I'm sharing my experience with this Tire Plus location because customers deserve honesty and transparency. I brought my 2024 Honda HR-V in for a brake inspection after occasionally hearing minor squeaking. Knowing debris can sometimes cause noise, I wanted to be cautious. After the inspection, I was told I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced due to alleged rust and glazing. For a relatively new vehicle, this recommendation was concerning. When I questioned it, Emmanuel insisted the work was necessary and quoted me $1,967, later reduced to $1,467. The price and urgency raised serious red flags, so I declined and sought a second opinion.That second opinion likely saved me nearly $1,400. I went to Butler Tire, where my vehicle was inspected again. I was told I did not need brake pads or rotors at all and that my brakes were operating safely. I was even provided photos showing the brake pad depth measured with a gauge in the green/safe range..Based on the second inspection, I strongly believe I was nearly swindled into approving unnecessary repairs. Had I not trusted my instincts and done my due diligence, I would have paid for work that was not needed. This is especially disappointing as I was a repeat customer. I'm posting this to encourage others especially women to get a second opinion before approving major repairs at this location. Ask for measurements, request proof, and don't feel pressured. This is the worst revered tire shop in one of the worst reviewed businesses I've ever seen on Yelp. We called them 7:30 in the morning they said come in. We can see you right away almost 4 hours after we went there. They finally saw us and this is just for a tire leak. I went to get a tire replaced and I assume as part of the service they check other parts of the vehicle I.e. fluids, tires,wipers. My report for my car showed everything was good except my battery. It said I should consider a replacement. Just two weeks prior had a new battery installed at the dealers. I hope the technician doesn't know batteries! read more

Eric Patterson's attitude! I know when people are rude to strangers it's deeply rooted. Especially customers that give a business their money; a business that wouldn't survive if it were boycotted. Professional training should teach how to leave one's personal issues at the door when entering the work place. I've been giving this location my business for at least 20 years and 4 cars back. I felt sorry for the young man who was at the counter as well. You could tell he was so uncomfortable with the way Eric was talking to me but he didn't know what to do. Eric made sure I didn't come back, after this visit; even going as far as telling me things like "you shouldn't have made an appointment with the call center; you should have called us directly". So my appointment didn't matter. He also told me I could take my business 2.2 miles to Headland where they had 2 main mechanics instead of 1. He also called the 3rd party company that my warranty is under, "liars". I'll stop there. I think all of the other bad reviews paint a full picture of how this location has gone down. BEWARE! They are untrustworthy, dishonest and unreliable. Truthfully after my experience I do not know if they are actually diagnosing cars or just telling customers anything to get money and get them out the door. I took my vehicle to them bc of a tire leak, I was told the leak was coming from a previous patch and I would need a new tire. Ok, no problem. I purchase the new tire but on the very next day I notice the tire is still not holding air which lets me know there is obviously something else going on. I return to the shop a few days later at my earliest convenience and explain what is going on. They take the car to "inspect it" and call me back stating the tire sidewall had blown out and I would need a new tire. Now i'm wondering how could that possibly happen so quickly unless I was given a bad tire. Either way I didn't agree with the fact that I should be responsible for purchasing a new tire so i asked to speak with the manager. The manager comes to the phone giving me a completely different price and explaining I would only be paying to add warranty and the scrap fee. I explained the situation and why I didn't feel I should be obligated to pay anything being the air was leaking immediately after purchasing the first tire. The manager then asks if the rim is the issue. Well Idk, you're the tire shop, this is the reason I brought the vehicle to you, expecting you to fully inspect the situation. He then states they will dunk the tire to see if it's the rim. Why was that not done initially?!?! Let me wrap this up! After waiting hours I call them bc i never heard anything back and was informed there was a crack in the rim. So i asked " so there's an issue with the tire and rim?" Bc remember they gave me a very specific diagnosis for my tire! I was told no it's only the rim and was giving the poor excuse that it was just miscommunication. No, you just lied and basically tried to scam me out of purchasing a second tire that was needed bc at this point i'm sure there was not anything wrong with the first tire i was tricked into replacing! I have done my best to avoid coming here.. it's a poor experience every time. The manager is rude, unfriendly and dismissive. I watched him argue with an elderly customer because he failed to communicate the pricing of the repairs with her before completing the work. I need a tire repair: I've been waiting since 5:15 and it's now 7:00pm. When I asked for a time eta the lady at the desk looked confused and then said oh you will be next. The manager who had taken my keys and paperwork never acknowledged me or assisted the lady to find out why I'd had been clearly forgotten about. October 2 2025 brought my car in for an oil change. Had to bring it back because my car was now leaking oil in my driveway when I got home a lot!! Went back, and was told 1st that the technician might have over tightened the oil plug. Then a little while later was told that he might have put back in the wrong size plug. They told me it was fixed . Only to get back home and the next day see oil in my driveway in a different spot that I parked. Now after driving back to them again being told to call back because they are looking to order a plug. I don't recommend them. Also their price was about the same as the dealership. read more

Don't do it. First time in, scheduled appointment in advance. Got there and was told they were a couple of hours behind and I would have to wait. I was getting new wheels, tires, TPMS and they advised that my tire pressure light would have to stay on because they didn't have the tool to connect it. So now I am carrying everything around with me trying to figure out what to do. I am giving them ONE star for being nice about admitting that they are a total failure in this case. And I waited over TWO HOURS to replace ONE TIRE. I was late for work, even though I was the very first person in the store. Arrived at 6:50, left at 9:15 for ONE TIRE? Very frustrated by this service, and won't be returning to this Tires plus for anything. I'm sure this facility does great work However I'm only here for 2 front tires and have been waiting for over 3hrs. I was setup for a 10am appointment which I was on time for but was immediately told that service for appointments are backup. I thought nothing of it I respectfully said okay, paid over $300 and proceeded to wait. 12p I was told that my vehicle only needing two tires was next to go into the shop. It's now past 1p and I'm still waiting for my vehicle to enter the shop let alone the time it may take for the service to be completed. I didn't receive the keys to my vehicle until 2pm. The absolute worst service ever. I took my truck there on 6/27 for my brakes and rotors to be replaced. My brakes and rotors are still squeaking. I have took my truck back up there several times for them to fix it. The manager Emmanuel always ask me for my phone number and he will call me back when the replacement parts come in, however he never calls. My husband and I brought our van here to be serviced and they said we needed new tires and an alignment-- which we kinda figured because one of our tires went flat. After leaving the shop, as many other reviewers mentioned, the car had new problems. The whole car began to shake uncontrollably as we drove. We took it back once and were told there was a bend in one of the wheels. So that was addressed. We left and it was still shaking. When we took it back again, they said there had to be something else wrong with the car even after running diagnostics but they couldn't figure out what. We decided to pick up the car and take it to the dealer. They basically said, "Whoever did this alignment did a horrible job." They did the alignment, we picked up the car and its driving great! Took almost 24 hours to complete putting 4 new tires on my car with 0 communication. Dropped it off the first day at 12 & was told it would be ready at 3 (I had a meeting to be at 3:30). Showed up at 3:10 never receiving a call & it hadn't been touched yet. Took it to my meeting & had it back at 5:30. Was told again that it would be 2 hrs & they would call. Received a call at 6:40 asking where my tire lock was, but never another call to say it was done - drove up there to check at 8:30pm - no one was there & my car was still inside the shop. No call the following morning. I showed up around 11 after my meetings and it was finally ready. When I brought up my frustrations I was told "you got a good deal on the tires so that should be good enough". I was given that deal at the beginning of showing up - had I known there would be 0 communication & they would keep my car overnight w/o permission I would pay more to go somewhere else. I am hoping to hear from the owner of the Tires Plus on Cascade Rd. in Atlanta. I went in for tires. The mechanic decided to check my battery. (Note, I have not had any issues with the battery nor did I ask for an analysis.). I was then informed they had to jump my car because the battery was not good. I told the mechanic I would take care of the battery later, but when I tried to crank my car, it would not turn over! Again, I have not had ANY issues with the battery. I purchased a new battery so I could leave the premises, but asked for the old battery to have it checked. Of course they would not give the battery to me. Let me be clear, under no circumstances should anyone set foot in this establishment or give them your business. They were supposed to do a simple oil change (my cars second ever oil change) , but they didn't screw in the engine cover properly resulting in it falling off when we drove off the lot. When I brought this to their attention, they showed no concern and refused to rectify the situation until I relentlessly hounded them. To make matters worse, it took them over a month to acquire a replacement part, which they could've received much sooner. After two weeks I asked why they don't have it yet and they suggested I drive two hours to go get it myself. But wait, it gets worse. After obtaining the part, they still couldn't fix the problem they caused, leaving me with no choice but to seek help from another mechanic shop. The store manager, Misha, appeared disinterested in resolving the issue. And as for their corporate office, their incompetence was astounding. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and discussions with customer service representatives, they were unable to provide a solution. (I talked to five different people, they all said someone else will call me to fix it... no one ever called... for a month.) To this day, my new car remains without the necessary hardware due to their careless and apathetic attitude. I understand that mistakes happen, but this experience has been an absolute nightmare, with four visits to the shop, countless emails and phone calls, and a broken part that they refuse to fix. I am usually willing to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this has been an egregious failure on their part that has cost me $100 plus dollars, almost two months of my time and is still going to cost me more. This is not just a bad shop, it's an abysmal one, at least when it comes to resolving issues. Do not, under any circumstances, give them your business. Yes the experience was that bad. read more

I try my best to support the businesses in my community. I read several negative reviews before I went to get service today. I was determined to write an honest review hoping to give them a positive review. Sadly, they lived down to previously stated expectations. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation & balance (for tires purchased at this location). Called me 2 hours later (within the estimated time provided). I walked back to the store and examined my car to find that the tired had not been rotated. Of course I am told it was done and he showed me where it was indicated on the ticket. I politely insist that they were not. After rechecking with the technician, it is confirmed that he tires were not serviced. I am told I must wait another hour. Instead of returning home, I decide to wait and watch. I then observe the technician simply swap front for rear tires. Luck II catch the service manager to remind him that I requested the tires be balanced. The tire technician then removes the front tires and balances them, but not the rear tires. At this point I decided to leave it be not worth causing any more tension. At time to pay the total comes out to $49, yet I brought in a coupon for a $39 oil change. I am told that it is instead a $39 off coupon. After examining the receipt, it shows the $39 coupon plus a $5 charge for a filter plus a few other charges. As I am pulling up the coupon that shows the price includes a filter, he then decides to "do me a favor" and properly reduce the cost. Needless to say, I am no longer confident I received the synthetic blend oil I paid for or if I received an oil change at all. read more

This one star is for one employee at this location who has remained unchanged I his approach to women customers. He is curt, abrupt, and will try to charge you full price for services you paid lifetime for. I purchased lifetime alignment, and purchased road hazard for my tires. Alignment = free as long as I have said vehicle. Road hazard = prorated tire pricing. We either pretended he saw neither purchase and asked if I had the receipt. No I do not, but called yesterday to confirm and Marcella had no problem locating both as we spoke on the phone. BUT somehow long-term employee "Archie" as he scrolled thru the lines on the computer as i stood face-to-face in tge store just couldn't find it...hmmm And then wanted me to sign that i reviewed the charges (which i had not, it never appeared on the screen) and authorize. I asked how are you telling me $315 when the price per tire $144 (which is full price quoted to me by Marcella the day b4) and thats per tire before the prorated amount. I'm so thankful i did my homework before going just in case i encountered OVERCHARGING Archie. I will also contact corporate as this has to stop. I hate to think about what he may be charging elderly people who are unknowingly paying twice or perhaps three times for lifetime services and hazard warranties. Archie needs customer service training, etiquette training, people skills training, and by all means computer system training. AND a conscience to do right just because it's the right thing to do. My experience at this location was horrible to say the least!! I took my car in to have a diagnostic. The manager Emmanuel gave me a quote to fix the major things. He said we have the parts so it should take no more than 2 hours to complete. I sat there for 7 hours. Then he pulled me to the side and said they needed to order a part and it would take a few days before it will be here. When I returned he said it should be an hour and a half to put the part on. I sat 7 more hours. He told me he would get me a Uber home and they would pay for it. Instead I paid for my ride home. He then said because of your inconvenience we will fix the other issue on them. After they finished my car, he tacked on another 369.00 and I had to pay that before they would give me my keys back. This guy says one thing then does another. His whole purpose is to reach his quota at any means necessary!! This was trickery at its finest. I will not be returning to this location ever again!! This is the worst Tires Plus in Atlanta. The first time I used them was quick. The second and third time were excessively slow. Apparently they don't keep enough tires in the shop. Today I set an appointment for 10am, it's after 12 and the tire is still not done. Needless to say, no one informed me they didn't have tires or weren't going to be finished in a timely manor. When I inquired about why it was taking so long, the guy at the counter acted as if it was a problem that I was asking what the deal is. I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked. The man at the front desk asked me what I needed I told him but I needed my tires pressure check because my tire pressure light kept coming on he immediately told me to take my car around to Bay two. A young gentleman came out checked my tire pressure and told me that I had two nails and each of my tires and that they could not patch or plug my tires I thanked him and before I left I asked him was the gentleman that helped me at the front desk the manager he said yes I proceeded to tell the young man your manager has no customer service and was not polite at all. This is a very busy location and if you opt to wait then expect to wait sometime. However, I was told it would be several hours and my car was ready in half the time. The time before that there was an issue with the placemat on the driver's side and there was a stain and the manager took care of it after I brought him a receipt of the detailing. I had the same issue as a previous guest that wrote a review.I came in for an oil change, a week later as I was riding in my suv with my toddler.My check oil light came on, followed by traction off, then engine shut off.I called tires plus and brought in the receipt of them doing the oil change.My onstar ran a diagnostic report and stated their was 0 oil in my suv.Where did 100%of the oil go in just 1 week ?!took the car back to tires plus 2here the proceeded to tell me that my car had plenty of oil and that the onstar diagnostic test was wrong and the cause of the leak was from something else.Came in with a perfectly fine car ,now I have a SUV that cant run! Absolutely 0 stars if possible. I called 9:40am EST to get a repair quote for my vehicle. Upon hearing the automated system, my call was picked up within 1-2 rings. After being greeted in a lethargic manner by the local representative, I explained to her my reason for calling. Within a few seconds the phone hung up. I called back and the phone kept ringing. After about 3 callbacks, a different representative answered the phone. After taking my make, year, & car model, he stated he would "give me a call back in like 10 minutes" for a quote. He then rambled about a computer he needs to get in order to quote me, then reluctantly asks for me to call back. You will not be receiving that call back, Tires Plus. One star is not for their "stellar" customer service, but for the culmination of all the above. It's the weekend, I understand there is a long wait. Comes with getting your car worked on at that time. But when all I need is a nail taken out of my tire, have it plugged, and I wait there 5+ hours just to have them tell me that they cannot take the lugs off a brand new Dodge Challenger.
