Superfast service on a Sunday: my tire blew up suddenly and I needed it fixed fast to get to work. I called ahead and the tow truck took me here. There was only one person there-he manned the phone, took calls, gave customer advice to people there and on the phone; he also quickly found a replacement tire and a good price and had it changed within 15minutes- (awesome no-nonsense person-named Christian) I was amazed at the speed and hard work-I am thankful for his work ethic and also at the price (there were no 'extras') I have had tire issues before -Now I know where to go. read more

I relocated to RI and I was looking for places to set up my go to places. I got a flat on the freeway so I had my spare tire on. I asked around to a couple neighbors and they mentioned this place so I went to check them out. The guys over there were super helpful, I didn't do anything. They checked all my tires and my care was sitting for a year or so in CA prior to moving so there were small cracks on the tires. The guy recommended changing them. He told me I could wait but since he could see it on all of them he would do it. So I ended up getting new tires(rather be safe than sorry!). AVOID THIS STORE. Would give zero stars if possible. Arrived on time for my appointment for a new set of tires. Was told it would take 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I learned that the tires I ordered were not available so I chose another set. A half hour later I was told they also were not available. The manager told me that an employee probably stole them. I would have left but my own tires had been stripped off. Finally, 2 1/2 hours later I left with new tires brought in from another store. I drove directly home. The next morning one of the new tires was flat. Upon notification Tire Warehouse was completely unhelpful, saying I had to bring it back for service. But I had a flat and they were 20 miles away. My local garage fixed it by installing a new tire valve stem, giving me the valve stem that Tire Warehouse had broken. It turns out even though I paid Tire Warehouse for new tires and valve stems, they committed fraud by not giving me new tire valve stems and breaking one of my old valve stems which led to the flat tire and a repair bill. TW of Providence is INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. read more

This has been my tire place for the past two years. It began with a trip to Ice Cream Machine: while parking a fellow patron informed us that a bubble was in my tire. Instead of getting ice cream, we slowly made the trek home. We combed Yelp for tire repair places. My wife found Tire Warehouse: she called and the person she spoke with assured her that tires for our car were in stock. Sure enough, they were and they replaced all four tires for under $600. They also completed the job in under an hour. Since that initial meeting and purchase, we have returned to Tire Warehouse a couple of times. The winter roads of RI have led to tire bubbles and an air leak. The repair and replacement were also inexpensive as our tires are still under warranty. The staff is friendly enough and helpful, so I'll keep coming back here. I like this place. read more

Went in early morning for a full set of new tires, or at least a single tire (with a nail in it to be replaced). Waited for 10-20 mins before anyone was even at the front desk, they were not busy, 4 bays only one occupied with a four tire replacement but empty parking lot. Saw them turn away a tire patch job that with their equipment should take 15-20 minutes to do. Tried to charge me over $750 for a new set of basic all season tires at their "deal rate" they say they have a deal on Kelly tires but they only have the Khumos (buy 3 get one 'free' ) that sell for $150 at Walmart but somehow cost $750+ here. This place is garbage. Town fair tire is the shits and even they are cheaper than this place. Worst part is that about a mile down the road near the bus depot is an awesome tire shop that won't screw anything but your lug nuts. If you ever find yourself at 'tire warehouse' for tires, leave and go to Alonzo Tire Shop just down the street, I saved $400 and you probably will too by going there instead of tire warehouse!! read more

I do not recommend the guy is dishonest and unprofessional (Tire Warehouse #967)! Received quote to mount and balance tires. Upon arrival, they tried to gouge the price from $20 to $40 per tire. So they lost this and the all-wheel alignment. Upon arrival, the place looks sketchy too. This was an installer recommended by Tire Rack? Have informed Tire Rack and hope they wise up to remove it from their list. Tried to give them my business should have known better once it stated not rated as of yet. Then these business owners wonder why they don't get customers or repeat business. I'm one to tip extra if I'm treated well too. But I won't be returning back to this dump ever. This place was so great. I came in to get the tire stem that tells when my tire is losing air replaced. I was told from another place that I needed two of them replaced. When they checked they said I only needed one. They changed it in maybe 20 mins and then came up to a problem where they had to program them to the car but my remote did not work (the electronic key fob). They spent maybe another 15-20 mins trying everything they possibly could to program it without having me get another fob (which costs a LOT of money btw). The man apologized, was kind enough to adjust the price which I already thought was more than fair based off of what was quoted in philly. He told me if I went and was able to buy another fob he would be able to program the stems and that that takes maybe 20 seconds. Alas I went and bought another fob as I was buying other parts for my car that day. I came back 30 mins before they closed and the man, who by that time was working on two other cars plus the other guy helping was also working on a car, came and helped me not only program the fob to my alarm system but then did the stem program. In all it took him less than 5 mins and he happily did it without charging extra. This guy was so so amazing and friendly and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Plus it's next to a Dunkin' so you can go get some coffee and then chill and wait for your tires to be fixed. Everyone needs to come here. I watched them treat others with respect and kindness as well. It's a great place. read more

Amazing brand new tires with cheap prices. My boyfriend was going crazy looking for tires for his car that prices weren't sky high , he called numerous places and then he found this place. We show up and they have I think 3/4 areas open for cars to pull up and get tires. The workers were really nice and they made sure to let us know they wouldn't take long. We literally was there for 10 minutes and the tires were replaced and were brand new for a great place. The tires also have a warranty and they provide assistance if something happens to the tires while on the road ( included when you buy the tires). My boyfriend only got 2 new tires for the front , so he ordered 2 tires for the back right there and they did it with no hassle and free of charge. I'm glad we found this place , this will be the new tire spot for our vehicles. Check them out !! read more

Good place to get your tires taken care of. They don't offer all the amenities of your name brand auto shops but they offer great prices on fixing flats. They patched a hole in my tire gave me a good deal and did it in less than an hour even though I had used fix a flat which tends to make things worse for them. They don't have all the perks like a cable TV playing in the corner or nice carpeted areas to sit in but they fix tires, they don't make you wait or schedule an appointment ahead of time, and they give you a good price. I'll be back to get new tires from them, and my fixed tire is still good. read more

I went there to get my low pro 235/30R20 tires taken off one set of wheels put on another set just switching en over nice and easy they said $140 ok no prob they went to do the 1st tire I watched Bobby rip my sidewall open then looks at me and says it was like that calling me a lier but Little did they realize I had just left the Cranston location they was going to do it but they said they couldn't do it they seen my tire was like brand new the Providence location is trying to say my tire was junk before I even went there it was damage they refused to make good on that probably bad for business if they couldn't do it they should have just said so they ruined a brand new tire I still can't get over I Literally watched Bobby do it and then try to say it was like that smh read more

I had my car serviced by they're shopped to mount new tires I had bought. After getting my car back shortly after the TPMS sensors light came on indicating a problem with the sensors. I took it back to the shop the very next day assuming it was a program issue and they could not figure out the problem and told me my sensors were faulty which is unlikely since i bought the car in 2017. I then had to take the car to Lexus to diagnose and they found that the rear sensors which were OEM had been replaced with aftermarket sensors that do not work with my car and on top of that programmed incorrectly. This is the first time the tires have been replaced on this car, indicating that Monroe had removed them and replaced them without telling me. The technician at Monroe tires did not say anything about replacing my sensors which is fraudulent and shady customer service. I spoke with a customer service rep at Monroe and they told me to get them fixed and submit the bill in for a claim. After doing so they are now refusing to pay because the diagnostics at Lexus did not state directly that the sensors were broken. I tried to explain that they were not broken because their shop had replaced them with aftermarket ones that did not work with my car. They were unwilling to listen to me further and accept any more evidence so now I am stuck with 150 dollar diagnostics bill from Lexus and 190 dollar bill from replacing the sensors at another trusted shop, and hours of my time wasted when this all could have been resolved easily at the shop had the technician been honest. read more

My dad and I stopped in today in the middle of a hectic day of errands to get a drywall screw out of his rear passenger side tire. On a Saturday morning, they got the screw out and the tire patched in less than an hour. The staff were personable and knowledgeable, and it made for a great turn out to an unfortunate circumstance. I highly recommend stopping in to this location if you ever need a patch, and their tire prices seemed pretty good as well. Well run place with great staff! read more

Went to tire warehouse because a friend recommended them. Just bought brand new tires and wanted it mounted on rims. The rims were all scratched up and they didn't want to say they did it! I have videos of before i handed them the rims and and after. They wouldn't let us take the rims unless we paid for it. Was not happy with the customer service i received and will not be returning ever again! They are rude and we're no help. Tire warehouse is such a great company. I desperately needed my tires changed due to the fact that i was driving on 3 bald tires and my spare tire. I called at Noon time and was told that I could come in at 1pm. I was only there for about an hour and it only cost me $120 to have my tires taken off my rims, new tires put on the rims and to have the tires speed balanced. These guys were great! Well, today I had the misfortune of popping a tire after work. By the time AAA came and put the donut on it was 5:40. Of course I yelped where I could get a new tire and found Tire Warehouse was the closest and it just happened to be where I got all my tires last year. The bad news was they closed at 6 and I really didn't want to drive the donut to work in the morning. I got there at 5:55, one of the bay doors was still open so I was hopeful and there was a car with a couple of people in the lot. When I went in I was greeted and asked what I needed. I asked if he would be able to replace my tire and I apologized for the late hour. Eric who was the only one still there said no problem. I'm sure he was tired and hungry and dying to get out of there, but he changed my tire with speed and great ability and I was on my at by 6:10. He could have easily said sorry we're closed, but he didn't. I really appreciate having a real tire on my car for my work commute in the morning, and I know where I'll go whenever I need tires. Called on Saturday 10/12 after being told by another shop our flat tire was not fixable. Called TW at 4:37pm. The associate requested to make/model/tire/tire size. The associate said the tire would be ordered and ready for Monday. Associate quoted $145 for parts and service. Associate said we could schedule the appointment over the phone, or call the morning of and set an appointment then because it might be easier for them. We asked if it would be busy because of the holiday and were told that the holidays typically don't yield a high volume of customers. My wife called Monday morning to set a schedule and was told by an associate the tire had not been ordered and that the parts and service were now $227. We had called and told other shops NOT to order our tire because we had an arrangement with Tire Warehouse. read more

I really like this business. We've bought tires for 3 cars there in the past few years. I first went here after calling around to find the odd size tires that my SUV required. They had the tires and after reading the positive Yelp reviews I bought tires and had them installed here. I got a very good price as we have received on tires over the years for the other two cars as well. Although the staff has turned over a time or two over the years, the customer service has remained excellent. This is not a fancy shop but I recommend it highly. If you want a tire shop with a sparkling clean floor, go elsewhere and pay more! read more

I had an awful experience at this Tire Warehouse today. I went in earlier today to get a tire. I walk in and the worker says "what do you want?" Like I am some piece of bleep. I look at him and tell him I need a tire. He doesn't ask what size, he just scowls at me. I tell him what size, he says its 90 bucks and gets into his tire warehouse Van and drives off. Real nice way to address a customer. I will never go back to this location or any other tire warehouse for that matter. read more
