So for better and faster service I went OTB to Discount Tires where the person I spoke to was actually a person who worked at the local shop I was immediately put on the rack and left with a new set of tires in less than 30 minutes where Tire "King" said they might be able to do it in 2 to 3 days. It's laughable especially when it comes with an attitude. They need to get with the program and learn how to communicate with their customers. I've used Discount Tires from CA to FL and today I realized they are consistent from coast to coast, friendly service with competitive pricing.

The shop kept my vehicle for approximately 14 months, and when it was returned, it was almost in worse condition than when I brought it in. Among the issues I discovered were a broken headlight, incomplete repairs, and parts left inside the vehicle for me to install myself. The vehicle was returned with several serious safety concerns, including a hood that was not functioning properly and a battery that was unsecured and moving freely under the hood. In my opinion, this created a potential safety hazard. In addition, the air conditioning system was not properly serviced, as no refrigerant had been added. Work that should have been completed was either left unfinished or performed improperly. They actually used wood screws, glue instead of brackets and bolts. As a result, I am now facing thousands of dollars in additional repair costs to correct problems that were not fixed and to address issues caused by the condition in which the vehicle was returned. Based on my experience, I can only recommend All-Pro Automotive being permanently shut down.

I spoke with Jonathan and he is friendly and knowledgeable as ever. I stated that I needed to get a major factory service maintenance done but I also wanted to get a few other big ticket items done. He wrote up a quote and texted it to me within the hour. I was able to text Jonathan back and confirm an appointment. Since the service was going to take all day I inquired about utilizing the shuttle back home. Jonathan let me know that they offer a service where they're able to pick up my car and deliver it upon completion. As a parent, not having to load up the car to spend hours at the mechanic is a blessing. Fast forward to service day and Elliot picked up the car promptly. Later that afternoon I get a text showing their inspection report with PICTURES taken of OEM items used, air filters, tire levels, brake pad levels, etc. Talk about TRANSPARENCY. So I've been following Royalty Auto on social media for sometime as they always have great videos…read more I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon, of which I was concerned about possibly needing rear brakes. My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for. They all obviously take pride in the customer and mechanical service that they offer and the car is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied and will bring it back to them for future services.
