The same tire he mounted with the wrong size of my car ended blowing up in the freeway. I went back and told them and to realize that the owner of the tire shop had gave me a receipt with the wrong year of the receipt In purpose, so I pulled out my bank receipt and told them how is that possible. They agreed to give me the correct size once it arrives but this shop seems sketchy to me and should be reported to the "Better Business Bureau" & keep in mind that it was the owner of the tire shop who is doing this scams . The value of the tires they providing in this tire shop is trash. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

My 65 impala was shaking after 40 miles so I jacked up the car and wiggle the driveshaft and noticed a little bit of play from transmission yoke to tranny. I took off the driveshaft but seem ok. I noticed my transmission rear copper seal that holds the yoke out off place. I just replaced that part less than 50 miles ago, took it to (driveshaft pro) spoke to a gentleman named Salvador, he clearly said my shaft was out of balance and the u-joints was old and bad. He offer to rebuild the same shaft but he recommended going a little bit larger and longer due to my 396 and 400th set up. I decided to move forward with the new shaft to match the same ratio is asking. 2 days later it was ready to pick up and affordable too. Today I installed the new shaft and took it for a test drive, MAN drives jet smooth. No wiggle or shaking. Nothing but power to my rear differential. I'll definitely recommend anyone seeking for help regarding rear ends or differential services.

There was nothing comfortable, polished, or remotely premium about the experience. It was actually pretty pitiful. I understand that a dealership service department doesn't need to feel like a luxury hotel, but there should still be some level of pride in the facility and an effort to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable, especially when people may be sitting there for an extended period of time. As someone who is brand new to Chevy, this was definitely not the first impression I was hoping for. I'm already starting to wonder if this is simply what I should expect from most Chevy dealerships, but I'll be trying another location for my future service needs before making that judgment. Coming from years of owning a Mercedes-Benz Fletcher Jones and having my vehicle serviced in Newport Beach, the difference in the overall experience is worlds apart.
