I installed two tires on my car in there. The technician who did most of the job and the person who seemed to be the owner were nice and responsible, but the guy with the strange beard: 1- Inflated one of the tires 35PSI and the other 40PSI.! 2- Put the two valve stem caps absolutely open - i.e.: just a few turns, ready to fall off. 3- Tightened the log-nuts too high, and differently. When I got back home, used torque wrench and gauge to adjust the log-nuts and pressure of the tires, I noticed the above issues. I hope that the balance has been done correctly. The question is: Why must he ruin my car, and the reputation of his workplace?!!! read more

This guy is a thief! He sells poor quality tires that are defective. I bought 4 new tires and an alignment from Stan that was done poorly. The alignment was not done properly. The rear right was out of spec and unaligned. This caused the tires to wear out prematurely. I brought this to Stan's attention and Stan gave me a $175.00 credit on my next set of tires. I went back to Stan's to get all four new tires and an alignment. unexpectedly Stan told me "he never agreed to the $175.00 credit for tires that wore out in 3 months. I also explained to Stan that he wrote the credit down on the paper of the faulty alignment print out. Once Stan realized he was caught in a lie, he became angry and violent. He told me that God was going to punish me. I responded politely. It seems like God is punishing you, just look at your attitude. Don't trust this guy he is not an honest businessman and sells poor quality tires. He scams good people out of there hard earned money. Buyer beware!!!!!! Went in for used tire. Was flat the next day. Went back, they offered to put another used for free, didnt notice for months that It was smaller and you can't have one tire different size. My transmission is slipping and I'm told both online and at A transmission shop this can have adverse effects on mileage transmission life, handling and can cause issues during an accident. Why would they put a smaller used tire on my car? Who knows but what else do they overlook? Lost gas mileage and trans slipping over 2k it will cost. Oh and no receipt either time. Awesome place!!! Came here to get my tires checked out and had a great experience. I went to a previous tire shop and they were trying to charge me $50 for 2 nails I thought I had in my tires. I came here and after throughly checking, they said I had nothing wrong with my tires and that everything was fine! The other place was just trying to make quick money off me and this place has honest and trustworthy. It was a bit of a far drive for me but I would rather make that drive and get great service!
