i own a very clean 90s Chevy. I've done a good bit of business here over the years. just trying to support the local guy. I recently took my truck to get new tires mounted and balanced to down size because the turning radius was horrible. Witch is noticeable just by looking at the truck especially if you deal with tires EVERYDAY! well long story short they destroyed a $200 bumper and the Lower half of my fender with no compensation. just a "sorry bout that". wouldn't go here if my tire blew out in front of this store. read more

Taking my car here was by far my worst experience ever I do not recommend taking your vehicle here! I took my car in on a Friday because it was overheating due to a coolant leak, he said a pressure test needed to be done. Kevin then stated that I had a leak in my radiator because that's what the test showed. I paid 570 for that repair itself and then the following Tuesday not even a week later my car was overheating again because it was leaking coolant. I called him that Tuesday and told him it was overheating and he said to bring it in he would look at it. Once I got there he said that the hoses leading to the radiator were wet so that's probably where it's leaking but he can run a pressure test on my car because he doesn't have the tool for it. He then proceeded to tell me I need to take my car to the griffin dealership and pay for a pressure test and that will tell me the problem. If he didn't have the tool on Tuesday he didn't have it on Friday, he scammed me 570 for a radiator that didn't need to be repaired. I know the radiator didn't need to be repaired because I paid more money at another shop for them to tell me it was only the water pump hose that was leaking which was only 200 dollars. He lied and when I called and spoke to him he was very uncooperative. NEVER GO HERE! read more

A friend recommended Tire Town to take gf's vehicle after it would not start. We thought the worst once we had battery tested on our own and it was fully charged. The mechanic was able to get it started by realizing it was the FOB key giving it issues and realized how to start it another way. They didn't charge us for this service. We also needed belts replaced and were given a quote of a few hundred dollars to replace at dealership. They replaced them for under $100 dollars. The owner was easy to talk to and very understanding. Will start taking vehicles there if we ever have a problem again and highly recommend them. read more

Kevin and his team are great. When I worked at the dealership and we got over crowded they could take 6 cars at a time and have them back quick. Him and his team strive to give perfect service and they do every time. After was not work at lot I recommend all friends and family to tire town. I drive an hour to get my vehicle serviced and it's worth it because I trust these guys. They do not try to get over on people like other shops. He is affordable and very reliable. I wound up in Monroe with a tire unable to hold air. After work, I went searching for a place to take a look at it and repair. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:30, the posted closing time, but they cheerfully took care of me, removing the cotter pin I has picked up and patching the tire. I was on my way within 15 minutes. It is not often that one finds a place that won't turn you away at closing time. I talked with the owner while the tire was being repaired. A really nice guy. We will go back for tires when the time comes to replace. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. After taking my car back 6 times for them to correct their original error, lying to me, and costing me my personal time, they refused to fix the problem for free. I took my car in to get a leaky tire replaced and upon arrival they were told that the left tire has fix a flat in it. They ended up replacing two tires and rotating them. Upon leaving, my car began to shake at 60mph or better. Took the car back not one more time, but 5 more times to have them check it and was told that they balanced the tires and there was nothing wrong. After the fifth time, I was adamant about getting answers and took my car to Good Year where they told me that they couldn't get the tires to balance (so Tire Town was lying to me about balancing them the 5 times I went to have it checked) and that the problem is there was fix a flat in my back tire. Tire Town didn't replace the right tire and couldn't even balance the tires properly. I called Tire Town once Good Year had given me this report and explained the situation. The lady said that the manager was out of town but would be back in the middle of the week but that most certainly they could comp the tire at no charge since it was their error. Upon arrival to the shop when the manager was back in town, we were told that they were not informed of the fix a flat (not true) and then proceeded to ignore that the problem even existed saying that he could replace the tire with a used one at cost but that "Was the best he could do". NO - after giving up all of that personal time to deal with an issue that should have been an easy fix, you do NOT get off that easily. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes that this gets resolved since the manager couldn't seem to negotiate properly and refused to acknowledge their error. read more
