I was told the alignment could not be preformed unless I bought new front tires. When asked if the rear tires could be rotated to the front so the alignment could be done, I was told there is a "law" in North Carolina that the tires with more tread must be on the rear. A quick google search will tell you there is no such thing. I took the truck to another shop who was able to preform the alignment without issue, and said the "law" was nonsense. Needless to say I'll never be coming back to Mr tire for any reason.

The indoor staff was very friendly, telling me exactly where to wait and assuring me someone would be right out to assist. I did have to wait a little while for someone to come out and help me. However, once the technician arrived, he was excellent--he knew the exact air pressure my vehicle required without even needing to check the door sticker. He got them checked and filled quickly, and I was back on my way in no time.

Additionally, rubber bushings, tire weights, and various other debris are all over the parking lot. The rubber won't cause damage, but those metal weights could. Skyland Exxon put my spare on (for less than $10!) and then, as they were backing the car out, were unhappy with the sound it was making... turns out one of the brake caliper bolts was MISSING! I've never been so happy to have a flat tire in my life! But the point, really, is that I love 'small businesses' run by real people! Togar's, Firestone and Exxon!
