This place is really going Down Hill Fast .I have been going to the Ashwaubenon location for 25 to 30 years.Now I go elsewhere most if the time. The constant turn over in management and employees is terrible. Do not feel welcome there anymore. I Set up oil change for 10am, usually wait as usually done in 30-40 minutes,get there and they say ok it'll be 3 or 4 hours because they have a tire sale going on .Appointments mean nothing. They will get to you whenever. Glad there is a Midas right down the road.they took me in ,got it done and a better price.Loyalty means nothing to Tire Plus .so sad. read more

We were in Green Bay for the weekend. Our car sounded like it was going to fall apart, with the passenger side front being where the noise was coming from. This happened later in the afternoon, so most mechanics were gone for the rest of the weekend. I called Tires Plus, and they got me in for an appointment on Sunday AM. Austin (and team) quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad control arm. They were able to promptly get the part from a nearby parts store. They also balanced the tires and we were on our way back to Illinois safe and sound. We can't thank them enough for getting us in and out so quickly! We would recommend them to anyone! read more

Worst place to go, took my car in for an oil change, valve cover gasket, and sway bar links. They had my car for 8 hours and all they did was an oil change and i had to reschedule. They have all my warranty info and everything they needed. I just dropped my car off and they needed my warranty info again and the man gave me attitude. Will never go back. read more

Took my vehicle in to get the brakes fixed and when they called me to tell me what needed to be fixed I had to ask the guy three separate times how much it was going to cost and he quoted me a price of just over $1200 then after they fixed the vehicle, I went in to pick it up and they charged me over $2300. If I had known that tires plus were all a bunch of crooks, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere they would've charged me half the price. read more

Absolutely the WORST service ever. My husband took his van to get tires and a wheel alignment. Easy enough. An hour into his car being there they call and say his van has no brakes. Well it did when he dropped it off. Now the price has gone up $400 . Said the rear wheel cylinder popped. My husband went to the shop and fixed the wheel cylinder, now not the problem. The brake line to the master cylinder was broke. Not when it was dropped off. So I'm sure the problem was caused there. So now another $700. So after all that he still needs a wheel alignment. read more

I clearly have stupid on my forehead. During the winter polar vortex. (coldest days of winter) I got a new battery from Advance Auto Parts, got Fleet Farm to do the installation. So that same very day I came in for an oil change. Walked out with a $150 bill. Also the guy looked me square in the face and said I needed a new battery. I can't make this stuff up. I literally hours previous got a new battery and had it double check there after. If I sad this place does bad business. Yeah my last two experience have reflected it 110%. Between the staff that lounge around, eat, vape and sit in the waiting room. This place is beyond a rip off. read more

When I was in bind and needed a repair quickly, they squeezed me and repaired my vehicle. Customer service was good despite how busy they were. I did wait a while, but they were busy. I had to go back up there 4 days later because they didn't torque the replaced sway bar link correctly. In the process of replacing my struts, they need to take off the windshield wiper arms. They didn't tighten one down correctly and it stripped. They didn't want to own up to it and replace it. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars because they are truly horrible! Went to get my tires changed along with an alignment. While my car was there, they said I needed a new battery so I agreed for them to switch it. When I went to pick up my car, they claimed they could only do an alignment at the front of my car because something was wrong with my back wheels, they then proceeded to charge me for a full alignment anyways and started listing a variety of other things wrong with my car. Nothing should have been wrong because my car was 2 days straight out of the shop from getting the suspension fixed and from getting a tune up!! The next day my car did not turn on and the engine light was on. I called this place to figure out what they had done to my car and they kept insisting on me bringing my car back, which I refused because honestly I didn't want them touching my car anymore. After a few struggles to take my car back to my mechanic, found out the new battery was not even put on right and was loose (which during another call to them found out they knew the battery was loose when they gave me the car back and they still let me drive home with it not caring about what could have happened) , things that shouldn't have been moved or touched where AND that nothing was wrong with it in the first place and a full alignment could have been done. My mechanic even said I was not the first person he knew that had gone through a similar situation with this location. Never, EVER coming back to this shithole and I make sure to let people know not to even bother bringing their business here. read more

I had a tire knocked off balance by some snow and needed to get it fixed asap because I couldnt drive on the highway with it. As soon as I got to Tires Plus they took care of my car. As a young girl I often am wary of car repair places but they didn't try to upsell me or do anything shady. They balanced my tires, rotated them, and got me back on the road in under an hour. Great service and attentive to my requests. I was out of town and needed new tires in a pinch. Fathers Day 2017 and my tires didn't look safe for driving. They helped me find another Tires Plus on the area (although I went back here anyway). They let me drop and pickup my car at my convenience. Much needed help in an otherwise questionable situation. Due to car being rear ended a day before a 1200 mile driving vacation trip, I decided to replace a sliced tire in our first overnight stop in Green Bay when I had more time than in Minneapolis before the trip. The store had the tire, and told me it would take 20-25 minutes. There were no customers waiting, and only one car in the shop, so I gave them the go ahead. It took 45 minutes. The price was also $25 higher than another tire that had to be replaced two weeks earlier in Minneapolis (nail and sidewall damage) from Firestone. Tires plus has the most plain waiting area, hard chairs, no wi-fi. When the time comes to change out the tires (or likely the car, bad damage after that accident) I will shop elsewhere. read more

Pretty much pathetic. Scheduled a 9:00 oil change and they didn't even get started until 945. Having plans at 11 I figured I had plenty of time. Thought wrong. A ten to fifteen minute job and it took them two hours to do. They finally got it done at 1050. What a joke and will not be there ever again. read more

The service here is awful. No customer service! Said I needed to replace the sensors and lied about it as they mis-diagnosed the issue. The technician claimed I came in with a sensor light on and that was a lie too. We have bought tires here for 15 years. The manager Bud is not focused on the customers at all!. Had my oil changed just fine. While waiting I saw the Mgr on duty up-sell three other customers for everything from air filters to tires. He took me into the service bay and showed me a measuring gizmo that told him my brake pads were in need of replacing. $300 for the rear pair on special only that day and available/in stock. Just got back from a reputable service company that charged me $20 to tell me the front pads were still good for 50% and rear pads were still good for another 33%. Buyer be ware! read more

This place is a mess. Had a appointment for 10 needed breaks and routers replaced. Was told that it would be between 2 to 3 hours. Knowing that I had made plans to get this done and then handle other projects. After 2 and a half hours my car was finally looked at. Really needing the work done I ok'd the work and was told around 3 hours and it would be done. At 4 hours asked how much longer and was told it was just about done just needs a few more to finish up. Avoid this place! I brought in a very nice set of BMW rims, while used the only had the original factory tires installed and removed. Near perfect. So I brought these tireless rims in to have a set installed into them and balanced. They scratched up the inside of the rims with some sorta wire brush, possibly one drill end or something. And every face has soft scuffs that *might* buff out. Its really bad around the hub of each, as if they were placed face down on something to support them and it scuffed them up. And the manager is very scatterbrained, seems clueless as to what is going on around him. Twice he handed me another customers keys... twice... Guess I could have left with a free car instead of just a wheel set! UPDATE: After punning on a pony show with someone to look at rims, which the barely did, I have heard nothing at all. In short, Tires Plus WILL damage your property and not care. AVOID THIS PLACE!! read more

Went in for four new tires and came out with four damaged 19" wheels. They tried to hide it under foam. They also sold me summer tires the end of August here in WI. Getting the run around from Corporate. Case workers don't return calls. It's been over two months and these issues need to be resolved. Summer tires in winter weather is dangerous. read more

3 Tire Plus experiences in the last week: 1 really bad, 1 bad and another awful (which I witnessed sitting during my total 6.75 hour adventure) 1) Bad: Bought 4 new tires last week and had them installed. Hour and a half was the time estimate. When I returned 2 hours later, was informed they had tried to reach me to let me know a) tpm was bad and b) they could *not* get a replacement. But they wanted me to know that before they put on my new tires. (Why?) And once I knew that, they started putting on the new tires. Hours of my life: 4.25 2) Really bad: This morning, I went out to find one of my new tires had gone flat. "Bring it in" says Tires Plus. How? I called AAA, did that dance, brought it in and learned that the tmp had been put on incorrectly and a gasket had failed. Fine. Receptionist kept emphasizing it would be replaced "at no charge," "for free" and "at no expense to me." No kidding. You are the one who screwed it up. Life hours lost: 2.5 While waiting the second time, I witnessed an AWFUL story. 3) A man dropped off his car before going to work this morning at 6:25, left it in the parking lot and dropped his key in the overnight box. A friend gave him a ride from Tires Plus to work and then back to Tires Plus after work. He walked in to pick up his car while I was sitting there and I got to see the lock of shock on his face when they told him his car wasn't ready. "Why not? I had an appointment this morning and dropped off the car before work." "Let me get my manager." "What time?" asked the manager. "I checked the box when I got in at 6:10" "6:25," responded the very unhappy dude. "There was no one here." "Oh. Well, I was here. And I checked it at 6:10 when I got in," repeated the manager, "I didn't see it." (This is probably a good time to add that the store opens at 7, so customers could reasonably expect that it's "after hours" at 6:25 am) Then the manager apologized ("I'm sorry.") and repeated that he had checked the box when he got in at 6:10. It's not an apology if you're still making excuses! Would the guy just getting off work like to wait? They could probably have it done in an hour? After maybe 7 minutes of receptionist, manager and back room conferring (often leaving poor angry dude standing there), it was decided they would go ahead. And he could be further inconvenienced. TL;dr Wasted a lot of time and saw another dude get treated very badly. Shoddy installation, no offers to help, and really poor customer service when there is a problem. read more

Nearly 20 year customers of this location. Took our vehicle in for an oil change and to have a light replaced (which is a real hassle on our Mazda 6) requiring quite a bit of labor because a portion of the front has to be removed and replaced to do the fix. Car worked great when son drove it home from college the evening before, and when husband drove it to TP location. When husband picked up the vehicle from TP, it did not drive properly, it chugged and lurched. Husband discovered when lifting the hood that the air cleaner wasn't put on securely, the fuse box cover wasn't put on and the back cap of the housing for the bulb was off and laying below where it was supposed to be. Called TP to make this all right. Manager told us it was a coincidence, and that the employee who worked on our vehicle was no longer employed there(??). There was a call to my husband letting him know the status and telling us our bill was at $700! Little did we know, Tires Plus was CHARGING us for the fixes for the problems that didn't exist prior to our visit earlier in the week. We picked up our vehicle, negotiated a price way more than we should've paid for a car that stalled on the way home and is now at another garage. Huge disappointment. read more

Due to finding a flat tier on my car, I put the spare on and headed to Tires Plus. After ordering the tires, they said it would take hour to 1 hour - 1 1/2 hour, it took 2 1/2 hours. I was one of two people there. After the appointment I was disappointed to find my custom rims to have new scratches, no scratches before the appointment. They also said that they would put my spare tire away for me, this is not the case. They just throw the jack and spare tire into the spare tire spot, not stacked properly or screwed down. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I thought that a tire shop would be more professional with their customers equipment. read more

We visited this Tires Plus location to have them check on a strong vibration and low moaning noise seemingly coming from near the rear tire. The vibration was so strong my Jeep was barely drivable. Tires Plus employees drove my Jeep, then provided us with a $3,000 estimate to fix the issue. As we knew the issue was not engine or transmission related, we protested that this estimate was far too high, and we just wanted the vibration and noise fixed - we didn't want new brakes, tires, U joints, etc. etc. The technicians at this location proceeded to change the rear brakes on my Jeep, charged us $470 for this service, and then told us the problem was fixed. As I attempted to drive my Jeep home, it was obvious that the problem was just as bad as it had been when we initially drove the Jeep to Tires Plus to have them look at it. Clearly, no one working on my vehicle had driven it after the "fix" to make certain the problem was addressed. The brake job we did get was overpriced. I took my Jeep to a reputable mechanic in the area yesterday, who fixed my Jeep's vibration and noise issues completely for $160 total, labor included. Lesson learned. Clearly, Tires Plus took advantage of our inexperience with vehicles and saw us as easy targets to rip off financially. We will not be back, and will be telling this story to everyone we know. read more

I have been to the east side Tires plus 3 times within the last 9 years and was very happy with each visit. Every time, I dealt with a big guy with a wallet chain (wears a ski hat). Sorry I don't remember his name. Any time I had an issue he has resolved it and I left very happy with the result. I was sold some bad tires by a bad shop in chicago and he put new ones on that so far (it's been 6 months now) have been great. I can completely tell the difference in driving. I also got a really good deal. Believe me, I shop around exhaustively for almost all of my purchases. read more

Being from Florida, I am used to the good service and pricing that the Tires Plus group has provided. I have used my So. Flo Tires Plus location for over 20 years and I give them a 90% very satisfactory rating over all. When I travel North to Wisconsin I use my local Green Bay Main St. Tires Plus to service my vehicles. The records are in their system and all of my warranties are honored..... easy is good. This time the Wisconsin T. P. went above and beyond, by preventing me from having a very serious problem. I had just had my older Volvo radiator replaced with a foreign car specialty shop in Milwaukee, 2 days earlier. After which, I drove my Volvo up to the Tires Plus Green Bay, WI, Main Street location and asked them to do a wheel alignment. As it was after 7:00 PM, when I arrived, Tires Plus was closed, so I left my Volvo and placed the key into the drop box and had my family drive me to my Wisconsin home. Come morning I received a call from 'Taylor' confirming the appointment for the alignment on my Volvo. I subsequently requested that 'Taylor' have the mechanics do a thorough Vehicle inspection, before I begin my drive back down to Florida. With all of the work that I had on my plate, before leaving for Florida, I lost track of time and did not make it back to Tires Plus yesterday to pick up my car before they closed. So I left my Volvo and simply planned to pick it up today. Well, FIRST thing this morning I received a call from 'Taylor' telling me that the Volvo looks like it has a leak and it needs to be checked out. I was very surprised ! Then I said, "Of Course". 'Tyler' promised to let me know what was up as soon as they investigated the issue. WELL - it turned out that the Radiator hose and clamp area of the New Radiator that had been replaced at the Foreign Car Specialty Shop in Milwaukee, was not repaired correctly and the clamp-pipe(?) had not been tightened and the Radiator fluid was leaking out ! I was really shocked to hear this. Needless to say 'Taylor' had the team on top of this and I requested that when they finished I wanted everything on my Volvo, re-checked one more time before I started my drive back to Florida. Honestly, I cannot thank 'Taylor' and his Team enough, for investigating the little things, and then preventing them from turning them into a 'major disaster'. THANK YOU AGAIN !!! read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I needed 2 new rear tires so I bought them at Walmart but they couldn't get me in for a change so I went to Tires Plus to put them on, this was 11/9/18. There was nothing wrong with my rear brakes at this point. On my way home I noticed some grinding coming from my rear left tire when I pressed on the brakes. That was the only issue I had with my brakes. No spongy-ness and it stopped fine. I take my car back in this past Saturday, 11/24/18 to get my front tires replaced and they tell me that it's as if my rear left brake pad "fell off" and then quoted me $700 for a rear brake job. Peculiar, no? On my way home I notice that I have to push my brake pedal all the way to the floor to stop. It was not like this before I took it in that morning to get my front wheels replaced. I check my brake fluid, put a bit more in to fill it and the brakes are still spongy. Needless to say, this place is shady and I ended up leaving with more car problems than I went in with. All I needed was to get my tires replaced and now I need a brake job. So thanks for that. read more

Recently needed to have 2 tires replaced on my car. Tires Plus was the only place I could find the right size tires after calling multiple tire stores. They performed an inspection before changing tires and told me I needed the brake pads replaced. I declined at that time because I knew my husband would be able to do that. After a 5000 mile trip to attend our sons wedding, my husband went to change brake pads and they were only half worn. Felt like a typical car repair scam. read more

Will never return to this business, It was recommended by my sister and niece. I got there for my 10 appointment nothing was in the computer so I had to stand there for 10 or 15 minutes, while everything was put in the computer, and she wss answering phones while this was going on. Only one person working, three customer standing behind me. She told me it would take about an hour, so I had a friend pick me up we went shopping came back 2 hours later the car was still up in the air. So I called and they said I needed an air filter for $35 which is BS that I needed brake fluid and changing which I did not need I came back and it was still on the lifts, they were supposed to give me an oil change rotate the tires and ckeck for leaks, put them back them on it was still up in the air had to wait another 45 minutes, which I don't know why it was not done when I refused the stuff they asked to do. Then when it was done the mechanic park the car out front, brought the papers in the customer service person talk to him. Then Justin turned and went and stood and talked to somebody in the office, while I'm sitting there waiting to be checked out. I got up and asked him if he was just going to talk or if he was going to take care of his customers. I also confronted him when I return that he told me he left me a voicemail and as everyone knows on a cell phone it tells you if you had a voicemail or if you even receive the phone call, none of that was on my phone and he argued with me about this. Then Justin the service person got a real attitude with me because I asked me to take care of me and check me out. So even though it was recommended to me by family members I will never return. Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection for my girlfriend's car. Greeted by overly cheery/fake employee who just wants to sell me expensive oil. Notified and described a problem to check for during inspection. Problem was not not addressed at all (leaking/cracked fuel filler tube). Got on the highway and the car started making noise and vibrating. All four lugnuts on right rear tire were only tightened hand tight, and the tire would have fallen off had we not stopped right away. Good thing I was along, as my girlfriend would have had no clue what to do or what was happening. Called to notify them and they told us via phone to limp it to another shop. A few minutes later, another employee called us back and met us to tighten nuts. Nobody ever really seemed sorry that it happened. They all sounded like it wasn't a big deal. I went to tires plus because I didn't have time to do the work myself and I figured it would be quick and simple. Next time, I'll either do it myself, or take it to a real shop. read more
