Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. However, I have never felt pressured to add additional services! Overall I would highly recommend Lou's Car Care if you are looking for a reliable place to bring your car!

Napa schedule system told me I got upcoming oil change appointment- great, I thought - I confirmed it via their new Napa system - then they call me n notify they couldn't get me scheduled until WEEKS OUT. Turn around TWO days after they told me they are backed up n couldn't get me in for simple route service - I had a friend with unknown car troubles call them up and GOT right in the next day. Priority for new clients that MAYBE have a problem diagnosing problems rather then staying loyal to one's that's been bringing cars to for years.. not fun or happy bc I've always liked going here.

After 2 attempts at trying to fix my car at two locations they still couldn't get it right. I took there own employees advice and went to Firestone where they showed me how bad the alignment actually was and finally got it right. Very sad that they are just taking peoples money and ruining peoples cars.
