Great experience today! Made an appointment to get a tire repaired and alignment... was an hour early for appointment, guys were so nice! Estimated time ( I was waiting there) was 1.5 hours. Not only were they finished in an hour, but shortly after they began servicing my car I asked if I could get an oil change as well. No problem! And they applied a coupon on oil change as well. This location has without a doubt the absolute worse customer service and employees I have ever seen. Website says they close at 7pm on Fridays. I pulled up to the oil change bay at 6:20. One employee had his own car pulled partially into the bay facing the other direction working on it. Another employee is wandering around the shop. I sat in my car for exactly 20 minutes waiting for them to wave me in. Neither one of them so much as acknowledged me other than a few glances in my direction. At exactly 6:40 the employee that was wandering around walked to each bay door and closed them, including the one I was parked directly in front of. This place is an absolute joke and the management should be embarrassed and ashamed that this is an acceptable level of customer service for them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and if this is how they treat customers, I can only image how terrible of a job they would do if I actually had them service my car. When Tire Plus tried to bait and switch me from a Quoted price for an Alignment (which I had email copy of ) to an in house price of over $30.00 more they tried to use the excuse that it was to difficult to calculate the local Taxes for the original Quote! All i did is type "Sales Tax for 30076" in Google and then Multiply $119.99 x 1.0775 equals $129.29 (took less then a Minute) which is still less then the price they were trying to bill me for, and the Manager would not honor the quote, he told me I was welcome to go Elsewhere. From Tire Plus parking lot, I found Midas across the street who would do it for less than the quoted price out the door (100.00 straight up taxes and all AND had space to do it right then no waiting).As it turns out I didn't need an alignment at all but had 4 tires down to the wire and bulging, so Midas got $742.44 dollars from me today, I threw in a much needed oil change as well which I was planning to do at Tire Plus, So basically Because of Tire Pluss' Poor Customer service they lost at least $622.45 today and two repeat customers in the form of me and my wife. I recently, two months ago, took my car in because my brakes were squealing, and I needed a new windshield wipers. I paid Tires Plus, on Holcomb Bridge Road, for new brake pads and new windshield wipers, what I got was used windshield wipers and brake pads that didn't work because the squeal continued. I took my car back to Holcomb Bridge Tires Plus because of the windshield wipers were leaving trademarks on my window making it difficult to see when it rained and the squealing of the brakes. I got NEW windshield wipers but they said they didn't hear any squealing of the brakes. I left Tires Plus and the brakes squealed but then they would have had to drive the car to hear the squealing and they didn't. I ended up going to another Tires Plus and they replaced the warrantied brake pads with new ones that didn't squeal. I took my car to Holcomb Bridge Tires Plus because my brakes needed to be checked for safety reasons, the safety of myself and other drivers on the road, but I left Tires Plus feeling as though customer safety was not a priority. New windshield wipers should not leave tread marks that prevent clear vision when driving in the rain. New brake pads should not squeal two months after being installed forcing me to slow brake when driving because I wasn't confident in the brakes. The really bad part is, that I was treated like I was a stupid, ignorant, older white woman by a couple of swinging dicks behind the counter and that my safety and well-being was insignificant. The two swinging dicks behind the counter should be fired for trying to scam someone 60 and older and attempting to, basically, steal either for themselves or for the owner. My suggestion for all women is to ask for the parts that are being replaced, with the exception of tires, ask for photos or video of the work the place says, needs to be done, if you have a dash cam and can activate it during inspection use it to observe. If they need to test drive go with them, if necessary. Places like Holcomb Bridge Tires Plus need to be held accountable for, not only what they are charging a customer for but also the ensuring of car safety. I was sized up the minute I walked through Holcomb Bridge Tires Plus, but little did the swinging dicks know that my safety and the safety of others was/ is my priority, so I took my car to another Tires Plus(brake pads were under warranty through the company) that was a little further away and, "WOW", what a difference, in a really nice way. I left that Tires Plus feeling confident in my car. Thank you to the guys at the counter and the guys who worked on my car at Tires Plus Old Milton Parkway. You are appreciated! read more

Oh boy. We have a long history with Tires Plus, and unfortunately we also have a maxed out credit card with them. I've brought 2 cars here over the last 5 years and not every experience was bad. Generally speaking, it's not the worst auto shop around because the people are nice and I think pretty honest. Matthew is the best person up there, and he will work with you on everything he can. The problem is the shop doesn't have the most knowledgeable mechanics. My husband has been able to fix a lot on his own by buying parts and saving a lot of money in the process. But we recently got something done that cost $600 and there is still an issue!! The shop doesn't carry universal o rings (I mean...what?) and they claimed there was a "small" leak...ummmm, no. When an entire bottle of coolant you just bought literally pours out on the pavement IMMEDIATELY, that's not a small leak. So my husband spent 2 hours in their parking lot fixing the issue. After paying them $600. Guys, that won't do at all. read more

I took my car to Tires Plus. When the technician was backing my car out of the space, he rear-ended another vehicle in the parking lot. A police report was filed. For weeks, my insurance company has CONTINUOUSLY tried to contact, Matthew, the manager on duty at the time, and they continuously refuse to put him on the phone to answer any questions my insurance company may require. When the accident took place, Matthew kept assuring me they would take care of it. All sweet talk to try and keep my business. While they may sweet talk you, don't be fooled by it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are acting very unethical by the way they refusing to talk to my insurance company. They have lost two customers because of this. I quickly responded to the company's email address, ironically starting out with "socialcare" and told them quite simply that all that needs to be done is for Matthew to call my insurance company. I left them the contact name, number, and claim number. Apparently, they are sweet talking once again. To this point, they have not made that call. read more

TOTAL COST: $38.05 Please don't get ripped off! get a second opinion or find somewhere else to get your car fixed! . just the fact that they didn't see both retainer clips of the air filters missing BLOWS my mind! read more

Don't go here for any work. The guys here are nice and friendly but completely incompetent. I have gone in for an alignment 4 times now and there's always an issue. The first time I got an alignment, the guys at tires plus decided to only align the front wheels for some odd some reason. I had to come back in again and waste another two hours only for the alignment to not be done right AGAIN. I got fed up, said screw it and drove around for a little while with the bad alignment. I recently got new front tires and made another appointment here to get my car aligned. Why would I go back for another alignment? Well, because I paid for a three year alignment originally. My fourth alignment appointment was at 5:30 (6/20). This time I wasted TWO HOURS waiting for my car to be complete only for my alignment to be made worse than before, due to the person working on my car being completely new to aligning cars. I left work early and wasted two hours of my time only to screw my alignment even more. I made another appointment again yesterday (6/25) for this morning at 8AM. The person on the phone said his best alignment guy would be in to work on my car. I showed up accordingly only to find out that the guy I spoke to on the phone didn't actually set me up in the system for an appointment. I have already requested to be late to work today and now I'm going to be even more late so due their incompetence. read more

First issue here they charged my girlfriend for an alignment and tire rotation that they didn't even do. I saw the truck later that day hadn't even been touched. They gave us 1 year free alignments to make up for being liars. I take the truck there today, months later, to get an alignment and they say it will be an hour wait and I'm behind the honda odyssey. Cool, so I go eat and come back over an hour later and they have finished the odyssey but have another car getting an alignment and haven't touched my truck... beyond pissed at this point. Just can't use them any more... Every time I use Tires Plus, it's not a week before my "valve stem sensor" goes bad. Doesn't matter which car, I get the tires rotated, and BAM! Sensor goes out. A little ridiculous that I was told I can expect that.... A few weeks ago, I had my new Explorer's tires rotated, and now, the low air sensor is lighting up...But of course, the air isn't low, so it's obvious a damaged sensor...AGAIN! read more

As a woman, I've never felt more uncomfortable entering a workplace. I asked a technician if he could put my spare tire on as I had ran over a nail. He asked the rest of the crew if "anyone wanted to do it," and NO ONE offered. I felt like I was begging random people on the street for help. A technician finally agreed, after laughing and joking around with the others. I'm sorry I don't know how to put a spare on. Inside, the manager told me he would call in to order my specific tire. I left. I called him the next day to check on my order. He told me to give him five minutes to call and never called me back. It's been four days. I ended up going to perfect performance in roswell. I came here with my work car and was told it wouldn't take long. 1.5 hours later I'm still waiting so I ask how much longer it will be. They say they are waiting for approval from my fleet company. I heard there phone ringing for a while and they didn't answer until I said something. Now they say my car is approved and it should be ready in a moment. They are amazing! I was offered great customer service and they were able to get my car running great in only an hour! It needed an oil change but they let me know it was out of alignment which had created uneven wear on my tires. They fixed the problem and now my car runs great! I see the negative reviews, but as someone who was raised by an auto shop owner and worked there a lot throughout my childhood, I can attest that the work they do here is not only fair, but over the top in quality. I needed new tires on a truck I had just bought, and he listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable about their tires. I had $50 off at another shop which he went ahead and applied to their shop. Then upgraded my tires on top of that! Selling tires, of course, is expected at this establishment. What I am most impressed with is the costumer service. I never felt talked down to by Sam, he explained everything, sometimes several times, without getting frustrated. And their store manager, Abe, drove me home and offered to pick me up when everything was done. Did I mention it was a Saturday? Friday's and Saturday's are easily the busiest days I see most of these shops, but that did not stop them from giving quality service. Not sure why this Tires Plus location is receiving bad reviews. They gave an accurate estimate and fixed my problems at a reasonable price. I love honesty and that's what I got. The only problem was not receiving a phone call when my car was ready. I find it very unreasonable to degrade this location simply due to people hating the estimate, but paying it anyway. Went back multiple times and manager Abe and store associate Matthew lead me to believe that they could fix the problem. Everything has gone very well except for when I had my brakes replaced they squeaked more than they did before. Turns out they didn't put the right ones on, but they quickly fixed it and they are perfect. Last Saturday was a living nightmare! I spoke to a very nice gentleman who offered to match Discount Tires' price and give me $20 extra off... Now I was getting 4 new tires so I was searching for the best deal so I was sold! I set up my appointment for 1:30 pm. I get to tires plus at 1:27 pm and there was a line but no biggie... They do other services and I have an appointment so I'm good right? WRONG!!! Matthew from Brooklyn, NY told me that my car would be ready in 1-1.5 hours so I opted to walk next door to Hooters to wait it out (that review is next). So 1.5 hours later (3:00) I walk over and to my surprise my car is being LIFTED... W.T.F. So I walk to the desk and ask the attendant how long it would be for my car to be finished. He told me to have a seat and he would go check for me. I'm still waiting for that update. So at 5:00 EXACTLY my name was yelled from the smiling attendant who told me he would check to see how long my car would be. I walked to the counter and told them what was on my mind. I was given some half-a**ed story about a tire key (not for my car) and that was the hold up. DRUMROOOOOLLLLLLLLLLL..... They offered me a free oil change for wasting the majority of my Saturday. A FREAKING OIL CHANGE. $20 for 3.5 hours of my life. I did not take the oil change and advised that I would never be back to that location again. Go to Tires Plus on Holcomb Bridge if you don't have anything better to do on a Saturday than pay for soda and watch formula car racing on tv. PS the representative from Discount Tire had warned me about Tires Plus so this obviously isn't an anomaly. I should've just paid the additional $20 and kept at least 2.5 hours of my life. read more

Not sure what has happened here, as i would have rated this facility 5 stars under the old management. Recently got a quote to change a radiator hose for over $100 on a Jeep Cherokee. In the past, I've had a generally excellent experience dealing with this Tires Plus location. However, after my last visit, I will never return. Long story short, they told me I needed about $1800 of additional repairs to my vehicle when I was there for new tires. The front desk employee was very insistent that the repairs were very necessary and delay was ill advised. At first, I had no reason to doubt, but the pushy front desk person sent my spider-sense tingling. I decided to take my vehicle to a trusted mechanic to verify. After a thorough inspection, my mechanic informed me that there was no such problem. I returned to the Tires Plus location, to give them the benefit of the doubt, and asked them to raise my car up and show me the actual problem. There was scant evidence of the described problem and, and a few excuses, I promptly left. Anyone utilizing their services should be on guard for any similar "up selling" or phantom problems. Fraudulent misrepresentations and coercive sales practices should not be tolerated and I hope other people will heed my advise and seek a second opinion before spending needlessly. read more

Tires plus is such a rip off. It's like they have a $300.00 quota to meet to everyone who walks in the door. I came in to get two tires. I did not agree to get an alignment because I know my car did not need it. Well I left with a wobbly steering will and I did not come with one, even with two bad tires. Needless to say I think they put a nail in my tire. I got all the way to work and had to return to the shop to get a third tire. I would not recommend this location for tires! My 23 year old daughter lives in Atlanta so I sent her money to have 2 rear tires put on and a rear wheel alignment because her alignment was off, it wore those 2 tires to where they were showing the cords. They replaced the 2 new tires as requested but moved the 2 bad ones to the front!! The 2 tires on the front were fine, though probably would have needed replacement soon, but that was not what I asked them to do! Their explanation was because the tread on the bad ones was better and since it is a front wheel drive car, it was best.......that is the most ridiculous explanation ever! Then my daughter had to drive 4 hours home with those tires worn tires on the front! Once I saw them, there was no way I could let her go back home so I had to put 2 more tires on the front! I asked them the next day if they still had the 2 good tires they took off the front and they replied to me that they had already been picked up!! I feel they owe me a credit of some sort for having to buy 2 new tires that I never intended to do and disposing of 2 tires that I never asked them to even remove!! I drove a rental SUV from Houston, Texas to Roswell, Georgia. I was staying at Holiday Inn on Holcomb Bridge Road and the left front tire was apparently punctured on purpose. I had driven the SUV to collect my mother from an assisted living facility to the Dunkin Donuts next to the Tires Plus when I noticed the flat tire. Sam A at Tires Plus put in air drove it the short distance to his shop (100 feet) and found the side wall puncture. He also dealt with the rental company (a national brand) who wasn't too helpful. Went back to Tires Plus only to be told I needed ANOTHER $1000 worth of work to pass emissions. Also, took advantage of their 6 months no interest, paid ahead every month but still got charged interest as well as late fees. Stay away from Tires Plus would be my advice. read more

we had our ford escort towed here when it just "died" out of the blue at night, came back to the shop the next morning to talk to the guys there, a young black male who was working behind the desk did everything possible to help us diagnose the problem with the car without charging us.. i mean its as if they really felt our pain, and did not try to nickle and dime us... they did a free check of the car, and determined that the timing belt had snapped... they offered to do the job, but our pockets were not in the position at that time, and they completely understood... i was BLOWN away at the last kind act that they performed... after doing all that work, and spending close to 4-5 hours on the car, not only did they NOT charge us, and actually got a tow guy to bring it to us with no charge!! THESE GUYS ARE FREAKIN AMAZING!! if you live in the area... or need a oil change, or whatever... i highly recommend go see them...in the immortal words of Jerry Seinfeld.."The cost of a good mechanic is worth him using my move"...or something to that effect...lol....but they ROCK!! and if you read any of my past post...i am not the first to throw out a compliment...for the sake of it. read more
