I haven't had that many tows in my life but the price was very very compcompetitive with what I remember. I will definitely call them if I need a tow in the future.

It had to be brought back to their yard. At that moment I agreed as it was a time of chaos and we just needed it towed from where it was but just added more stress to the morning for us. We got the bill today and a $45 yard fee was added to our quote. Turns out they have a yard fee of $45 and that is for 24 hours. Our car was there 10 minutes. We were waiting when it was pulled in. We called and got told the fee was the fee and that's that. For 10 minutes. And then it got me thinking because in the past, maybe 4-6 times working towing companies, I've never been told that we could not have it towed somewhere. Why back to their yard? Isn't it just common sense that you are hiring a tow truck for a reason. To have it towed to your preferred destination? They did half of that. Oh and we paid for that... Highest towing bill we've ever gotten. It was snowing and they were busy. So not only did they not provide the service we needed, they fleeced us for another $45 on top of a huge towing bill. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I also checked around and was told by two different towing companies that you do not tow motorcycles and you borrow towing companies' gear all the time. Plus when you figured you weren't going to come out, you didn't call me. You shot a text with a whole bunch of misspellings. I waited around for an hour, BTW. That's an acronym for "by the way".

If it were possible to give a NEGITIVE review I would. It all Started with an accident on Tuesday…read moreevening 12/9/25. Everything started very positive five stars, including him saying he would be billing our insurance for us for the tow, so it wouldn't be out of pocket but then things changed. first, we were never told how much the charges would be before hooking up our car, which is required by the Oregon State Board of Towing and Oregon towing laws. Second, he said that he couldn't take the car to the body shop of our choosing that night because they don't accept after hours drop-offs. this is a lie I called the body shop, and they told me they do, especially for our insurance company USAA. Jaden said he would store our car at his yard overnight then take it to the body shop Wednesday. I agreed to store it for one night but come Wednesday it never left his yard. (it finally left the yard 12/19/25) the yard fees were $110 a day, so in my opinion getting it to the yard was the goal in the first place. On Thursday when I asked when it was going to the body shop, he said he was waiting for the insurance to contact him. This is a lie, it is his responsibility to contact the insurance to start the payment process. I feel he was dragging his feet on purpose to increase the yard fees. On Saturday (with my patience almost gone) I asked once again to take it to the body shop, and I was told once again it wouldn't leave the lot until he got paid. Only then did I find out the bill at that point was $1025.55 which in it of itself is ridiculous for a simple flatbed tow, especially since it took him 5 minutes to load my car with help from the other tow company, and the other tow company did all the cleanup. (what little there was) I don't know what the final bill was, but I was told it was considerately higher than I was informed on Saturday. This company is shady, the owner operator (which I was told has a suspended license, but I don't know for sure, I heard this third party) is slimy, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Chose any other tow company but Central Towing. If you have no other choice and you are stuck using Central Towing, DO NOT let them take your vehicle to their yard. You may never see it again. I have no doubt the owners of this company will rebut this review, but I promise this is all true and I have witness to the acts as well as text messages from Jaden to prove what I say. Please heed my warning about Central Towing. This is an added part to my previous review: The owner said $1025.55 is completely justifiable and it may be, but my insurance company informed me that he submitted a $12,000 dollar bill to them. I don't believe that bill is justifiable. This is just one more thing that proves my feeling about his character.

The circumstances were, to put it mildly, very unusual, involving a bulldozer by the side of the road and other complicating factors. The first towing company I called put me on hold; I gave up on them and hung up after several minutes. Bar Towing answered my call immediately. They listened carefully and, given the unusual circumstances, asked for pictures, which I sent. They dispatched an operator immediately. By the time Jeff arrived, I had simplified some of the complications, leaving me with the challenge of changing my tire on a slope on a gravel surface. Jeff blocked my downhill front tires and helped me get my spare tire mounted. I couldn't have done this without him. Both he and the dispatcher, Sean, were patient, careful, and above all, compassionate. The circumstances and my evening were terrible, but they both made sure to help me through it. My deep thanks to both of them. I've added them to my contacts. They will be the only company I call if I ever need a tow again.

So Bar Towing shows up (sees puddle under car) knows it is a mechanical issue and towed it anyways. So the tow was maybe a mile away, he had my car for less then three hours and charged me $310, with a $65 discount, what a guy! And so if we didn't pick it up that day! It would have been $375 and then $85 extra every day until you pick your vehicle up. Nice days work and that's just one car! Pffftttt
