Being a Saturday, not many shops were open. I used Yelp, and found this place. Not only were the reviews great, but they were open! My fiancé called, explained his current issue and the lovely gentleman on the phone took his name and told him to bring it in! He brought his car in and they told him they probably won't be able to get to it today due to closing in a few hours, but would try and then with the incoming storm it would probably be Tuesday. Not a problem at all! After I picked him up after he dropped his car off he said the gentleman behind the counter was very nice! Fast forward to Tuesday morning (due to the storm, didn't open Monday) they told him they couldn't find anything wrong or a reason for the smoke/steam. They stated they looked it over, drove it, had it run and still couldn't find anything. They also repaired another issue that a previous mechanic quoted him over $2k to fix for about $500. My fiancé was and is very happy with the service he received on his car. He stated he will now bring both of our cars here for all of our car needs!

My slow leak was patched, and that was it. I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need, and I was not taken advantage of. I was told that I would need new tires soon, but they weren't needed "now." In one visit, I had to go to two different bays Because the first one scanned my card turned on, then turned off and then would no longer allow me to scan my card again after multiple tap so I went to a different one only to find that half of the options listed for cleaning my vehicle did not work or had nonexistent pressure. And even the soap option was so diluted down that you could almost not tell that soap was being applied. I've seen many more impressive self carwashes around New York and this one is one star compared to others
