I actually saw a sign up on saying a really good price for oil change when I owned my Subaru outback. So I stopped in and they were so polite. Explained everything they were doing down to the tea. They go out of their way for their customers. They lie to their customers by telling the them one thing and doing another. They don't tell the customer what they will be doing with their vehicle as far as not mentioning the customer needed something and then doing it without the permission. They could get better employees, some that know how to treat a customer, and know what customer relations is all about and how it makes or breaks a business. read more

Horrible service. They don't complete the promised services and act like you are putting them out by showing up there. Very poor customer service. The only reason I went here was because there was no wait and the place down the street had 10 cars in line. Now I know why. They also promise a free car wash with a full service but I had to beg for that before they sent me on my way. They didn't do simple services that are included like filling tires and washing the windshield... Makes you wonder if they did any of the other items that are less obvious to the customer. read more

Watching them put out their signs and really just not care going to go somewhere else as if this is the attitude what is the service like no way to run a business. I was drawn to this establishment because they were advertising $30 oil changes and a free car wash with any full service and my truck was due for an oil change. I figured an establishment that's been in business as long as this one has got to be reputable. That went out the window as soon as I drove in. There was no $30 oil change, only full services that started at $45. The "technician" took my vehicle and personal information and then tried to sell me on the cheapest full service option. My trucks manufacturer specified that it must take full synthetic oil so I asked him if that option was with full synthetic oil, he said no, that would be the $85 full service option, so I begrudgingly agreed. After about 10 minutes the "technician" came in with an armful of additives and my air filter. He told me that my air filter was dirty and that a new one was $25, it was in fact dirty, but it was not in need of change yet. So I declined, then he tried to sell me on an oil additive for $10, I declined, then he tried to sell me on an injector cleaner, and again I declined. I told him that my owners manual says that all those things are harmful to the sensors in the engine and he rolled his eyes and walked out. 10 minutes later and they were done and I was getting ready to pay. $115!! The full service covers a full suspension and chassis lube, all fluid inspected and filled, tires checked, and a free car wash. Here's the kicker though, my truck has non serviceable bearings and seals. THEY'RE NON-GREASABLE! they charged me for greasing all my steering and driveline parts and none of them are greasable! All they did was change my oil, check my differential fluids and transfer case fluids, and add air to my tires. AND I DIDNT EVEN GET A FREE CAR WASH! As a college student getting my associates degree in diesel technology, I know a thing or two about proper maintenance and what they can and can't service on my truck. I was hoping to save a buck by having a lube shop service my truck as all my tools are at school. For that price I might as well have taken it to the dealership, at least then I'd know that it was getting the right fluids and I wouldn't be getting charged for services that can't be performed on my truck. I requested a oil change for my Tundra, furnish my own synthetic oil and filter. Parker Toyota was booked all day this Saturday and I stopped to wash my car and stopped int to Fastlane Quick Lube to see if they could fit me in and honor the $25.95 price that Parker charges. The attendant told me they could not match Parker Toyota's pricing who is directly next door. I asked if they would be willing to compete with their pricing as Parker was indeed their competition. His answer two times was "I don't Care". I asked to see the manager to share with him how his employees treated me and exactly what he said "I don't care". The manager stated to me that was how the do business and to leave. I mentioned I would never come back and would tell all my friends about this experience. He did not care and told me to leave. I have had my oil changed there twice since I bought my truck. On the third time I took it, the older gentleman that was apparently in charge asked me why my engine was ticking. I told him it had always done that since I bought it. He proceeds to tell me he can't change my oil because of the tick ( even though I have had it there twice already and ticking). I ask why not and he says he can't be liable. Then hands me a card from a local mechanic and says to go have him take a look and get it fixed. Then come back to him and let him know what the tick was, so he can inform future customers with the same truck. Then and only then he can change my oil. It's a total scam job between this place and the mechanical shop. Dude probably gets a 10% kickback on any work he sends there. So I left and took it to the dealership to have my oil changed. Not to mention they try to up sell you on stuff you mostly don't need done. I watched the guy open my oil cap run his greasy fingers inside of it and wipe his finger in a white card. Then tells me my engine is dirty and I need a $75 engine flush. All off of a greasy black smudge on a white card. Do NOT go here! go to the one in Hayden by Les Schwab next to the gas station. Great place. Been taking my rigs here for a very long time. Dont listen to all the negative reviews. Of course they try to sell you things. That is what a business does. Its pretty simple to replace your own air filters or wiper blades. Your manual even shows you how step by step. Own has been there for a very long time as well as employees. I brought a work truck in here for an oil change. They acted like I was really inconveniencing them by bringing my company's business. We had 3 trucks in town that needed service and this place had no waiting line. I understood why after I came here. The guy working up top on September 13th was a complete fool and moron. After having my first rig done I mentioned that I had a crane truck that might not fit in but we only had limited time that we could be unavailable due to being on a firefighting contract. I try to bring the truck in later only because this place still has not line, but it was too tall. We could have just nosed the rig in the bay and got the oil change done, but the fool working was ignorant and not helpful. Although I could never recommend this place I can recommend One Stop Lube on Commerce Drive. They wanted my business and were polite and even had the brain capacity to think to nose my truck in even though it was tall with the crane and perform service and let me back out!! They were a few bucks cheaper too for the same oil and oil filter! read more

Stopped in for a quick oil change were the sign out front said. After waiting for 20 minutes in line the lowest price offered was 49. With a recommendation for the 59 package. Choose the full service package I was presented. The service was disappointing. Not all services were provided staff was obviously trained to Up sale everyone. Some services they said I needed had just recently been completed. Tried to speak with the manager but he became aggressive. Our 29 oil change costed 74. read more

I have been coming to this Quick lube for several years now, and I've always received top grade service here, have never had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes, and once in it takes about 15 minutes for the service. They are very knowledgeable of the products they use. I have an 06 GMC, and as of this review, 209xxx miles on it, I do have to use the high mileage oil which is a little more expensive but I don't mind, they have a running history of my service so I/they know what's been done so far. Their very detailed, they show me the condition of all my fluids by taking samples of what's in my truck and compare it to what it should look like and make recommendations on what to do next and when, not pushy at all, for example, because of the last two services, I know my rear diff oil needs to be changed and a radiator flush is needed and the tech simply recommended that within the next 2 or 3 services I should look at getting these done. Yes, for me, due to the high miles, my bill is usually $60 or $70 but to me, getting more mileage out of my vehicle is worth it, it's almost paid off and I want to enjoy the rest of it's life with no more truck payments for a while.
