Made an appointment for a Sunday 10am visit to have a new set of 4 tires installed. The job was done in about an hour and a half. Paid around $529 for the tires and labor. I am a little leery in regards to chain auto repair places because they often will attempt to sell you a big or even huge bill of goods. They told me that I needed new rear shock absorbers and struts that was over an $800 estimate. I politely declined and will get a second opinion on that. read more

I don't know how to rate this place. They did the job I asked of them, but I really wish they took appointments. The waiting area is very drab and there were like no seats available for my 4 hour wait. It is also in an extremely "seedy" or "shady" area. It isn't anywhere I would choose to be in the evening. The staff was not super cordial in person or on the phone, I attributed it to being pretty busy on the day I went in for service and hope that this isn't a normal occurrence. read more

I must say, two new tires with an oil change with installation, on a Sunday morning, without an appointment, Just $220.00?! Unbelievable. The flat tire was unexpected and it happened on a Saturday. They did not have my tire, once we brought it in, less than 24 hours notice, they had it in the store. They were the only tire place opened and ready to service, especially on the weekends. We bought four brand new tires and got them installed at this location. Less than two months, we realized that the back tires started going bald. Per our receipt, the car ALSO got an alignment the same day the tires were changed. But It turns out that the car NEVER got an alignment. When we went back to GET THE ALIGNMENT WE PAID FOR AND TWO NEW TIRES GRATIS, the ONLY customer service agent (who's also the "manager") that was there this morning was no help. He stated that he wanted to help but his attitude and demeanor said otherwise. He also said that their mechanic said that the issue was the car's shock absorbers but if that was the case, wouldn't they have also noticed that while putting in the new tires???? We also went to another shop near by to get a second opinion and they said that the car did not get an alignment and that it should've been fixed before the tires were installed. We also called another Tire Kingdom and they said the same thing. This Tire Kingdom is robbing people and doesn't care about their customers or their customer's car. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Tire Kingdom #083 On July 4, 2013, I visited this store to purchase tires. Their was one employee inside and he immediately welcomed me and offered to assist me. I began to explain what my car was doing on the road and how I was looking into getting a new set of tires for my car. At that moment this amazing employee by the name of Harry James, began searching for several tires, different band names, mileage, etc. I was sure I needed to buy four tires until Harry suggested to look at the tires on my vehicle. He showed me how one of the tires were worn. He was so Honest and told me I did not need four tires only one!!! I knew I was going to purchase something from Harry because he cared. Where does someone find an honest salesman??? That's a dichotomy. Two more clients walked in and I wanted them to know they were in the bet hands because of how Awesome and Amazing Harry James is. It is pretty obvious to see that, integrity and honorable is who he is. Harry was juggling all three of us at the same time. What a way to multitask. We were all being so taken cared of, time did not matter. It is because of Harry's demeanor and professionalism that everyone stayed and purchased tires. I felt this merited writing about Harry and sharing what an exemplary representation he is for Tire Kingdom!! There will come a time I will need 3 more tires and I will ONLY purchase them from Harry at store 083 or wherever Harry may be. He is truly someone that takes pride in his work and puts his customers first!!! He should be the National Customer Service Trainer for Tire Kingdom!!!! Brilliant of the Manager to leave his top employee working on such a busy Holiday!!!! Kudos to him for having Harry part of his team!!!! Please give Harry more than a pat on the back. I brought my car in this morning for a nail in the tire at 10:45 and instead of the guys working here telling me they didn't have the materials needed to patch the tire, I sat here and waited until after 3pm. When all I needed was simple communication this is all called good customer service. I will never take my car back to this place a 5 minute job became a 4 hour job. read more

Dropped car off to get flat fixed after running over a huge and very visible screw. I Waited three hours and the the guy was extremely rude upon pickup and even yelled for the next customer to my face before we were done. I was polite and unassuming so I don't know why he was so rude. Today I was late to work because they never fixed the tire. I could see the screw sticking out as soon as I walked out this morning. I usually get all three of my cars serviced at the Naranja location. Unfortunately on this date the staff was rude and refused to honor my tire warranty. When I requested to speak to the manager Barbara Mendoza she came out refused to hear my complaint she spoke Spanish with her staff and they laughed while communicating the also used racial slurs while communicating in front of me. She then demanded I leave her store when I asked for a copy of the tire warranty! This place lacks customer service and support. This is the worse customer service I've every experience from a business. I felt like I was in a foreign country who hate American people! Simply because I did not speak Spanish and requested proof of their warranty changes. read more

CAUTION: Stay away if you're from out of town or totally clueless about cars! Pulled in from a coss-country trip with a blown check valve on the brake power booster. Was told no one in the area had a replacement check valve and the entire booster would have to be replaced at a total of $419 parts and labor. I drove a mile down the road to Auto Zone, bought a check valve for $6, installed it in about a minute, and went on my way. Saved $413 and hours in delay. My first clue when I walked in? They were all sitting around doing nothing! I can appreciate they need work, but it's better in the long run to be honest than to take advantage of people. read more

This has been my "go to" for tires on my maserati for one reason- Angel. Angel takes my order over the phone and personally escorts my tire from where ever it is to this location. The change is done in less than half an hour. Ripping people off and scamming customers. I ran into one employee, I asked him for the price of my tire which I knew was already 114, the price is online but I wanted to make sure that it was the correct price. I told him the size and model of the tire and after he looked it up he responded with 175. I told him online it said 114 and that's when he got upset and rude and told me why did you asked me if you know the price. I'm not sure if the douch bag wanted to rip me off and pocket the money, but that's what it seemed they do here. I also payed for an alignment which was not done. As I was driving away my car was pulling to the right so I went back and those theives said they only aligned the rear tires. Don't bother coming here, they will rip you off and they will charge you for work which they won't do. read more

I called ahead and asked if they would be able to take care of my tire that needed a patch and they said they would although it may take a while. I arrived, parked and waited in the office where no one was available for about 20 minutes. Then someone pulled their car up to the garage and the first tire kingdom employee I had seen since I arrived went to help them. He even saw me waiting in the office. I walked out the door and the employee didn't even acknowledge me as he saw me walk out. Will never go here again. read more

Stumbled upon this place needing an oil change. Initially went to Jiffy Lube right next door, but they didn't have the oil filter for my vehicle and also didn't do tire rotations. I noticed tire kingdom did oil changes and I decided to walk in. The service was great. They got me in immediately and had no complaints!! read more

The sales guy Miguel Caba was very nice and helpful, they did a good work on my car, I have been there a couple of times, but I'm doing this review because there is a new guy called Javier who treated me very aggressive and disrespectful, and I saw him doing the same thing to other costumers on the Tire Kingdom at 112 and 211 in Cutler Bay. I don't want to mess with nobody's business, but costumers pay their salary and I think we deserve to be treated with some dignity. read more
