As fate would have it, I took the car to the dealership for a recall and they discovered that one of the tires had a small bubble. I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate almost two years with the car by treating her to some new tires. I reached out to Chris who quoted me $1,200 (including manufacture warranty) for four thick profiled performance tires, which was $1,300 cheaper than the quote that I received from the dealer. Chris quickly placed the order for the tires and called me the next day to inform me that they had arrived. Since the establishment is generally very busy on the weekends, I decided to visit on a weekday in hopes for a quicker experience. Thankfully, there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived. Chris instructed me to pull the car into the shop and immediately began removing the tires (I'm always impressed by a hands-on owner). Less than 30 minutes later, the job was done and I was in the office checking out. As Chris implied, I can confirm that the ride quality of my car has significantly improved. I have been a customer for seven years and have referred many friends and family to the shop. After about 50 minutes of waiting, the worker comes and works on my car quickly. Takes about 20-25 minutes and he's done. What I don't understand is the manger or whoever he was could've just done the alignment for me instead of making me wait a 50 minutes for his worker to get there. There was no one else there besides someone else who came for tire change 30 mins after I got there. Made me wait almost an hour when he could've done the job himself. I usually get my tires from Costco but it's always packed there. The pricing here is comparable so I decided to buy tires here instead since the wait isn't as bad. The service is 5/5. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. The waiting area has about 10 comfy chairs. It might be hard to find a seat if it's packed. You can walk across the parking to Wal Mart and get some shopping done while you wait. It takes about 45 min to get your car back for a tire rotation.

The 2 photos show the same tire and rim in the same place 6 months apart. They did not rotate my tires after my 3 hour wait. My tires are still unrotated. You don't believe me? Check the photos. I'm sorry to have to do this to them but dude lied so comfortably to my face that I'm sure they cheat people all time and that shit makes people not trust autoworkers everywhere.
