Don't accidentally go here if you don't want your car and tires all chewed up just for a simple alignment and balancing. They can keep there money. After 2 attempts at trying to fix my car at two locations they still couldn't get it right. I took there own employees advice and went to Firestone where they showed me how bad the alignment actually was and finally got it right. Very sad that they are just taking peoples money and ruining peoples cars. read more

These guys remind me of the OLD Cole Muffler in Fulton. They look it over, tell you what you need and tell you the price. I need some exhaust work done and another shop quoted me $800. I knew that wasn't right. Brought it here and was out the door for $150. When I asked why the huge difference I was told the other shop was going to replace stuff that didn't need to be replaced. Monroe is a great establishment! This is not about them! Yelp listed them as a propane refill site, I called first to confirm, they are not.

Grossly overinflated labor prices, attempted to charge me over two hundred dollars for a battery. Was given a quote for work that was completed by another reputable shop for less than half of what was quoted by this store. Will never use them again and recommend that others don't as well. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service and quality of work I have ever experienced. Had a strut assembly installed and I had to take it back because the technician failed to put the strut all the way down in the knuckle. The right front of my car was 5 inches higher. If you have a brake job done, they will turn it into as much money as they can, they practice quoting low, then in the middle of the job you get a call saying you need this, this, and this. I went there because they are four blocks away..My advise, if you are thinking about taking your car to them tell someone to slap you..find a reputable local mechanic who cares about you as a long term customer and develop a relationship with them. PS had a muffler noise, took it there, the service manager asked me what part of the exhaust needed to be replaced, I said I don't know. He responded with a disgusted Shissst. Really! Remember friends, this is a public company that desperately needs to maximize profit. They are paid commission on part sales and if a service manager doesn't make the numbers forecast there is hell to pay. read more

Took car in for brake pad replacements. Hear a loud CHING, 1 minute later they come out and show me my brake rotor with a huge fresh gash in it. Tell me that the calipers in the rear are seized and need to be replaced and that the rotors need to be replaced because of the damage. These people are absolute crooks that need to be investigated. Please, if you want to hold onto your money, do not go here, ever! read more

My family only goes here for vehicle issues and oil changes. The Manager Don honest and tells it like it is. Gets you in and does repairs in a timely manner and takes coupons and discounts and is a stand up guy. Something hard to find in a repair shop these days! Would recommend to anyone. read more

At 10 am on Fri. 05/12/17 The person answering phones at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I told him I needed a new valve stem for my new vehicle and persisted to tell me that it should be under warranty. I told him is was not covered - he responded with out helping " those are usually like $125 - I said I can get them full with the tire pressure sensor from the dealer for $29.99 - he responded - "ok....must be nice - I cant." I immediately hung up and called mavis - 1 mile down the road - he told me " we dont need a new sensor - wr have plenty of valve stems we can hook the sensor up to - just to match the old with a new one - they quoted me $45 dollars for valve stem and install - I made an appt. And very happy with the customer serve at mavis. Its worth to drive 2 mins longer down the road than to be treated like a lesser of a human being than of the mechanic standing behind the front desk answering calls - mad at life. Pathetic and very unprofessional. In a small town like fulton where businesses DONT THRIVE - the last thing a company needs is to be driving customers away because the people who you employ are rude and turn off your customers. Great job. Ill never ever step foot in that unwelcoming place of business again and neither should you! Unless you want a headache and your morning ruined. read more
