First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process. The cost was very reasonable, and service was "Top Shelf"... Thank you, again Dillon Auto.....

I took my car into this facility and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My tires needed to be special ordered and the estimated time would have been a day or two. Ashley heard of my situation and arranged for another employee to drive to the warehouse to pick up my replacement tires. A potential two day repair nightmare was resolved in a few hours. Then their dude did a one half ass hour look into it , told me it was done. I picked up my car after being 2 weeks at the shop, one hour to look at it , nothin wrong with it. Come n get it. Som bichin tire cracked off the arm ON THE WAY HOME!!! almost crashed. People pulled over to check on me. It was Trump/ Bidens 3rd debate that night. cold as f. dark . I waited 3 hours for a tow. Progressive told me to tow it to Marhoffer Collision. They replaced arm, tie rod, gimpy cracked part of the inner wheel. Replaced the entire wheel, tire, damaged lines. And Progressive paid for a loaner . 4 days later my car was done well, and right. Now Mike gave me honest advice. He said my car was rotting out and i should get my car to not pass the emissions testing, so i would only have to pay $.300.00 to fix my problem. Have you ever waited in a Firestone for eight hours because I certainly have. countless times where I've come in for one problem, spent hundreds of dollars, only for the problem to not actually be fixed. I've even had no less than three appointments where I've been called and told they cant actually fufill my appointment. first time was reasonable enough at the day before, another was twenty minutes before, and one was FIVE. HOURS. after I had dropped off my car. not only that, I've had my struts, wheel bearing, sway bars, and exhaust system fixed here a little over a year ago. now, since I'm outside of the warranty coverage, suddenly every single one of those parts are broken and need replaced. it feels like every day I remember a new way this store absolutely screwed me over without ever once actually helping me. Shady operation they either never did the brakes the first encounter or lied to us the second encounter. Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I am 66 years old and this is the first complaint on any business I have ever posted that's how upset I am. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.
