as there was a good amount of customers in the lobby and he was hiding in the room directly next to the lobby desks on his phone just sitting down not being atentive to the customers nor checking on the techs in the back that are working on our cars. Instead he was shouting orders to his assistant...I dont know what is going on but this location was once a great location....I do not recommend to get service here while that management is present. read more

I had a great time here. The value of patching my tire with rotation was around $160 and I thought that was very reasonable for pricing. The reason for 4 instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication from the front desk. He was funny but he definitely was lacking efficiency. Other than that it was great. Workers are rude and inexperienced. Had a 3pm appointment and was told car would be ready in an hour. At 5pm they called to say car still is not ready. Next day at 9am call to say car will be reedy in 30 minutes. At 1:30PM car is still not ready. Manager was rude and didn't even attempt to apologize or offer any form of compensation. Don't believe their time estimates. I had an appt for 9AM. Four tires and an oil chance. 1.5 hours I was told it would take. It's now coming up on 4 hours and they're about to start the wheel alignment any hour now. Horrendous customer service. read more

Tire Kingdom - 8495 SW 132nd St, Miami, FL 33156 I had a disappointing experience here and won't be coming back. I brought my vehicle in because two tires were losing air. I was charged $85.58 for the tire repairs, which is unusually high--but the issue wasn't just the price. When I picked up the car, I noticed the dashboard still showed the low air pressure warning. I went back to the shop, and the attendant casually told me to drive the car a bit and the light would turn off. Well, it didn't. I checked the tires myself and saw that the front left tire still had the same low pressure as when I dropped it off. After driving a few miles "testing the vehicle" I returned to the shop, where he now told me they hadn't found anything wrong with the front tire, so they just put it back without repair--but still charged me! When I questioned the $43 charge, he now claimed it was because they found not one but two punctures in the rear tire and fixed those, but never mentioned this before. Even worse, they didn't bother checking or correcting the pressure on the other two tires, which were also low. Yet they did run a battery test (which I never requested) clearly just to upsell a product. I had to insist that they properly inflate all four tires. The staff member did it with clear reluctance and walked off without a word. They initially said it was going to take just 2 hours of less, which I told my boss, but it finally took close to 4 hours from drop off to pick up just to fix one tire. Plus, the time and aggravation of writing this review. In summary:       *     Poor or no communication with customers       *     No detailed explanation of what was done (or not done) to each tire       *     Lack of basic care--like checking and adjusting all four tires instead of two       *     Questionable knowledge--didn't know correct tire pressure for my vehicle       *     Unprofessional customer service There are many better places in Miami that know what they're doing and treat customers with respect--and charge less. I suggest going elsewhere. read more

One of my tires has been loosing air on and off despite me putting air every other day (32 psi) so I decided to come to Tire Kingdom and have them check it in case it has a nail/screw. I drive long distances and having a faulty tire is very dangerous for me and others, especially on the highway. As soon as I pull up, I approach a young man working on a black pick up truck and when he sees me, he automatically roles his eyes at me. I tell him I just had a simple question for him, he proceeds to throw a clipboard he was holding into the pickup truck bed he was working on. Without actually checking my tire for nails, said to me that my car didn't have a tpms sensor, when it did have it. He also made a comment about my rims, that I didn't need locks because no one was going to steal them from a "Honda." He also pointed out my tattoos assuming I lived in a nice neighborhood and no one was going to mess with me as if I was an aggressive person. First of all, none of his comments are in any way, shape or form acceptable, nor are they relatable to why I was there in the first place. Secondly, his body language and attitude, totally not necessary for such a simple question/job. Thirdly, if he was so busy that he couldn't help me, he could have just told me to wait a few minutes. I called the store as soon as I left, asked for the manager, his name is Asani (sp?) and waited about 10 minutes before he answered, which is fine, I'm sure he was busy. He listened to my concern and said he would talk to his employee to make sure this doesn't happen again. At the end of the day, NO ONE should have to experience this ever, and I can totally understand when someone is having a bad day. But this was just wrong on so many levels, it was inappropriate and offensive. I am not coming back to this Tire Kingdom and definitely do not recommend it. read more

Dropped off car for a simple fix. Remove a screw from the back left tire. They told me 2 to 3 hours. OK . 3 hours later I call to see the progress . They tell me the car is in but they don't know what tire has the screw! There are only 2 back tires! I tell them it's the left rear. An hour later I call again. The gentlemen on the phone again says the car is being worked on. ITS ONE SCREW. It's now 4 hours at the shop and they can't figure this out. NEVER AGAIN! read more

The cabin filter that clearly didn't need changing ( the filter paper was bright white, just a few leaves) The power of suggestion from the tech. I agreed ( It did have a faint musty smell everytime I turned on the AC) A few months later there was a recall. Brought my car down to Kendall Hyundai. The musty smell was still there. I had the Hyundai tech show me how to get to the cabin filter that I'd located in the glove box. OMG this guy/tech that represents Tire Kingdom has a set on him! $31.?? He took plain filter material and STUFFED it into the filter compartment. Now I understand why my husband always requests the old parts that get replaced. This wise guy's name is on the invoice. My bet is he is no longer there. It has been a while however corporate needs to be made aware. Let's see if I receive compensation Very few know the true art of good honest service or how to retain a loyal customer base. PS Sent my granddaughter to have the oil changed. Young beautiful. This is a 2o16 Hyundai Sonata under 25000 miles. They sold her synthetic oil. $75 for oil change that should of been $21. PSS The wise guy told me tire rotation is an extra charge. First Time ever having a customer service problem at this location. I have four vehicles which I always used this location. I am very disturbed with the associate with the long gray beard. He might be the manager but must have been having a bad day and took it out on the people that pay his salary. All I needed was to fix a flat and was treated very poorly! Once again I broke down for convince sake and went to this Tire Kingdom. Ugh big mistake. I thought they would be responsive since all I wanted was for someone to check my rear tire because there was a screw in the tire. Nope they would not and I was told I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Needless to say I didn't wait and went elsewhere. The screw had not entered my tire and it took less than two minutes time to determine this fact. Stay far away from this Tire Kingdom. read more

Came here because of the good reviews and they offered better prices than my dealership. Bad decision ! They advertise they rotate the tires when you pay ultimate oil change and inspect the car, etc... they don't ! Some guy in the office, I think his name is Sergio, super annoying individual! Told my husband , "No sorry we're just gonna do the oil change, those tires can't be rotated" They just wanted to sell new tires, which is expected, the name says it all. We didn't want to buy new tires, the car is a 2021 model, they should be okay for a bit more time at least. He gave my husband an attitude and told him , to at least change one. Clearly they were just being lazy and just wanted to sell more, I should've taken my car to the dealership and pay twice as much but they actually do all services, explain it to you, show you what they did, and they take care of you as a customer. On top of that they didn't do anything else but change the oil and they took forever, over a hour! My husband went to ask why it was taking so long and the same guy didn't even acknowledge him, grabbed the phone and pretended to be talking on the phone, kept ignoring him and talking to other employees, please give him the worst employee of the month badge! Who straight up ignores a customer like that, standing right in front of you for 15 minutes!! They say even with all the services we got denied, they do it under a hour. I sent my daughter over there for an oil change. They told her over the phone that she had a screw in one of her tires and that it needed to be replaced. The screw has yet to be located in person. No morals, no integrity. I don't know if it is just this particular salesperson or company policy. The oil change was under $30. They tried to charge her almost $300 for one tire with all of their BS fees. I WILL NEVER GO THERE sand Hope no one else ever does. Disgusting way to do business. Preyed g on young woman. read more

As a girl I'm terrified to do anything car related. And since I've been (happily) single for a year I don't have a boyfriend to take my truck for an oil change. Car places terrify me for no real reason except that I went to one once and got hit on and this made me super nervous... but I had a great experience here. Angel was super nice and professional and made the whole thing painless. My truck (his name is Chomper) is my baby so I hate leaving him anywhere. But this place was excellent and the lobby was clean and all the other people there seemed content and happy not like other places I've gone that everyone seems frustrated for one reason or another. I finally feel like an independent woman since now I know where I can always go and comfortably get my oil changed. Angel also helped my brother with his Jeep... he bought new tires online and they installed them for him. They also checked out the Jeep for him and let him know what was going on but weren't pushy about getting stuff done. Super happy with their service will definitely forever be coming here read more

After having been scammed days before by another company, we took our car to Tire Kingdom. We had 4 new tires and a new sensor put on the tire. Less than 24 hours later the tire was showing a 22 psi. In fear of being scammed again, we brought the car back. Seeing our frustration, but not really knowing why, Hasani listened to our frustration, checked the car in a timely manner and showed us the issue of a cracked rim. We were so thankful for his honesty, quick response, with his team, in finding the issue. It was refreshing to encounter such a profesional group. Great job! read more
