I traveled there to see what they could do and after meeting him he looked over the rim and felt confident that it could be repaired. I left the rim and picked it up the next day fully repaired. They did an outstanding job on the repair and their customer service was exemplary. They do much more than straightening out rims with color powder coating along with other rim finishes. I called like I always do to set up an appointment and learned ownership had switched hands to Depo Auto Care. I called and ran it by my car salesman. He let me know although it switched hands the previous owners were still involved. So I scheduled my appointment for an oil change. The oil change took about an hour and a half, and the price was reasonable. About four weeks later my check engine light came on. The first thing I do is check the oil. I find there is barely any oil in my car. I'm forced to hit an auto parts store on my way to work to buy oil to add to my car $37.00. After adding oil and driving it by the time I got to work my check engine light went out. I am puzzled because I've never had any issues with my oil leaking. I end up calling my salesman back and ask for another recommendation for a diagnostic to ensure there's no damage done to my vehicle $130.00 & half a day of work missed. Once they confirmed that it was not leaking. That confirmed something wasn't done correctly when the oil was changed, so I pay a visit to Depo Auto Care. One of the previous owners was there and assisted me. I explained, and he asked for the opportunity to check my car. To be honest, I was very hesitant Considering I already had it checked. We confirmed my car was not leaking oil and also confirmed that not enough oil was put in my at the time of my oil change based on the amount of oil I had to add. He further explained how the oil is dispensed and measured. They have a large drum of oil and use a container to dispense the oil and add it to the vehicle. The person who was working on my car missed a trip to the drum to fill the container. I also asked to double check the sticker because the mileage was not correct on when my next oil change was due. Come to find out the person who changed my oil was not the person who was marked in the system as changing my oil. The previous owner informed me that he needed to make a phone call to run it by another associate to know where to go from here. He informed me that they would refund me the cost of the oil change. I accepted. The last thing that he said to me as I was walking out... he was very sorry and hoped that they did not lose me as a customer. The problem I have with this is they agreed they we're at fault and only willing to refund the oil change. Not the diagnostic or the oil that I had to purchase oh and let's not forget the time I had to take off work. I know people can make mistakes. However, if you're in the wrong, make it. If I would have been paid back for the money out-of-pocket along with the oil change. I might would have considered giving them a second chance. Depo has a lot to learn. I gave you the and you showed me. I can't trust you to make it right! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

But, the middle part was a little messy. I made a 2:30 appointment at 2:00 and drove over. I busied myself until 4:00 and came back. It -- a tire change -- was done and I left over two hours later. I had just had AAA change the tire because my lug nuts were too big for the tire iron that came with the car. I asked if they could give me smaller lug nuts, they said they could, and that didn't happen. I asked if they could put the spare back on the swing gate (I drive a Wrangler) and they did, but I had to help them with the rear camera cover (which has to come off for this operation.) I'm sure they would have gotten there eventually and I was glad to do it, but I was at this point 3 1/2 hours in and feeling pretty provoked. When I drove off, I noticed the left tires were at 38 psi and the right tires were at 34 and 41 psi. They're all in range, but it seems weird that they're different.
