Very kind & professional. Fixed my daughters car as it had engine light on & fan wdn't turn off. This was earlier 2025. Today they replaced broken water pump& a belt. They didn't foresee getting to it until next week, but actually fixing it day after tow truck brought it in. My daughter is single mom w/2 young kids, so getting it fixed way sooner than expected is great! Oh & they also replaced all 4 tires with a discount. Don't pay any mind to bad reveiws from 2 years ago. Maybe they had poor management and/or mechanic at the time? But not in 2025 read more

Honestly, this is my second time coming here for business and I do see a lot of negative reviews. But I must say that... My first visit I had no issues, second visit was even better. The front desk worker Nathan was absolutely phenomenal, todays day in age customer service is far and in between. Honestly that kid deserves a raise- I was listening to him take care of other customers and he truly cares, he cares about the customer, he cares about the business, he cares about his job, he's very respectful, caring and down to earth. He truly tries to do his job to the best of his ability while trying to take care of the customer to the point, he digs deeper to solve or fix or help. Darren was supper helpful at the Pewaukee location. Had a problem with my tire leaking and I just got it fixed at the dealership and had an oil change done else were. I don't know what happened in between those services but my valve stem popped. Not sure which place did the damage but regardless Darren was able to get me in right away and get it fixed while I waited and overall just great service read more

Wait the week and a half and schedule at Discount Tires or Walmart... 4 1/2 hours later I got my car, AFTER CLOSE, I had to call and find out myself, all of the tires were set to the wrong and different psi's, none of the totals I was quoted matched what I paid. Hands down an AWFUL experience. And then quoted me $1600 for my brakes... nice try. I give this a 0 stars but it would not let me. read more

Not sure where to begin. I called to find out price lady answered the phone as rude as could be told me a price for mounting 4 tires, and an alignment on my explorer st and hung up the phone on me. I scheduled an appointment for 5 pm they asked me to come in earlier so they weren't rushed to get the job down before close. Brand new wheels and tires and all 4 wheels now have scraps and marks throughout each wheel. Center caps scratched, lug area dinged up, edges of the wheels each have bare metal showing and paint peeled off. To hide the damages they covered them in tire lube. The alignment was off as well and had to take it back to them to have fixed. 2 others were there for realignments as well. So to sum it up I took the vehicle in for new tires on wheels there were brand new as well and to have an alignment done. The alignment was bad, and all 4 new wheels are messed up. I called the store was told no manger was available to talk to and that nothing could be done. I called corporate and was told a store manager would contact me to figure out what can be done. The wheels alone are over $2500 and are all scratched but nothing can be done about it. Will never be going back to a tires plus as all they can do to solve issues is nothing and sorry. Also the wife has noticed the tech didn't use proper lift spots and has damaged the door plastics. Not happy at all would not recommend the place and I will be avoiding all tires plus in the future. Only positive was Nate and ray in the front were good guys. Ray talked cars with me while I was there and even admired how clean the vehicle was and how nice the wheels looked. read more

Went for maintenance. New filters and an oil change and it was $300. They wanted to do my front breaks for $600. I don't think that's a fair price for 2 breaks. You can probably find a better place elsewhere. read more

I bought a new (used) car from a dealer and within a day I had a low tire pressure warning come on. I scheduled an appointment with Tires Plus thinking I just needed a patch to fix the tire. They removed the tire and informed me that the leak is from a previous patch and they would have to replace the tire. I called the dealership and they told me to bring the vehicle to them. I asked Tires Plus what I owed for their time (an hour and a half). They said there was no charge! The staff were all super nice and helpful. I thanked them several times for their time. It's refreshing to see a company not trying to nickel and dime you. If I need tires in the future, I will go to them and I highly recommend them! read more

We stopped off with my mother in laws car after noon on a Monday. Suspected nail in tire. Was told it may be as long as Wednesday to get the car back. I got a call less than three hours later that the damage was repaired, along with a tire rotation and oil change we had requested! Definitely under promised and over delivered! These guys are crooks. I took my car there to get snow tires put on, they brought me back into the shop to show me my brakes. Admittedly, I do not know what I'm looking for, and they obviously know that. They told me I needed both sets of brakes and rotors replaced for $1500. I took my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion and was told my car doesn't need anything done and that there is an indicator light that comes on when I do need maintenance. NEVER EVER give this business your money!! read more

I got a sudden flat tire on hwy 16/I94 today, where a good samaritan tow truck driver stopped and picked us up and took us to Tires plus in Pewaukee. The car stalls were all full and the place was hopping. Ben, the service tech told us he'd get us going as soon as a stall was available. He was kind and attentive and had my tire fixed in less than 45 minutes. He explained all my options and had a great sense of humor as well. I would definitely go back to this business bc of the attention I received. So good that there are really great employees at these businesses! I was very impressed!!! read more

Tire Plus in Pewaukee Wisconsin is terrible! Very poor customer service. I recently moved to Pewaukee from Illinois and was in need of a front end alignment and wheel balancing. I made an online appointment on their website and received a reservation number. The reservation stated that if for some reason my appointment could not be honored, I would be contacted and advised. They had my email and telephone number. I took 4 hours of vacation time to make my 1:00 appointment. When I arrived at Tire Plus, the manager said I didn't have an appointment. I showed her my reservation with the reservation number in the confirmation I received on my cell phone. She saw that the reservation was for an alignment and balancing. She stated "Oh, I didn't accept that appointment because wheel alignment's take too much time". I replied that "the appointment confirmation states you would contact me if you couldn't honor my appointment". The manager stated "I'm here by myself, I didn't have time to contact you. I don't know how anyone could manage a business like that and still be in business. Very irresponsible manager. I would recommend you avoid this place. read more

EDIT: The staff at Tires Plus made things right, although there were hiccups along the way to making things right. All of the work on the car has been good. Was told that the staff would order a new rim for me, but when I called to schedule a time for the new rim to be installed, the staff acted like I'd never requested a new rim. I've had this happen before when I asked for a part for my windshield wiper fluid pumps; they said they'd order it and when I call in to see if they'd got the part in, they acted like I never asked. read more

Took my Toyota Venza to them for four new tires and alignment. When I picked up the car the alignment was so bad that it literally changed lanes if I let go of the steering wheel. I brought it back and they "re-did" the alignment. After I picked up the car for the 2nd time I noticed a pretty bad shake in the steering wheel at 40+ mph. At this point I had zero confidence in their abilities. Took it to another shop that inspected the wheels/tires and reported that EVERY wheel/tire was out of balance by significant amounts. Shame on your staff for doing inferior work at premium prices. NEVER GOING BACK! read more

I came in looking to replace one tire that had an impulse bulge. I'm very well aware of the alignment issues with changing tires, but since my car lease was up in 2 weeks and the car would rarely be used, I knew it would be ok to just replace the one tire. They looked at my tire and, with a straight face, told me that I needed to change all 4 tires. Approximately $900 worth of work. Every other place I went after Tires Plus said that I was given a RIDICULOUS diagnosis. I eventually got my ONE tire replaced by a local mechanic for $60. I will never go to tires plus ever again, and neither should you. read more

This place is by far the best. I was driving right down the street from the shop on my lunch break and as I turned into a parking lot my entire tire came off.. Long story short they said my car would be ready in about 2-4 days ... They called me back 2 hr later and told Me it would be ready in about an hour. Which saved me money on a.rental.($240)... My car ended up costing 1400 which included the parts, the work/labor, Two new tires, a wheel alignment, brakes, axel, some arm thingy, tire sensor and a tie rotation And break pads.... Im so happy that they hooked me up and I'm impressed with the speedness... On top of the fact I didn't realize they are linked to Firestone.. I was able to charge it to the card and no interest for six months.... I am and will be coming back for future work... I highly recommend this place... James and David helped me out so much... Took a vehicle here for the complete vehicle inspection. We had done one recently at the Germantown location and were completely satisfied. $15. Let me say that again, they go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, tell you if anything is wrong for$15. Great value! The guys are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The vehicle we brought ended up not being what we thought. Even though they had started, put it on rack and checked fluids, they stopped and did not charge us. I'm really happy with the service and completely recommend them. I would feel very comfortable having any work done here. read more

Came in because brakes were making noise. Front brakes were fine. Back brakes needed new pads/rotors. They also said I needed new calipers on the back because one was frozen, so if you have to replace one, they said, you have to replace both. They wanted 800.00 just for the back brakes! Nope. I left. Went to Farm & Fleet, they said the rear calipers were fine, just needed new rotors and pads for 219.00 out the door price. Tires Plus gouges you like mad! If my BS monitor hadn't sounded, I would've been bilked out of 600.00 additional bucks by them. F&F will also give me a set of new snow tires plus installation in October for hundreds less than what Tires Plus was going to charge. Came for an oil change and requested to have my tire looked at as it had a slow leak (would need to fill up every month). They fixed the tired... the next day the tire was completely flat. COMPLETELY. They did not apologize or say anything about it. I took it back in, they "fixed it" and then I would have low tire pressure in less than a week. I ended up having to buy a new tire- def did not go through them. So long story short, they made my tire worse than if I just would have left it. I will not be returning. read more

Brought my car in for a coolant leak, paid over $900 for a new radiator and various other coolant system parts. Brought it home and it still leaked. Brought it back for another look and was told it was likely residual coolant. Brought it home, still leaking. Brought it back and I was told they repaired a hose that was leaking. Brought it home again and took it to work only to find a bigger puddle of coolant underneath it than the original leak. Brought my car home and decided to pressure test it myself. I understand that older cars when fixed in one place can start leaking in a different place. But guess what I found? Coolant leaking from the new thermostat housing they replaced. I don't think I will be bringing my car back here. And a last thing, when I went to pick up my car they couldn't find my keys. The technician left them in the ignition. Once again this placed dropped the ball. I make an appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated. They told me it would be 40 min. I went to get something to eat, come back and the car is in the same place as when I left. When I get in the guy tells me he couldn't rotate them but has a quote for new ones. I told him just give me my keys and left. When I get to my car I look at my receipt from a year ago and find out I paid $59.00 for lifetime balance. I go back in to ask them about this and they then tell me if I want they can rotate them??? 2 miss ago they told me they couldn't. There wasn't a car there when I arrived nor when I left. The Pewaukee Wisconsin location has horrible customer service. I was told I should call back in the morning to talk to the manager. I guess inconveniencing their customers is their policy. They couldn't have the manager call me back. The electronic system they use selectively only records invoiced services. I had to bring my car back for adjustments due to there inability to correct the problem the first time and they didn't record that in their system since there was no invoice. They wanted to charge me again for a diagnostic test. So now I'm lying. I'm done. read more

I thought these guys did a great job with my brakes and had the fairest price around. I always get nervous with places saying stuff is bad even when it is not (ie air filters everywhere you go). I could see them from behind the window as they worked on my car and saw them take everything off and bring it over to show me. Not everywhere does that! Not happy with my most recent experience at Tires Plus in Pewaukee. Went in for an oil change, ended up getting a couple other small things repaired as well. Had to return twice in the next 7 days due to leaking oil. I realize anyone can make an error, but what was most irritating was that when I returned the first time (the very next day), the guy wanted me to leave my car so they could take a look at it. When I said I didn't have a ride and couldn't do that, he took a quick look and said it was nothing. Car leaked oil in my garage every night for 6 days until I could get back there (had to make an appointment to have them fix their mistake). It was a loose or leaking gasket which they now replaced. I am a customer who has had numerous mechanical work on a few of my vehicles at tires plus. Friday I was stuck with a tire going flat fast and in the snow. Didn't want to get stuck side of the road. Pulled in asked if they could repair a flat. Could do it till the next day. I get it they were busy. Asked them to just give me some air to get me to the next service station. THEY SAID NO! Too busy! Never mind I had been a customer how about just helping someone in need! Lost me as a customer for good. read more

My wife & I have each had our vehicles in the the store in the last month. The managers were efficient with the time spent with both cars. Tires were rotated on both cars & one was patched up at the beginning of the month - still fully inflated. All employees were hard at work, however when my wife had questions regarding her service their expertise help alleviate any concerns. Not once did anyone pressure us into any extra services or parts that were not needed & they fixed a mistake from a different establishment at not additional charge.
