Chuck and his team work hard to make sure their customers are treated with mutual respect, given the information they need to make an intelligent buying decision, and ultimately leave satisfied and safe. As an example; I showed up without a scheduled appointment on a Saturday at noon. It was the last day of a four for the price of three sale. I didn't expect to buy tires this visit, just checking out my options before they closed at 2pm. Chuck spent 30 minutes researching how he could obtain the right tires at the right price from his inventory in Spokane. While successfully finding a great set of Cooper tires for me, he also assisted three other customers. Everyone was served politely, professionally, and expeditiously. He, and his service employees, accomplished this all within two hours. As always, I was very impressed. I noticed a slow leak in my tire so today while I was at work my boyfriend took my car to get it checked out. They got my car in pretty quickly which was nice considering I didn't have an appointment but my frustration stems from the service tech telling me my tire was not fixable to immediately when the warranty I bought was produced to "oh yeah we can fix it". It felt "scammy" to me. I bought those tires just over a year ago and now I'm hesitant to go back to this location. I understand sales are important in that line of work but how quickly his tune changed was extremely gross to me. I have quite the drive everyday and a toddler often with me, it makes me question should the tire have been fixed or should I have had the warranty filled and new tires put on? Was my safety compromised to save the store inventory or was the tire completely fixable and I was being lied to so I could make that man's sales for the day? read more

Complete waste of time. I made an appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time and they cleared me for an 11 o'clock slot today. I got here five minutes prior, where they took my keys and told me the job was going to take an hour longer than what they previously told me. I get a call an hour later telling me that there's another car in front of me and it's going to be a longer wait. The manager seems like he doesn't care and is annoyed with everybody and this is my third time coming in here and this will be my last. read more

About 8 years ago I took my 2004 F150 into the Spokane Valley location shortly after purchasing it. The parking brake was not working. They discovered both front strut springs were actually broken and the rear shocks were blown as well. They replaced the struts and shocks and also replaced my brake pads and rotors. When I got my truck back, the parking brake didn't work and wouldn't hold the truck. Also, the brakes developed a horrendous modulation at speed which ended up wiping out the pads AND rotors after less than a week. I took it back to them and the manager tried to tell me that the parking brake was fine. I asked to simply get my truck back and promptly took it to Golden Rule brake. They replaced the brake pads and rotors and fixed the parking brake so it actually worked. I tried to give Tire Rama a google review but they dont have that ability. They also make it very difficult to get ahold of anyone at the corporate level to try to get remedy for poor service. All these years later I see they get reviews on Yelp. Needless to say I have not been back in eight years and would not recommend them at all. read more

They repaired an atv flat for free which was great however they mounted it backwards they should have marked the tread direction prior to taking it off. When I brought the atv back there on a trailer to get it fixed the service manager said that since the tire was originally brought in off the vehicle I had to go back to my shop and take the tire off the atv before he would fix it. I went to the competition around the corner I took the atv off the trailer and they fixed Tire Rama' mess up in a few minutes. I also had an issue a few weeks ago when they bent a beauty ring on my wheels while repairing a flat on my f250. It wasn't that big of a deal as you can barely notice their damage. But they still changed me for the flat repair and did not offer to try to make it right. Sorry Tire Rama I will no longer be frequenting your establishment read more

I had trouble with my older jeep. I called to get a quote on tires for the snow. When I got there the man found my tires could be a larger size & that this fix would save me over $100. It took them no time at all to put the new tires on & the larger size did solve the issue & my Jeep now drives like it did many years ago. I came from CA so I think at my last tire change they put on the smaller tire because it hasn't driven well since & Im glad they saw this because I wouldn't have done well this winter in the snow! read more

I've been to this store in the past. Service was always decent. Today I went in for a flat tire repair. The manager said it would take a "few hours" which was fine but I asked if it was more like 2 or 4 hours. He said a few hours...without answering the question. I said I was going to check and see if the tire store down the street could get me in a bit quicker. He said ok, grabbed my tire from the shop and sent it rolling out to my car! He didn't try to hand it to me or anything. It rolled out of control and plopped on the ground. NO Need for the rude behavior. I was courteous and up front. I had to get back to work. Don't shop here and support this lack of service! read more

I don't know where to start but this location was the absolute worst experience of a tire rama I've had. I went in to get a battery replacement and asked what an estimate would be on it and I was told between $175-$250 so needless to say that's what I was expecting to pay and was perfectly fine with that. The service was done after about 20-30 minutes and I go back ready to pay anywhere from $175-$250 as I was told and the gentleman there had said it would actually be $332 instead. I'm so wildly confused as to why it's the much first of all.. I've never paid more than $200. Secondly, I wasn't even given a heads up with a courtesy call to say "hey that estimate I gave you was wrong it'll be d amount more. Would you like to continue with the service?" I don't believe it was fair that, that price was snuck on me. I would've liked to been given a heads up and even the option to proceed. I feel if that was the price range you gave us you should honor the price that was stated or don't give estimates out period. I'm not sure how in the world a 2010 Sebrings battery costs $332??? That's absolute unheard of. If that was the case I would've taken my business elsewhere, which I will be doing next time unless someone is able to make this right. I wish they'd do honest business and it's extremely dissatisfying to see and experience. I'd give this review a half a star if I could. Beware of this Tire-Rama. read more

We discovered a slow leak while traveling through CDA and weren't able to get quick help from another tire place. it was severe weather for travel, so we needed to keep moving to stay in daylight s much as possible. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes of our arrival at the store. Their motto is "we'll get you there.". They certainly lived up to it for us! read more

I usually do my own maintenance on my vehicles, but I am out of town and needed an oil change. I went to this location, and the guy at the counter was ok, but I saw the "mechanic" looking under my van as I was walking out to get my dog out of the van, as I passed by him I said hi, and he gave me the most hateful look and just shook his head, and did not respond. I don't know if he is just an a-hole, or hates his job, or what. I have a classic Chevy van that is about the easiest oil change you can imagine, but it took about 45 minutes to complete the service, but when I looked under my van, my filter is leaking badly . I needed to sell my current suv so wanted to replace the tires (used) to feel good about selling...started working with Greg. Greg had none to work for my suv but, networked other tire rama shops and found me just what I was needing. While having them replaced John service guy (filling in from another store) helped me soooo much when one of my tires had probs being removed he worked on it with the help of other employees and were able to fix the prob and get me going back in the direction I started! I could tell the representative at the front desk was annoyed with me from the moment that I walked in the door with the glare I was given. I spent a total of 2 minutes in there and will not be back because of his petty, and rude attitude. Never again! Have tried this place for several years because they were a convenient location. Once bought 4 new tires and they tried to convince me it needed a brake job but I refused. Good thing. It went to the dealer for my annual free oil change two weeks later and their 21 point inspection revealed the brakes were in great condition. Wife just had a tire damaged by road debris on I-90 and quickly pulled over to the shoulder after the Low Tire warning light came on. Put on the spare and went to this location and was told NO WARRANTY because the tire had been driven flat. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks! read more

I've always trusted Tire-Rama and Alton's prior to their switch. Always friendly, always quick always do what exactly what I ask and only sell me on things when they are needed. I regularly drive longer trips (Boise, Seattle & Portland) for work and it's nice to go in and say "take care of me" and know that my cars going to make there and home with no surprises. read more

I'm sure that they are a good enough shop if you get a set of tires and don't have any problems, but my experience was aweful. I came in for a tire warranty and they straight up lied to me that the sidewall damage wasn't covered because it was driven on while flat, even though that's because I needed to find a safe place to pull off the road. The store manager wasn't there to help and I should have left but I didn't want to drive on my donut and ruin my all wheel drive. I later talked to the manager and he was all, "yeah, yeah, we can fix that and make it right," but then he never returned ANY of my calls. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I paid almost $100 for their no hassle warranty and then another $700 because they wouldn't honor it. read more

I had a total blowout in about 10 inch of snow so I had to go to the closest tire shop. long story short they are lazy an didn't clean my rims I purchased four new tire an all has slow air leaks do to them not cleaning the rims. two months later I became sick of putting air in them. I head back to get them fixed they want 18.50 to fix there lazy techs work then they want to tell me it's my fault because I don't clean my rims enough! Give me a break stay away. read more
