These guys are the best! They never cease to amaze me at how good and how fast they can get your car serviced and in and out so quickly, with a smile, and for not a lot of $$$. Last year I brought them some tires and wheels to mount and balance for me. Gary, Brandon & crew did a great job and did it fast, even though they were pretty busy that day. Balancing was perfect. Yesterday, before work, I decided to stop by and have them rotate and balance my tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Brandon got the guys started right on it on my Jeep and got it all done fast in about 15 minutes. The tech found a screw/slow leak in one of my tires while they were doing the work, and so they went ahead and put a patch in the tire to fix it. Did the tire patch at no charge, even though I offered to pay for it. Now that's service with a smile! That'll get me to always give them my return business and recommend them to all my friends and coworkers. In years past I used to always go to The Tire Store for all my tire work, but no more. The Tire Express is way better, the guys are way friendlier, they have way better prices on tires, and they are way faster. This place received great reviews so that's why I decided to try it out for an alignment and to change the back brake drums.... But I guess it doesn't take much for some people. Not only did we have to wait for other services ahead of us (which is to be expected) that wasn't the problem it was at the end when we started to drive away did we notice that they didn't bleed the breaks!!! This was a huge mistake on their part, we went right back to the shop and instead of them acknowledging their mistake they decided to inform us all this BS about why they didn't. They basically spoke to us as if we were idiots and didn't know anything about cars. My boyfriend could have changed them himself but decided instead to let them do it to save us some time. Well boy were we wrong five hours later and with a job that wasn't even done correctly the first time. I will not be returning... Just a heads up to anyone who needs these types of services. If you do decide to go make sure you bring a lunch, and something to do because you will be there a while. They received one star because the prices were not that bad but unfortunately the old rule is true... You do GET what you PAY for! read more

These guys are really fast and friendly. The moment I showed up, I was greeted by a service rep and asked me what I needed. I told him I just need tires, and as soon as I took the tires out the back of my car, it was up on jacks with 3 dudes working in it. I went inside and waited about 20, conversing with who I would assume is the shop owner. He's extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Conversing with him made the 20 minutes fly by so fast. I went in to have my brakes fixed because they were squeaking a lot and the brake light went on intermittently. They checked it pretty fast and it turns out the brakes were fine. They said it needed some brake fluid so they topped me off and didn't even charge me. This is the second time I've gone to Tire Xpress and have been happy both times. read more

I had unresolved issues that my regular mechanic and tire service shop couldn't identify. Nothing serious... but when you've driven your vehicle for 10 years, you know when something is off. I Googled alignment shops near me and Tire Xpress had a high rating, but more importantly - great comments from long-time customers. Popped in this morning and had proper air & balance done, as well as a little front rotor shaving. Cost half of what I expected. AND, when I tried to have them do the rear just to get it out of the way, I was advised that it is best to wait until it gets worse... otherwise it'll deteriorate more rapidly once cut. Honest, conscientious guys who are true experts at their craft. I've found my new tire, brake & etc. shop!!! Highly recommend to anyone needing foot service for their ride. read more

I forgot to review this place months ago but ill tell you what this place gets five stars. I have taken my Malibu to get my brakes worked plus my rotors were warping . The problem wasn't solved so I came back and the owner was completely understanding and returned my money. He was honest and professional the whole time. Have been going to Tire Express for many years. They have top notch Customer Service. Owner Gary is terrific to work with, but so are his assistants. Service is quick, quality is very good. Probably the best feature is that you can roll up with minor issues or needs over the years, and they'll help you for free. They don't try and nickel and dime you for things.
