I had an appointment on 3/30/26 to have 4 New Tires installed. When I arrived I asked if they could install 4 New TPMS Sensors since 2 of mine were no longer working, I also provided the Sensors which I had bought from Cadillac so that they would Original Replacements. They said that There Parent Company Firestone would only allow them to Install Sensors bought from them which would be $320 & $25 to calibrate. Well at that point I had them put the tires in my suv and I proceeded to another Automotive Shop to have the job done. I have been a loyal customer for many years. But not anymore. This Tire's Plus location has become my favorite place to go for reliable advice and service for my tires. Today I stopped in for an oil change. James and his associate greeted me at the same time, which made us all giggle. During inspection James and the techs noticed some issues I wasn't really prepared to deal with. James didn't hesitate to take the time to address these concerns and make them manageable for me. These guys really went out of their way to keep my vehicle safe on the road. Sunday, picked up a large metal roof screw/head from continued hurricane debris in my tire coming back from mass this am. I limped it slowly to Tires Plus on McCall rd in Englewood. Yes, they were open on a Sunday and down to only one technician, Clayton. I have used them before for the same EXACT situation and yes, on The Lord's day! The business was clean and Michael, the Mgr. was pleasant, honest and easy to talk to. They got me in after a brief wait while he finished another car in front of me. He repaired it the right way, with a patch and got me back on the road in no time. God bless both Michael and Clayton, Say what you will but they were angels this morning and saved me and I made two new friends. These guys were damn good people and Americans. I HIGHLY recommend this business and look forward to coming back again. Theses guys tried very hard to help me. Unfortunately, they ruined my tire trying to fix a flat. Took 5 hours to get a replacement tire. They felt awful. They didn't charge me for the new tire since they ruined the other one. read more

AWFUL! Do not go here. I was lied to my face by both the store manager Shane and tech "smiley". Long story short myy tire was at 12psi when I woke up. I filled it and went to the store as I have warranty on it through tires plus. Instead of taking the short time to dunk the tire and see it had a leak In the side wall (later diagnoseD by my local store thank god before I wrecked) they carelessly looked for any puncture holes, dismissed me as being a stupid female and sent me back on the road with a faulty tire. It leaked air and I was back In another more caring shop hours later. While I was In store I asked if they dunked the tire in water and both the manager and tech lied to my face that they did, when In fact they did not. Shame on you. Do not use this store. read more

Great service and never try to rip you off. While waiting to my car, I watched them take in walk ins and helping them out within minutes while being booked with other cars. Two people came in with low tire pressures, they pumped the tires to proper pressure which fixed the issues and they didn't charge them at all. read more

I purchased the tires online and Tires Plus was the recommended installer. they did a great job, charged what was advertised for the service, didn't try to tag on a bunch of stuff I didn't need, and were done BEFORE the promised time. Went there to get a small puncture caused by a screw repaired. My truck was taken to the back then seconds later I'm told I need new front tires due to tread wear. This for a new truck with only 18,000 miles. When I declined the new tires and told them I just want the puncture repaired, I was told they could not repair it. So I simply had them bring my truck back to the parking lot so I could leave. However the sales pitch for the new tires continued. Even as I was driving away I had to hear, "I can get those tires here for you tomorrow". I easily repaired the tire myself with a plug kit. When I really do need new tires, I now know where NOT to go. read more

Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they are nice and polite. But, we have had 2 major issues. 1St, my car was damaged while,being serviced. They told me upfront before I noticed and said they would take care of it. Then just gave me the run around until I gave up. Next, bought 4 tires for my teen aged sons car. It had a vibration that the old tires did not. They said they he'd to rebalance the wheels. Over the period of a year we took it back 4 times about the vibration that would not go away. They said it was our struts. So we had all 4 replaced. Did not help. Then they said it was the brakes, had front and rear replaced. Did not help. They rebalanced the wheels again. No difference, then a couple of weeks ago one the front tires blew out. Now with a full,size spare,tire,on the left front, no more vibration. The sidewall just blew out and apparently it was a bad tire the entire time after they convinced us to spend over 1,000 on unnecessary repairs. read more

Had a new tire separate. Came back to get it fixed. All they would do is sell me another one at their cost. I made an appointment to get it fixed and came in only to get told to wait another 45 min ( why make an appointment?) and when I asked him that he got mad and yelled about how hard tires are to mount......quality of service was poor and so was the tire. I don't recommend using this tires plus. read more

Worst place to get your car fixed. If you need your car, don't take it to Tires Plus on Kings Highway. This place is dishonest, inexperienced, and overpriced. Brought my car there for tire and balancing, which 1. was not done and 2. I was charged 36.00 for 2 tires to get balanced. Long story short-took my car to another shop as the same 2 tires was still vibrating and off while driving. To my surprise, the tech showed me what the problem was, "the weights were never replaced and the tires never got balanced". I kid you not, I have never been so shocked.. I was looking for 0 stars but couldn't find it on here. This place doesn't even deserve a star, sadly-..:( read more

Went to Tires Plus on King's Highway to have tires installed on my car. After leaving this location and turning left onto King's Highway... I was unable to stop at the redlight... BECAUSE MY BREAKS WERE NOT RESPONDING! I was forced to roll through the light and was almost T-boned in the intersection! Almost injuring or killing myself or someone else! After, safely, making it back to the Tires Plus location I was not apologized to, I was not given a legitimate excuse (not that there is a good reason for almost killing someone). I was offered a FREE OIL CHANGE after spending more than $500 -- as if I would ever allow such irresponsible "professionals" to take my life into their hands again!! read more

My elderly mother took her car in on Friday November 16,2018 for new tires and a wheel alignment. While sitting in the waiting room, my mother overheard service advisor James tell another customer he had to wait for a specific bay to be available to complete the wheel alignment needed on his car. Soon after, my mom was told her car was ready. She questioned James if her car alignment was completed because she noted her car was never moved to the specific alignment bay James had mentioned to the previous customer and James replied yes the alignment was completed . My mom then asked why her car wasn't moved to last bay for an alignment like he had informed the previous customer . After checking, James suddenly came back and said the alignment was never preformed. If it wasn't for my moms keen awareness, tires plus would of let this car go without preforming the paid for services needed services . This is deception of services and shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly woman. If I could award ZERO STARS I WOULD I am so disgusted. Question?? Tires Plus doesn't a wheel alignment give a written record print out ?? How could this mistake happen ?? And why wouldn't you offer any compensation when you were caught being deceptive after my elderly mom waited for hours in your waiting room? Don't go to this Tire Place, especially if you are a senior they will try and deceive you. read more

made an appointment days ahead of time. took the car there. gave them the key and waited...and waited...and waited. people came and went. then when i was the only one left in the waiting room, i asked what the delay was. they said, they cant start on my car till tomorrow. i've been there for 2+ hours already and even setup an appointment. nobody said a word about the delay. it was a measly $25 part plus labor. should've took less then an hour to do. but at 5:30, they told me they cant start on it. wasted my day. every time i've ever gone to this place, it has taken 3 hours or more to get anything done. even if you drop it off, it wont be done on time. they take walk-ins that bottleneck the flow of the work that should be done ahead of the walkins. thats why you setup appointments. what a wasted day read more

The vehicle tire that Enterprise purchased from Tire's Plus. I was driving 70 miles per hour I temporarily lost control of the steering wheel. I was under a lot of stress and shock. It was about 3:00 o'clock in the morning. I have been doing business with Enterprise for many years. I lost my car keys as I was in shock I found the keys lying flat in the trunk of the car because I was about the entire event I could not recall where I had forgotten the keys. I went to get my keys from the vehicle at Tires Plus on Kings hwy and as I explained what happened to them it was as though I was accused of causing the tire damage? I am afraid to drive any cars that are serviced by a company that hires such cruel people. The staff ought to be retrained on proper customer service. Otherwise, why are they working there? That same employee goes on to say that he has seen this happen to many tires. Are you using faulty tires from Good-year and are you ok with it? If so, you are putting people's lives in danger. What kind of people-oriented company is this? I did not appreciate the scoffing and snickers by the staff. They demonstrate such a lack of customer service. This is a shame. read more

Absolutely awful. Went to get a simple patch in my tire. I ended up waiting 2 hours just to be told that they "can't do it" and offered to sell me a new tire. While I was sitting and waiting there were at least 3 other cars that came in after me that were serviced and out the door before they even looked at mine. I was never told how long it would take or that it would be a while due to appointments. So I left and got it patched elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone. Unprofessional, untrained, and a huge waste of time. read more
