Drives like its Brand New!!! I recently took my Ford Flex here to get some long overdue repairs done. As they should, they notified me of some other issues that needed to be taken care of. I really appreciate the extra step they made while repairing the initial issue... I had both axles replaced... Tie-Rods and boots... Alignment... Tire rotation... Balancing and the replacing of all 6 ignition coils. When I took my Flex for a test drive, I heard my tires peeling-out!!! I mean, the truck drives like a champ. I was so excited!!!! I was like "Yeeeaaaa"! I highly recommend this shop due to the knowledge and quick turn-around of the repairs. I believe the shop manager name is Daniel. He's very mild mannered and professional. It's a shop where they quote you a price over the phone, but once you bring the car in, they start giving you diagnoses and quoting high prices that are unaffordable for anyone; you end up feeling ripped off. On November 14, 2025, I brought my 2018 Silverado in for a water pump issue and was quoted for $980. After telling them I had a warranty, they only gave me the water pump--not the thermostat or assembly. They told me those parts didn't need replacement, yet my final bill came out to $866.70, including charges for the thermostat and labor I was told weren't needed. They never showed or returned the old thermostat, which makes me question whether they replaced anything at all. My cousin warned me they had overcharged her and her father, and I should've listened. I paid $866 for overheating issues, and my truck is overheating again as of today December 10, 2025. This place is a dishonest, quick-cash shop with zero integrity. They take advantage of customers and deliver questionable work. I will never return, and I strongly advise the Miami Gardens community or traveling to stay away from this repair shop. read more

I brought in one wheel to put a new tire on. I get it back and the wheel is all scratched up. I speak to the manager and he tells me I brought it in like that as if I don't know the condition I brought it in. I call him a liar and say I will call the cops. He tells me to go ahead because they won't do anything anyway. Read the other reviews, these people are dishonest and thieves. Horrible experience. Agreed $200 on mount and balance on a set of tires. Started complaining that 1 tire got problems balancing that I knew can be done. I said to do the best they can. Boss came in a said pu your stuff and leave. He has anger management issues. Still got charged $192 and left with no balance at all. Didn't want to say anything else so I left. I took my car in for alignment. They said the front upper lower control arm needs to be replaced and the back shocks need to be replaced. Change the front lower control arm but never replace the shocks. Charge me $2,080. Very dishonest company read more

Do not come here for an alignment. Car came out worse than it was before it came in. Steering wheel tilted to the right it feels like its crab walking. When i went in i was excited cause the place looks nice and the equiptment looks new. Daniel (the manager im guessing) was quick to get me in but ended up being extrememly disrespecful. Not only did the equiptment they use stain my rims with rubber and cause damage to the paint but he was extremely unprofessional. How do you charge $100 for an alignment to make it worse and then get angry with the customer for asking them to help fix the problem they caused. He was like "youre asking for too much" i had to go to work so i didint have time to argue with this guy. He seemed violent too like if he was ready to get physical over their own mistake. I cant stress how disrespectful this guy was and i regret not speaking up. Seems like theyre only interested in getting your money and then getting you out. His employees do look like they work hard though. They were jumping from job to job and seemed like good people. I went here to get my valve cover fixed. And I had the valve cover gasket which was the wrong part. So I told the mechanic I have to order the part online because if I bought it from there it's going to be expensive. That's when he told me I still have to pay the price as if he "fixed" it because he took the valve cover apart. Charged me $600 for taking apart my problem and not even fixing it. A short story first...the forks at Tire Station installed rear brakes on my 1990 Dodge Ram Charger 5.2L (318)engine and included a brake adjustment at no charge for a later date. Fast forward a couple of months, I was hit by a car while riding my motorcycle on my way home from Phill Peterson'.,a broken Ankle and crushed Toes is no fun...lol! It took a year to recover. The Ram was driven by my wife during my recovery. Anyway, it was time for that Rear Brake adjustment. Drove over to the shop(Tire Station) and I was greeted by Daniel Orellana,service manager who remembered me and schedule the adjustment for the next day, be patient the best is yet to come! While the brakes were being taken care of a few more issues were found during Inspection of the undercarriage- long story short, I was quoted a great price on the repairs.
