I had a flat on my vehicle and needed it fixed before work on Monday or me and my wife would have had to jump through hoops to make our Monday work. Kyle, the manager took me after hours and was able to repair the tire (I thought for sure I would need to replace it). He was extremely polite and even gave me a break on the repair and just asked that I choose to buy my tires with them. If Kyle had held to their closing time, Monday would've been chaos for my family. He did me a big solid. My father recalls a time during the Ice Storm in 2008 where they were the only place open for miles who could fix a tire and they took care of him for free that day! All of the staff were very professional. They installed the tires right away (I just walked in without an appointment) and they did a great job! Went there to get a slow leak repaired. The service person was obnoxious to Starr with. Plus there was nobody ealse waiting. The phone rang and there she sat. Finally I go ill go somewhere else. She jumps up take my keys and ill have them pull it in. Ten min. Later the tech comes in and says we don't have that tire in stock ill order one. It has 3800 miles on it. Ill go take it back to the dealer. Yep the service person pleasant and very nice. Not a problem little screw in it. All done. TWH wanted nothing but for me to buy a 900 dollar tire. I just left because I went it to get my winter tires swapped out as part of the complimantary tire rotation which I did last year for no charge. I was told today that I would have to pay. Something has changed at Tire Warehouse Exeter NH in the last year and it,s not good. Not sure if a management changed or what but after over a decade of going there I am done. Prices are no longer competitive, Service has declined and felt ripped off. Had to pay for Bead leak repairs in all four tires purchased maybe 2 to 3 years ago and two of the tires where addressed a year ago for the same issue and done for free. Told I needed air valve kits, etc , ya don't BS me I have tires that are years older that have no issues and Tire valves do not go bad, and the part in the valve is .50 CENT PART AT THAT. Car is garage kept too. I know how to clean tire beads and done it many times and mine do not leak. and no reason all four tires have tire bead leaks with two being addressed a year ago. Salt and dirt getting in the bead may arsss, lairs. No way should of had to pay for this. Had to pay for computer balancing too, funny there are no new clean shiny wheel weights on the rims. and appears tires where mounted with the inside to the outside as its obvious the side walls are dirty and where on the inside prior. Done with you Tire Warehouse Exeter and others take the advise and stay away. read more

A couple of years ago (after years of going here and being satisfied), the tech asked me for the key to my locked wheels. I told them it has to be in the glovebox, this is only place I come for my tire swaps (regular v. snow tires on their own wheels). He was frustrated, but came back and said that he found one that fits from their "box of spares". How did you get a box of spares? Probably from the ones that don't get put back in people's vehicles. Same thing happened again (after reminding them to make sure the key goes back in my car), so stupid me for going back there, I guess. I then had the locks cut off (they couldn't do it - had to go to a different place). I went last night to have my snows put on and the worker asked me if I had another lug nut, because they were "too big" and he couldn't get them off. I told him I just had them put on in the Spring at their shop. I was told that someone different worked there then and he had different tools. They now only have metric, not standard, and nothing they had would fit to get my wheels off. It seems bizarre to me that a TIRE WAREHOUSE wouldn't have basic tools for getting wheels off. Sorry to say I now have to find a new place. read more

I came to their store with a slow leak in one of my tires. I was from out of town (Florida). They could have easily taken advantage of me by selling me a brand new tire. Instead they opted to choose the honest option and fix the flat for a minimal cost as opposed to the cost of a new tire (mounting, balancing, and dispisal of the old tire). I highly recommend this store and the people in the store for their honest approach to the tire business. read more

Spoke to Brian and made an appointment which was 4 days out. TireRack was the one that told me to call these people and 2 others to make an appointment as another tire place caused havoc with one of my tires. Have been putting air in it on a daily basis limping to this appointment. Never received a call that the appointment was going to be turned down, etc. and here I am and they told me they are not interested in helping me out because they don't want the car stuck there in a bay if they find an issue with the beading....... It would have been nice to have been called as a courtesy for starters and the back story they have at Tire Warehouse is not accurate. Where they got the information is completely inaccurate and unprofessional. The employees all looked a tad bit sketchy as well while they chuckled as their boss flexed a bit of muscle sending me away. To add insult to injury it was not done in a professional manner while other customers stood by and listened waiting their turn. Not really thrilled with the "crew" on first glance and the facility is rather disgusting. Trash can next to the vending machine still full of garbage from the previous days business. I think they were just nervous working on a high-end vehicle with people that might not know the way to respect a new car. read more

I ordered tires on a Thursday - they said they would be there on Monday. Took the day off from work and called around 2:30 PM to check on the status. The staff asks me what tires I want - ? what ? - then says they are just starting on my car. Two hours later the staff calls to tell me they don't have the tires I ordered. Wasted an entire day, without a car, and they couldn't have cared less. Horrible experience. Went to Graham Tire & Auto the next day and had a much more professional experience. I came in originally to replace a flat tire. Because the brand on my car was difficult to find, it would be days before one could be ordered. Mileage and time were factors so I ended up having to purchase four new tires to be road ready that day. The guys asked me to bring my car back about a week later to ensure everything was securely fastened. Two weeks after getting all new tires, I was driving to work and had to pull off the highway with yet another flat. Upon bringing it in, the guys identified a puncture and informed me I would need to purchase a new tire. What sucks is that when I had purchased my full set of tires no one asked me about roadside coverage, or even mentioned it---which would have covered me in this scenario. Upon purchasing the fifth tire they again neglected to ask! I made sure to ask for it as I don't want to continue having to buy tires. If you know the tires are not under warranty, you should be sure to communicate this to customers. You're the experts, not me. So now five tires (and hundreds of dollars) later I can't say that I'm a super happy camper. read more

Got a flat near the exit on 101 and luckily there was a Tire Warehouse right there! We were on our way to a youth football game and had a car full of kids. These guys realized my dilemma and ensured me they'd get me done quickly. Less than 20 minutes after limping in to the the lot I was rolling out with a new tire. We weren't even late for the game. I brought my truck in with 2 flat tires on a Friday a.m. I was called with news the tires could not be patched and I would need 2 new tires. After leaving the truck for the entire day I had not heard back from anybody. By mid day Saturday I went there assuming 24 hours was plenty of time to do the work. When I got there I was informed they had broken a lug bolt and could not repair it. They then left it to me to get it repaired. They told me to take it to the local munroe and they would take care of the cost at least. Then they proceeded to charge me for the installation that actually broke the lug bolt. NEVER did they suggest or offer to get the truck that they just broke, fixed on their time. When driving out to get the truck repaired myself I noticed the low tire pressure warning was still on. BACK inside I go. They neglected to reset the computer. I also notice they hadn't put the stem caps back on. After 2 days I got the truck back from Monroe with a mismatched lug nut. Now I have 19 black lugs and 1 crome. BACK to tire warehouse to complain about their associate. They said they would order me a new black lug and put it on when it arrived. NEVER CALLED ME!!!!! I bought new Michelin Defender tires for my F150 on Tire Rack and they recommend Tire Warehouse as an installer in my area. I had the tires shipped there and called brian to set up an appointment. I dropped the truck off on a Friday night and asked if I could pickup afternoon Saturday. I was told " we don't really like doing WEB INSTALLS because we don't make any money on the sale but we have to do it because our agreement with Tire Rack" He added " having us install your tires is like bringing Market Basket hamburgers to Mc Donalds and asking them to cook them for you" He was a real peach of the corporate model of an employee! I never received a call the next afternoon the truck was ready so I called and was told it was done at noon. I went to pick it up and who I assume was the manager gave me a real tough guy attitude. He told me the alignment was only a tiny bit out of spec but they did it anyway to "make it worth wild" to them. I told him the truck drove great with no vibrations and he said " All Fords vibrate, that's why I bought a Toyota truck" Ya, a real Patriot with the American flag on his dirty sweatshirt driving a Toyota! The worst part of the whole transaction is the truck had a terrible vibration with the new tires. I called Tire Rack to complain about everything I experienced and they escalated my complaint to Tire Warehouse corporate and refunded me the whole cost I paid! Thank you Tire Rack.... I have since had the tires re-balanced at NTB in Seabrook and without explaining the history to them they told me the tires weren't even close being balanced. Apparently the crew at TW aren't very good at customer service, or tire balancing either for that matter. My message is go someplace else, anyplace else! read more

Brian gave me a difficult time when I requested a quote of the Hankook tires for my SUV. I was told there was a lot of "science" involved with picking the correct tires for my car, as if my small female brain would explode if he got too technical. After he finally gave me a quote, I was informed that one of the things you have to keep in mind when you buy a car, is that tires need to be replaced. What a surprise! It is so incredibly rare to have this consistent experience anywhere today. I don't buy tires enough (like many) to be able to know current tire pricing but they seem to be on par with their competitors. They do their best however after the sale. I checked all the prices at pep boys, ntb, town fair tire, and this shop had the best price on the market. I went to make an appointment online after I was quoted and noticed the time I wanted wasn't unavailable and it says to call online for other times. I called talked to Todd and we figured out a good time to bring my car in. I arrived at the time discussed and they brought me right in. I waited maybe an hour for 4 tires. After being quoted a the lowest price available in the area, I asked if any of the coupons online worked and Todd took off another 40 dollars off of the original price and still gave me the warranties. Today I replaced the tires on both my wife's care and my Ford 150. After calling a few other local tire shops I called Todd at the Tire Warehouse in Exeter. He was every bit as competitive on price and his service was excellent. He had my wife and I in and out of there very efficiently with great tires at a great price. I used them years back around 2008 on my Toyota Tundra and they were good then, but great now. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

This is by far the worse place I have ever gone too I will say no one was rude that's always a positive I went in and asked for tires for my car he gave me the second lowest priced tire then showed me the screen. I said I drive about 400 miles on the highway he just gave me a letter for a rating I had to ask several more questions to get an answer I of corse being in sales myself asked if he could do better on the price, he did he gave me a discount I went to the check out he handed me some paper work and said " I hooked you up" explained to me the warranty I then looked at the receipt he didn't hook me up I was charged 80 for it his idea of "hooking me up" was discounting the tires a small amount and charging me for the warranty That in my book is miss leading I never agreed to purchase anything good thing I looked at my receipts before I left because I then saved an additional 60 and was told the 80 couldn't be refunded because the discount on the tires would be too much Honestly I will never go back and I will tell as many people as I know about what he did read more
