that fat fuc* told me my tire was done that I needed a new set of 4 for 1600 bucks. I went to my mechanic the next day and he fix my tire for 20 bucks and told me that they're in really good condition all 4 of them ! read more

Don't go if you know nothing about cars. They said oil was leaking but I never seen oil under my car. They said oil leaked in my throttle body then it got into my turbo. They said it would cost me almost 5,000 dollars to fix my car I brought it to the dealership and they told me all I needed was a new throttle body and that there was no oil leaking at all and there's supposed to be oil in the tubes of the turbo. I called tires plus to let them know because I paid 500 dollars because they said there was oil leaking and they had to take apart my engine to find out where the leak was coming from. This goes to show they will try to get over on you and on top of that they did not put my car back together the way they found it. Which is why when the tow truck picked it up they said my engine light was not on. SMH only recommend if you need new tires read more

i would leave less than 1 star if i could this places ac tech must've learned to work on cars in a meth house don't go atleast if you are looking to get AC repair i came in the get a simple leak from compressor fixed last summer they quote me like some 700 dollars cool, charge the credit card. *3 days later ac is leaking from compressor and blowing hot. i don't even bother fixing it i park the car for a year go out of state, return the following summer. hey last summer u guys fixed my ac, guess what? it's leaking again. they quoted me 1,200 for a million different repairs my ac apparently needs. fine sure i need my car to put food on the table im between jobs charge it to my credit. maybe one month and some change later, ac is leaking and i've apparently driven over their warranty. looks like you have a leak sir you need a new compressor. i'm couldn't believe my ears i bring my car to have leak fixed and compressor replaced why did i pay close to 2k for if i still. have. a. leak. and need. new. compressor robbed broad day read more

All I can say is, if you value your time and money, go somewhere else. I have given these shops so many chances to get it right, and they have always disappointed me. Their labor charges are outrageous and they don't have the work finished when they say they will. They should adopt a business model of under promising and over delivering. Or just tell me the truth. I've been sitting all day on the assumption I would have my vehicle back today as promised. About 3 I finally called to get an update, oh no tomorrow mid-morning. Wait, what? When did they figure this out and WHY wasn't I called! Now I have to scramble and figure out how to get where I need to go. I came 04/03/2018 to change the oil, later the technician told me that my car have a broken part of the suspension and needs to be Remplace, I asked to see the part broken or vent, I went to check my car and the part already was removed, I asked after the change the part and show me the part and the used a machine to brake the part, this is very sad, I have been changing my oil for my two car always there but I never come back again, I don't like feel they are taking the money from me in that way. I went into this location because I had a puncture in my tire that needed to be fixed. After they examine the tire they told me that the puncture was on the shoulder of the tire and could not be patched. They then proceeded to tell me that I should buy two new tires. I then took my car to a different location where they told me that the tire was easily fixable and was indeed not on the shoulder of the tire. Extremely disappointed by this location and how they prioritize profit over their customers. read more

First things first, I'm neither getting paid or benefiting from this review in any kind of way but my experience at this tire plus was stellar. I've had issues with the company at other branches but the guys at the Tires Plus by highway 13 wiped all that away as far as I'm concerned. The entire team was incredible, I was helped by Ian and Jarrod who were very accommodating despite me being late for an appointment. Tony had my tires fitted and balanced in record time. Completely disappointed and waste of my time. Zach did a great job helping to order some tires for my SUV. We schedule the install for 3pm the next day to be sure I would get the OEM discount that expired on that day. I show up for the installation and the gentlemen behind the counter has nothing in the system about my installation, he mentions Zach being gone and would be back. When I mention the tires being order he recalls some tires in the garage. Ok he says we are ok and that he could have the tires done by 4pm. I mention that I have time constraint and that I was also going to have an alignment check. He says this could be another 30 mins if they have to do the alignment. I suggest we get the tires done and see if there is time for the alignment check. I go next store to a nice Brewhouse and get some food. It's close to 4pm and have heard nothing, so I decide to go back to check on the install, I see my SUV is still sitting in the same spot. They start to consider getting it in, I told them no thanks. The crazy thing, they could care less and off I go. The next day I call ZACH to express my disappointment and see there was any chance to salvage the situation. ZACH says what can I do, I explain that the $70 OEM rebate and allot of my time is gone. Can you match the rebate, he says he can't go any cheaper but does offer up a free oil change. I decided it was time to reset and try to find a Tire store that at least attempts to demonstrate that they want my business. Went in for a routine oil change & was given a laundry list of suggested other repairs (new battery, replace engine air filter, brake fluid exchange, & new tie rods). I said no to the repairs at the time because of the unexpected cost ($700+). I took my car to a dealership a month later to have those exact repairs done and the ONLY thing actually needing replacement was my battery. Every other suggested repair was made up in an attempt to get my money. I won't be back. read more
