The wait time was excellent, less than 90 minutes and costs very good. They used all Ford parts on our F250 truck. They were very attentive, friendly and prompt in providing the service we needed. I first used Quick Lane in Kent for an oil change this past fall. They also checked all the basics for me (tires, battery, brakes, wipers, etc). Fast-forward to yesterday, December 12. let me first start off with all the problems I had where with manager Patrick sandy , I brought my newly purchased 2004 Ram 1500 to have a power steering leak fixed and transmission serviced, I then learned I needed a fuel pump, rack and pinion, power steering pump, upper control arms and tie rods. the total cost was approximately $3,500 and some change. I since then have been back 7 times all for alignment issues, power steering issues and a broken fuel canister they broke while removing fuel tank, I now have to take my truck to Chrysler service in hopes they will fix it properly and possibly loose another $3,000 to fix it right again. read more

I hate getting my car worked on. When I'm visiting my family back in CT, my stepfather takes care of my car because he "knows a guy." Since moving away from home, I've had to fend for myself, and have unfortunately come across many a shoddy repair shop. Numerous times I've had businesses try to swindle me. Too bad for them, I actually know what I'm talking about when it comes to cars. I was in desperate need of an oil change, and the hood of my car decided it doesn't want to latch anymore. Since I don't want said hood flying in my face as I go down the highway, I decided it was time to get things taken care of. Quick Lane recently opened around the corner from my apartment, and lucky me, I received a coupon in the mail. Score. I went in and asked for an oil change, a vehicle inspection, tire rotation, new wipers, and for my hood to be checked. I was told it would be a half hour until they'd even get my car in. No big deal...i brought a book. Left an hour and a half later with a $50 bill (plus I get a $10 rebate...woo!). The staff member I worked with was SO nice. He checked in with me periodically to let me know how the mechanics were progressing, gave me a checklist of everything they checked and a current status of each component, telling me what things I should be on the lookout for in the next year or so. Tell me how I get an oil change and out of it comes..bad wheel bearing that weren't the day before. Take back a second time because something wrong with wheel. Absolutely horrible customer service. As in not listening to what I wanted done and doing what they thought they wanted to do. Wanted a simple oil change, period. Mike Kunklier, they guy who runs the place, told me they do the whole multi-point inspection and tire rotation and everything as well as the oil change. Told him at LEAST three times I did not want all that, just a simple five or ten minute oil change. An hour and a half later he brings me my keys back with a huge grin on his puss about how he and his service people did exactly what they wanted to do, which was the exact opposite of what I told him. He tried h s high pressure salesman gimmick to get me to do numerous other "repairs' on my vehicle... repairs that weren't necessary as I had just had the vehicle serviced for the same things he was trying to sell me. Then over charged me for the service I did receive. I have since steered numerous people away from this place, including my parents, my girlfriend (who had been high pressured into signing up for their ripoff credit card). Hopefully this review will steer you away as well. read more

Really a terrible place. You put car to repair for one single place, but then you have come back to get another part fixed. You never know what happened to you car when they were working on it. I'm not been here anymore, after been here, I alway comeback second day, because some small problem that they want you fix.

Don't bother taking your vehicle here if any knowledge is involved. I took mine in because I lost my brakes completely and they said there were no leaks in the system but replaced the master cylinder anyway instead of bleeding them off as I suggested. After picking it up the brakes were still not right and I had to miss another day of work. After picking it up the next day the brakes were ok for about three weeks and started having the same problem again, no pedal. Took it back and made them bleed the brakes and I was told we don't have the resources here to correct the problem and to take it to the dealer. That was $410.00. Went to the dealer and explained the problem and they wanted me to wait until my brakes were bad again. Almost like clockwork three weeks later I took it in and within two hours they found the problem, the ABS hydraulic control unit and it was going to cost over $800.00. Since Quick Lane is owned by the dealership and the manager at Quick Lane stated they would help with the cost to have my vehicle repaired I gave them the go ahead. After the manager at the dealer talked with the manager at Quick Lane he called to say that Quick Lane manager said the master cylinder was leaking and all he could do is 10% off. Therefore I would not take my vehicle to Quick Lane to get my tire pressure checked. read more

When they lifted my car for an oil change, they broke my rocker panel in the drivers side. The place is not worth a visit for any car repairs if they don't know how to properly lift the car... and instead of repairing the damage, the store's general manager offered me 500 dollars! read more

I recently had new tires (4) put on my Hyundai and the service was excellant. From the Manager Mark to the mechanics, I felt very satisfied. Yes Mark did advise of some services needed but he showed me what was needed and left it up to me to decide. No high pressure at all. But brakes, alignment are important and should be done. Yes it costs more but still has to be done to drive safely. He also walked me through getting all the rebates back and showed me how I was savinbg some $$$$. All in all, I would highly recommend them. I have been Dealing with Klaben for many years and have always found all of their service departments to be first class. read more

Rip Off!!! I took my car in to get a new battery. I was told the reason why the previous battery did not last as long was because the rt front door sensor was bad & wore down the battery. I agreed to have Quicklane replace the door sensor. Less than a week later the door ajar sensor illuminated again on the dashboard, took the vehicle back in. Now they are saying its the lt door sensor that is bad. What a rip off!!!!! I will NEVER take another one of may vehicles there and will discourage all friends & family from going there as well. read more
